Abstract
The invention discloses a portable device for avoiding aerosol pollution of nucleic acid detection, which comprises a device shell, wherein the front end of the device shell is provided with a rolling door, the right end of the device shell is provided with an installation groove, a dissolving box is detachably installed in the installation groove, a partition plate is arranged above the device shell, the center of the partition plate is provided with an air inlet, a fan is installed in a space formed by the partition plate and the device shell and is communicated with an air outlet pipe, and the air outlet pipe is connected with an air inlet head through a connecting hose. According to the invention, when nucleic acid is detected, the roller shutter door is closed, the sealed space is formed in the device shell under the action of the sealing strip and the sealing groove, the nucleic acid sample can be effectively prevented from diffusing into the air, the fan is opened, the nucleic acid sample in the device shell enters the dissolving box through the air inlet, the air outlet pipe and the air inlet head in sequence, and the nucleic acid sample is dissolved by the cleaning solution.

The cost of setting up aseptic laboratory is higher, and the biological safety cabinet occupies a large amount of pet hospital spaces or usable air outlet of unsafe cabinet again, and the pet hospital urgently needs a portable equipment of avoiding the aerosol pollution.

The front end and the rear end of the mounting groove 6 are provided with clamping blocks 61 in a sliding manner through a second sliding groove 63, one end of each clamping block 61 close to the dissolving box 7 is provided with a wedge-shaped surface 62, and a compression spring 64 is fixedly arranged between the other end of each clamping block and the bottom of the second sliding groove 63.
