The handle 623 is coaxially and fixedly connected to the end of the rotating rod 629 remote from the sliding rod 621 and extending out of the first brush plate 31. The connecting seat 622 is slidably mounted on the sliding rod 621, and is screwed with the connecting seat 622 through a bolt and tightly abuts against the sliding rod 621, so that the connecting seat 622 is fixed on the sliding rod 621 to adjust the positions of the connecting seat 622 and the grinding seat 61 on the sliding rod 621.
