Since the main sealing wedge-shaped seal ring 7 is wedged in the gap between the lower body 1 and the mandrel hanger 3, the space is narrow and inconvenient to operate, and is difficult to remove by a conventional method. In order to solve the technical problem, the invention further provides a scheme for taking out the main sealing wedge-shaped sealing ring 7.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the main seal self-energizing seal ring 6 is integrated with the main seal wedge seal ring 7 to form a lower seal ring 60; the mandrel hanger 3 comprises an upper hanger body 32 and a lower hanger body 33, wherein the lower outer profile of the upper hanger body 32 is provided with an external thread part 321, the upper inner profile of the lower hanger body 33 forms an internal thread part 331, and the external thread part 321 is in threaded connection with the internal thread part 331; an oil storage cavity 35 is formed in the mandrel hanger 3 and located on the upper side of the external thread portion 321, a first sealing body 34 is arranged on the lower portion of the oil storage cavity 35, a second sealing body 36 is arranged on the upper portion of the oil storage cavity 35, an oil storage copper ring 39 is arranged between the first sealing body 34 and the second sealing body 36, and hydraulic oil is filled in the oil storage copper ring 39; a blade body 361 extending in the direction of the oil reservoir copper ring 39 is provided on the lower surface of the second sealing body 36; an oil outlet pipeline 37 is arranged in the upper suspension body 32, one end of the oil outlet pipeline 37 is connected with the oil storage cavity 35, and the other end of the oil outlet pipeline 37 is connected with a cavity formed between the main sealing self-excitation sealing ring 6 and the mandrel hanger 3; a shoulder portion 322 capable of abutting against the lower seal ring 60 is arranged on the outer contour of the upper suspension body 32, and a plurality of protruding portions 323 uniformly distributed around the axis of the upper suspension body 32 are arranged on the upper surface of the shoulder portion 322; a plurality of groove portions 61 engageable with the protrusion portions 323 are provided on the lower side of the lower seal ring 60.
Further, the outer contour of the lower suspension body 33 is provided with a plurality of fixing grooves 332 uniformly distributed around the axis thereof; a plurality of jackscrews (not shown) corresponding to the fixing grooves 332 one to one are arranged on the lower body 1; the jackscrew is arranged along the radial direction of the lower body 1 and is in threaded and sealing connection with the lower body 1.
When the lower seal ring 60 needs to be removed, the top screw is first rotated to press the front end of the top screw against the fixing groove 332 on the outer contour of the lower body 1, so that the lower body 1 is fixed and cannot rotate. When the upper suspension body 32 is rotated, the upper suspension body 32 moves upwards, the blade body 361 on the lower surface of the second sealing body 36 presses and cuts the top wall of the oil storage copper ring 39 to puncture the top wall, hydraulic oil flows out of the oil storage copper ring 39 and flows to the space on the lower side of the lower sealing ring 60 along the oil outlet pipeline 37 and the oil outlet one-way valve 38, along with the upward movement of the upper suspension body 32, the space of the oil storage cavity 35 is gradually compressed, the hydraulic oil generates upward thrust on the lower side surface of the lower sealing ring 60, and on the other hand, the hydraulic oil can also lubricate adjacent parts. As the upper suspension body 32 moves further upward, the protrusion 323 on the upper side of the shoulder 322 of the upper suspension body 32 is fitted into the groove 61 of the lower seal ring 61, and the lower seal ring 60 rotates and moves upward with the upper suspension body 32, so that the lower seal ring 60 can be removed by the combined action of the upward thrust and lubrication of the hydraulic oil, the rotational force of the upper suspension body 32 on the lower seal ring 60, and the upward pressing force of the upper suspension body 32 on the lower seal ring 60.

Claims (10)

1. A self-excitation all-metal sealing high-pressure wellhead device is characterized by comprising a lower body, an upper body and a mandrel hanger,
a space for accommodating the mandrel hanger is arranged between the lower body and the upper body;
the lower body is internally provided with a first inner hole part and a second inner hole part, the diameter of the first inner hole part is larger than that of the second inner hole part, the first inner hole part is positioned on the upper side of the second inner hole part, and a supporting conical surface is formed between the first inner hole part and the second inner hole part;
the outer contour of the middle part of the mandrel hanger protrudes outwards to form a protruding part, the upper part of the mandrel hanger is provided with an outer circular part, the upper side edge of the protruding part forms a first outer conical surface, the lower side edge of the protruding part forms a second outer conical surface, and the second outer conical surface is abutted to the supporting conical surface;
a first accommodating space is formed between the upper part of the lower body and the outer circular part; a main seal self-excitation sealing ring and a main seal wedge-shaped sealing ring are arranged in the first accommodating space; the main sealing self-excitation sealing ring and the main sealing wedge-shaped sealing ring are both annular; the inner hole of the main seal self-excitation sealing ring is connected with the outer contour of the outer circle part; the excircle of the main sealing self-excitation sealing ring is connected with the inner hole of the lower body; the middle part of the upper side surface of the main sealing self-excitation sealing ring is concave to form a first self-excitation groove; the outer contour of the main sealing wedge-shaped sealing ring is connected with an inner hole of the lower body, a second inner conical surface matched with the first outer conical surface is formed in the inner hole of the main sealing wedge-shaped sealing ring, and the upper end of the main sealing wedge-shaped sealing ring is abutted to the lower end of the main sealing self-excitation sealing ring;
a second accommodating space is formed between the lower part of the upper body and the outer circular part; an auxiliary sealing self-excitation sealing ring and an auxiliary sealing wedge-shaped sealing ring are arranged in the second accommodating space; the auxiliary sealing self-excitation sealing ring and the auxiliary sealing wedge-shaped sealing ring are both annular; the inner hole of the auxiliary sealing self-excitation sealing ring is connected with the outer contour of the outer circular part; the excircle of the auxiliary sealing self-excitation sealing ring is connected with the inner hole of the upper body; the middle part of the lower side surface of the auxiliary sealing self-excitation sealing ring is concave to form a second self-excitation groove; the outer contour of the auxiliary sealing wedge-shaped sealing ring is provided with a third outer conical surface matched with the first inner conical surface of the upper body, an inner hole of the auxiliary sealing wedge-shaped sealing ring is connected with the outer cylindrical part, and the lower end of the auxiliary sealing wedge-shaped sealing ring is abutted against the upper end of the auxiliary sealing self-excitation sealing ring;
and a pressure test hole is formed in the upper body, and an inner side port of the pressure test hole is communicated with a gap between the main sealing self-excitation sealing ring and the auxiliary sealing self-excitation sealing ring.
2. The self-energizing all-metal sealed high pressure wellhead assembly according to claim 1 wherein the outboard port of the pressure test bore is connected to a check valve.
3. The self-energizing all metal seal high pressure wellhead assembly according to claim 1 wherein the first self-energizing groove of the primary seal self-energizing seal ring has a trapezoidal cross-section.
4. The self-energizing all metal seal high pressure wellhead assembly according to claim 1 wherein the second self-energizing groove of the secondary seal self-energizing seal ring has a trapezoidal cross-section.
5. The self-energizing all metal seal high pressure wellhead according to any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the upper body and the lower body are sealingly connected by a metal seal ring.
6. The self-energizing all-metal seal high pressure wellhead assembly according to claim 1 wherein the inner bore and/or outer circumference of the main seal self-energizing seal ring is provided with a seal micro groove surrounding the main seal self-energizing seal ring for one revolution.
7. The self-energizing all-metal sealed high-pressure wellhead assembly according to claim 1, wherein the inner bore and/or outer circumference of the secondary seal self-energizing seal ring is provided with a seal micro groove surrounding the secondary seal self-energizing seal ring for one circle.
8. The self-energizing all metal seal high pressure wellhead according to claim 6 or 7 wherein the seal microgrooves have a triangular cross-section.
9. The self-energizing all-metal seal high pressure wellhead assembly according to claim 1 wherein the primary seal self-energizing seal ring is integrally connected to the primary seal wedge seal ring to form a lower seal ring; the mandrel hanger comprises an upper hanging body and a lower hanging body, wherein an external thread part is arranged on the outer profile of the lower side of the upper hanging body, an internal thread part is formed on the inner profile of the upper side of the lower hanging body, and the external thread part is in threaded connection with the internal thread part; an oil storage cavity is formed in the mandrel hanger and located on the upper side of the external thread portion, a first sealing body is arranged on the lower portion of the oil storage cavity, a second sealing body is arranged on the upper portion of the oil storage cavity, an oil storage copper ring is arranged between the first sealing body and the second sealing body, and hydraulic oil is filled in the oil storage copper ring; the lower surface of the second sealing body is provided with a blade body part extending towards the direction of the oil storage copper ring; an oil outlet pipeline is arranged in the upper suspension body, one end of the oil outlet pipeline is connected with the oil storage cavity, and the other end of the oil outlet pipeline is connected with a cavity formed between the main sealing self-excitation sealing ring and the mandrel hanger; the outer contour of the upper suspension body is provided with a shoulder part which can be abutted against the lower sealing ring, and the upper surface of the shoulder part is provided with a plurality of protruding parts which are uniformly distributed around the axis of the upper suspension body; the lower side of the lower sealing ring is provided with a plurality of groove parts which can be clamped with the protruding parts.
10. The self-energizing all-metal seal high pressure wellhead assembly according to claim 9 wherein the lower hanger body has an outer profile provided with a plurality of securing slots evenly spaced about its axis; the lower body is provided with a plurality of jackscrews which are in one-to-one correspondence with the fixing grooves; the jackscrew is arranged along the radial direction of the lower body and is in threaded and sealing connection with the lower body.
