The second collecting bin 12 is a slope which is arranged obliquely, and the capsules 6 which are blown down slide down onto the second conveying belt 13 through the second collecting bin 12. The second collecting bins 12 are used for reducing the falling speed of the capsules 6 and preventing the capsules 6 from being damaged, the rubber sheet 2 penetrates through gaps between the symmetrically arranged second collecting bins 12, and the gaps are matched with the thickness of the rubber sheet 2; meanwhile, the second conveying belt 13 is arranged on one side of the rubber sheet 2, so that the rubber sheet 2 is prevented from being lowered.
The invention also provides a use method of the capsule cleaning device for residual gelatin skin, and the capsule cleaning device for residual gelatin skin comprises the following steps:
s1: the rubber roller 1 and the squeeze rollers 5 are controlled to rotate by the driving mechanism, the liquid medicine bin 3 is opened, and liquid medicine in the liquid medicine bin 3 drops between the symmetrically arranged squeeze rollers 5;
s2: the rubber 2 and the liquid medicine are matched with each other through the extrusion action of the extrusion rollers 5, so that capsules 6 are formed, the processed capsules 6 fall on the first collecting device, and the rubber 2 attached with the capsules 6 enters between the adsorption rollers 11;
s3: the adsorption roller 11 is controlled to rotate by the driving mechanism, the suction fan 18 and the blower 16 are started, the suction fan 18 generates suction through the adsorption bin 115 and the adsorption hole 11, so that the residual capsules 6 on the rubber 2 are adsorbed to the middle part of the adsorption roller 11, the suction fan continuously rotates along with the adsorption roller 11, when the adsorbed capsules 6 rotate to two sides of the adsorption roller 11, the blower 16 generates blowing force through the blowing bin 112 and the adsorption hole 11, and the capsules 6 adsorbed on the adsorption roller 11 are blown down into the first collecting device.
In step S2, the capsules 6 attached to the rubber sheet 2 are vibrated and dropped onto the first collecting bin 8 by the vibrator 7, and the capsules enter the first conveying belt 9 through the first collecting bin 8 and then enter the first capsule bin 10.
In step S3, the capsules 6 adsorbed on the adsorption roller 11 are blown down into the second collecting bin 12 by the blowing force of the blower 16, and the capsules enter the second conveying belt 13 through the second collecting bin 12 and then enter the second capsule bin 14.
The rotation of the adsorption roller 11 is driven by a motor 22, the motor 22 drives a driving wheel 24 to rotate, and then drives the adsorption roller belt wheel 20 to rotate through a belt 21, and further drives the adsorption roller 11 to catch the dirt through rotating a fixing rod 117.
In the working process, the blower 16 and the suction fan 18 are always kept in working states, when the adsorption hole 111 is rotated to the position of the adsorption bin 115, suction force can be generated in the capsule shell groove of the adsorption roller 11, if the rubber sheet 2 is provided with residual capsules 6, the residual capsules can enter the capsule shell groove to be sucked, and along with the continuous rotation of the adsorption roller 11, when the adsorption hole 111 is rotated to the position of the air blowing bin 112, blowing force is generated, so that the capsules 6 fall down.
