The working principle is as follows: when the air blower 12 does not work in an environment with low temperature and does not need active heat dissipation, the internal and external pressures at the bottom end of the switch cabinet body 1 are balanced, the air blower is subjected to elastic tension at the moment, the dustproof baffle 6 moves leftwards to block the heat dissipation air outlet 5, prevent that the dust from entering into cubical switchboard body 1's inside from heat dissipation gas outlet 5, have initiative heat dissipation and dirt-proof effect concurrently, can be better cool down to 1 inside components and parts of cubical switchboard body, play fine guard action to 1 inside components and parts of cubical switchboard body.
