The present disclosure provides a pressure sensor for isolating switch contact finger, comprising: the pressure sensor is connected with a positioning structure; the positioning structure comprises an elastic piece and a clamping piece, one end of the elastic piece is connected with the shell, and the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the contact finger of the isolating switch to be tested; one end of the clamping piece is connected with the shell, and the other end of the clamping piece is connected with the contact finger of the isolating switch to be tested; the sensor can be fixed on the contact surface to be tested through the effect of buckle and elastic cord, because isolator movive and static contact pole shape is different, the contact surface angle is different during the test, and this sensor structure can prevent that the sensor from droing.

Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of isolating switches, in particular to an isolating switch contact finger pressure sensor, a tester and a method.
Background
At present, pressure sensors are 2-3 cm cylinder structures, but the shapes of isolation switches are different, particularly when clamping force between moving contact rods and static contact rods of a scissor type isolation switch is measured, contact rod contact surfaces are in point contact or line contact, the cylinder pressure sensors are artificially placed on the contact surfaces to be easy to fall off and not easy to operate during measurement, and the centers of the sensors are not necessarily in the positive centers of the contact surfaces in the closing moment of the contact rods, so that measurement errors are easily caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem, the present disclosure provides an isolating switch contact finger pressure sensor, a tester and a method.
In a first aspect, the present disclosure provides an isolator finger pressure sensor comprising: the pressure sensor is connected with a positioning structure; the positioning structure comprises an elastic piece and a clamping piece, one end of the elastic piece is connected with the shell, and the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the contact finger of the isolating switch to be tested; one end of the clamping piece is connected with the shell, and the other end of the clamping piece is connected with the contact finger of the isolating switch to be tested.
In a second aspect, the present disclosure further provides an isolating switch contact finger pressure tester, which uses the isolating switch contact finger pressure sensor according to the first aspect to perform pressure testing.
In a third aspect, the present disclosure provides a method of using the isolating switch finger pressure sensor according to the first aspect, including:
the pressure sensor is connected with the contact finger of the isolating switch to be tested through an elastic piece of the positioning structure and is in a positive center state;
the clamping piece through the positioning structure fixes the position of the pressure sensor and the isolating switch to be detected, so that the position of the detection process is kept unchanged.
Compared with the prior art, this disclosure possesses following beneficial effect:
1. the present disclosure employs a positioning structure connected with a pressure sensor; the positioning structure comprises an elastic piece and a clamping piece, the sensor can be fixed on a contact surface to be tested through the action of a buckle and an elastic band, and the sensor can be prevented from falling off due to different shapes of the dynamic and static contact rods of the isolating switch and different angles of the contact surface during testing.
2. The pressure sensor is connected with the contact finger of the isolating switch to be tested through the elastic piece of the positioning structure, and is in a positive center state; the clamping piece through the positioning structure fixes the position of the pressure sensor and the isolating switch to be detected, so that the position of the detection process is kept unchanged. The measuring error caused by the fact that the center of the sensor is not always in the center of the contact surface at the moment when the contact rod is closed by people is prevented. Not only can test the pressure of the contact finger, but also can test the pressure distribution of the contact surface; adopt this application isolator to touch pressure sensor's pressure tester, can carry out the stable pressure test, show pressure distribution and print the test result through the printer through liquid crystal display.

Furthermore, the elastic part comprises a plurality of elastic bands, wherein at least two circumferential elastic bands and a plurality of radial elastic bands are included; the two circumferential elastic bands are respectively a first circumferential elastic band and a second circumferential elastic band, the first circumferential elastic band is arranged on one side of the pressure sensor, and the second circumferential elastic band is connected with a contact finger of the isolating switch to be tested; the radial elastic bands are used for connecting the first circumferential elastic band and the second circumferential elastic band; and provides a positioning function, and after the second circumferential elastic band is connected with the moving and static contact rods, provides an elastic force to the central area, so that the center of the pressure sensor is positioned at the center of the contact surface. The contact finger of the isolating switch is a moving contact and a static contact.

The measuring error caused by the fact that the center of the sensor is not always in the center of the contact surface at the moment when the contact rod is closed by people is prevented. Not only can test the pressure of the contact finger, but also can test the pressure distribution of the contact surface; the pressure distribution can be displayed through the liquid crystal display screen and the test result can be printed through the printer.

Claims (10)

An isolator finger pressure sensor, comprising: the pressure sensor is connected with a positioning structure; the positioning structure comprises an elastic piece and a clamping piece, one end of the elastic piece is connected with the shell, and the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the contact finger of the isolating switch to be tested; one end of the clamping piece is connected with the shell, and the other end of the clamping piece is connected with the contact finger of the isolating switch to be tested.
2. The isolator finger pressure sensor of claim 1, wherein the elastic member comprises a plurality of elastic bands including at least two circumferential elastic bands and a plurality of radial elastic bands.

The pressure sensor as claimed in claim 2, wherein the two circumferential elastic bands are a first circumferential elastic band and a second circumferential elastic band, respectively, the first circumferential elastic band is installed at one side of the pressure sensor, and the second circumferential elastic band is connected to the contact finger of the isolator to be tested.
4. The isolator finger pressure sensor of claim 3, wherein the radial elastic band is adapted to connect the first circumferential elastic band and the second circumferential elastic band.
5. The isolator finger pressure sensor according to claim 1, wherein when the second circumferential elastic band is connected to the moving contact bar, an elastic force is applied to the center area so that the center of the pressure sensor is located at the center of the contact surface.
6. The pressure sensor for the contact finger of the isolating switch as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clamping member comprises a buckle for fixedly connecting the pressure sensor with a dynamic and static outlet of the isolating switch to be tested.
