The invention provides a catalyst spreading device for airplane fog dispersal operation, which comprises a catalyst tank body, a mechanical stirring device, a pneumatic conveying power device and a catalyst spreading device, wherein the mechanical stirring device is arranged on the catalyst tank body; the mechanical stirring device, the pneumatic conveying power device and the catalyst scattering device are connected to the catalyst tank body; the catalyst tank device comprises a catalyst storage tank, an observation window, a powder conveying pipeline interface, a pressure gauge and a pressure release valve, wherein the catalyst storage tank comprises a catalyst storage tank barrel body and an upper end socket and a lower end socket; the mechanical stirring device comprises a stirring blade, a direct-current power supply, a direct-current motor, a transmission structure and an air switch; the pneumatic conveying power device comprises a compressed air storage tank, a gas cylinder fixing frame, a pressure reducer, a gas regulating valve, a mass flowmeter and an air pipeline; the catalyst scattering device comprises a scattering control valve, a powder conveying pipe and a connecting flange. The invention does not need the plane to provide power supply and air source, has simple structure and small total weight, and can be adapted to most transport planes by changing the plane interface.

the mechanical stirring device comprises a stirring blade, a direct-current power supply, a direct-current motor, a transmission structure and an air switch; the direct current motor is connected to a direct current power supply and is connected to a stirring blade through a transmission structure, and the stirring blade is arranged in the catalyst storage tank barrel;
the pneumatic conveying power device comprises a compressed air storage tank, a gas cylinder fixing frame, a pressure reducer, a gas regulating valve, a mass flowmeter and an air pipeline; the compressed air storage tank is fixed on the gas cylinder fixing frame, the pressure reducer, the gas regulating valve and the mass flow meter are connected in series through the seamless steel pipe, the upper stream of the pressure reducer is connected to the compressed air storage tank, and the lower stream of the pressure reducer is connected to a powder conveying pipeline interface;
the catalyst scattering device comprises a scattering control valve, a powder conveying pipe and a connecting flange; the seeding control valve is connected to the lower end enclosure, an outlet of the seeding control valve is connected with the powder conveying pipe, the powder conveying pipe penetrates through the connecting flange to the outside of the cabin, and the connecting flange is connected to an inner port of the aircraft cabin.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
the catalyst scattering device for the airplane fog dispersal operation can realize the scattering of powder fog dispersal catalysts, can realize the scattering of 100kg of catalysts in single airplane operation, does not need an airplane to provide a power supply and an air source, has a simple structure and small total weight, and can be adapted to most of transporters by changing the interface of the airplane.

Fig. 1 and fig. 2 are a schematic connection diagram of a catalyst spreading device for airplane fog dispersal operation and a schematic connection diagram of a catalyst tank device, wherein the device comprises a catalyst tank device 1, a mechanical stirring device 2, a pneumatic conveying power device 3 and a catalyst spreading device 4.
The catalyst tank device 1 comprises a catalyst storage tank barrel 11, an upper end enclosure 12, a lower end enclosure 13, an observation window 14, a powder conveying pipeline interface 15, a pressure gauge 16, a pressure release valve 17 and a tank support 18. The catalyst storage tank is composed of a cylinder body 11 of the catalyst storage tank, an upper end enclosure 12 and a lower end enclosure 13 and is fixed on a tank body support 18. An observation window 14, a pressure gauge 16 and a pressure relief valve 17 are arranged on the upper end enclosure 12. The powder transport pipe interface 15 is installed on the catalyst storage tank barrel 11.
The mechanical agitator includes an agitating blade 21, a dc power supply 22, and a dc motor 23. The direct current motor 23 is connected to the direct current power supply 22 and connected to the stirring blade 21 through a transmission structure, and the stirring blade 21 is arranged in the catalyst storage tank barrel 11.
The pneumatic conveying power device comprises a compressed air storage tank 31, a gas bottle fixing frame 32, a pressure reducer 33, a gas regulating valve 34 and a mass flow meter 35. The compressed air storage tank 31 is fixed on the gas cylinder fixing frame 32, the pressure reducer 33, the gas regulating valve 34 and the mass flow meter 35 are connected in series through a seamless steel pipe, the upstream of the pressure reducer is connected to the compressed air storage tank 31, and the downstream of the pressure reducer is connected to the powder conveying pipeline interface 15.
The catalyst spreader includes a spreading control valve 41, a connecting flange 42, and a powder delivery pipe 43. The spreading control valve 41 is connected with the lower end enclosure 13, the outlet of the spreading control valve 41 is connected with a powder conveying pipe 43, the powder conveying pipe 43 penetrates through a connecting flange 42 to the outside of the cabin, and the connecting flange 42 is connected with the inner port of the airplane cabin.

the catalyst tank device comprises a catalyst storage tank, an observation window, a powder conveying pipeline interface, a pressure gauge and a pressure release valve, wherein the catalyst storage tank comprises a catalyst storage tank barrel body and an upper end socket and a lower end socket; the catalyst storage tank is formed by the cylinder body of the catalyst storage tank, the upper end enclosure and the lower end enclosure and is fixed on the tank body bracket; the observation window, the pressure gauge and the pressure relief valve are arranged on the upper end enclosure; the powder conveying pipeline interface is arranged on the cylinder body of the catalyst storage tank;
the mechanical stirring device comprises a stirring blade, a direct-current power supply, a direct-current motor, a transmission structure and an air switch; the direct current motor is connected to a direct current power supply and is connected to a stirring blade through a transmission structure, and the stirring blade is arranged in the catalyst storage tank barrel;
the pneumatic conveying power device comprises a compressed air storage tank, a gas cylinder fixing frame, a pressure reducer, a gas regulating valve, a mass flowmeter and an air pipeline; the compressed air storage tank is fixed on the gas cylinder fixing frame, the pressure reducer, the gas regulating valve and the mass flow meter are connected in series through the seamless steel pipe, the upper stream of the pressure reducer is connected to the compressed air storage tank, and the lower stream of the pressure reducer is connected to a powder conveying pipeline interface;
the catalyst scattering device comprises a scattering control valve, a powder conveying pipe and a connecting flange; the seeding control valve is connected to the lower end enclosure, an outlet of the seeding control valve is connected with the powder conveying pipe, the powder conveying pipe penetrates through the connecting flange to the outside of the cabin, and the connecting flange is connected to an inner port of the aircraft cabin.
