本发明提供一种装配式冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体系统，主要涉及建筑技术领域。一种装配式冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体系统，包括轻钢骨架、岩棉、基层板、装饰板、横龙骨、挂件，所述岩棉填充在轻钢骨架内，所述基层板设置在轻钢骨架两侧，所述横龙骨水平设置在基层板外表面上，所述挂件设置在装饰板内侧，所述装饰板位于基层板的外侧。本发明的有益效果在于：本发明具有明显缩短工程工期、降低工人劳动强度、保温降噪效果显著、拆卸方便、可重复利用等特点。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及建筑技术领域，具体是一种装配式冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体系统。
背景技术
装配式墙板系统广泛应用于居住空间以及公共空间，特别是商业办公空间、酒店等，可满足这些空间的分割及表面装饰的需求，现有装配式轻钢墙体系统安装速度慢，全现场安装、不适合工厂大批量生产，打钉、预设竖向龙骨等物理结构多，不易安装和拆卸，墙面板材料局限性大，且很难达到精密安装。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种装配式冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体系统，他能够快速、模块化的完成墙体的搭建。
本发明为实现上述目的，通过以下技术方案实现：
一种装配式冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体系统，包括轻钢骨架、岩棉、基层板、装饰板、横龙骨、挂件，所述岩棉填充在轻钢骨架内，所述基层板设置在轻钢骨架两侧，所述横龙骨水平设置在基层板外表面上，所述挂件设置在装饰板内侧，所述装饰板位于基层板的外侧，所述挂件与横龙骨相适应。
所述横龙骨顶部为挂边，所述挂件底部设置挂槽，所述挂件通过挂边与挂槽的配合实现与横龙骨的挂接。
所述横龙骨外侧设置胶条，所述胶条与装饰板相接触。
所述轻钢骨架包括呈交错设置的横置骨架与竖向骨架，边缘处的横置骨架与竖向骨架之间设置K型支撑。
所述基层板通过螺栓固定在轻钢骨架上。
所述基层板为欧松板、水泥纤维板、水泥压力板、硅酸钙板、石膏板、木工板、刨花板中的一种。
所述装饰板为金属墙面板、石材墙面板、木纹墙面板、石英岩板、布纹墙面板、喷涂工艺墙面板、肌理墙面板、皮革墙面板、包覆墙面板中的一种。
对比现有技术，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明实现了装配式隔墙的模块化装配以及墙体管线装饰一体化，具有明显缩短工程工期、降低工人劳动强度、保温降噪效果显著、拆卸方便、可重复利用等特点。

如图1-3所示，本发明所述一种装配式冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体系统，包括轻钢骨架1、岩棉4、基层板2、装饰板5、横龙骨3、挂件9。在本实施方式中，所述轻钢骨架1材质选用牌号为G550镀铝镁锌180mm带钢，通过专用自动化成型设备压制成89mmC型龙骨，实现辊压、打孔、缩口、编号、切断的全流程自动化。89mmC型龙骨的穿线孔、管道孔等提前设计好，在专用设备上一次冲压成型，无需在施工现场配做。其作为装配式墙板的载体，具有足够的强度和可装配性。所述岩棉4填充在轻钢骨架1内实现保温和隔声。所述基层板2安装在轻钢骨架1两侧作为封闭。
所述横龙骨3用螺钉水平紧固在基层板2外表面上，所述挂件9螺栓固定在装饰板5内侧，具体的，所述横龙骨3顶部为挂边，所述挂件9底部开设挂槽，所述挂件9通过挂边与挂槽的配合实现与横龙骨3的挂接。将所述装饰板5覆盖在基层板2的外侧。
所述基层板用于封闭轻钢骨架和岩棉的组合体，固定铝合金横龙骨；包括但不限于欧松板、水泥纤维板、硅酸钙板、石膏板、木工板、刨花板等。
所述装饰板用于装饰各类空间，包括但不限于金属墙面板、石材墙面板、木纹墙面板、石英岩板、布纹墙面板、喷涂工艺墙面板、肌理墙面板、皮革墙面板、包覆墙面板等。
进一步的，所述横龙骨3外侧底部一体成型有胶条槽，所述胶条槽内填充有胶条7，所述胶条7与装饰板5相接触。胶条7在装饰板5与与横龙骨3之间起到缓冲作用，能够保证装饰板5的稳定安装。
所述装饰板用于装饰各类空间，包括但不限于金属墙面板、石材墙面板、木纹墙面板、石英岩板、布纹墙面板、喷涂工艺墙面板、肌理墙面板、皮革墙面板、包覆墙面板等。
进一步的，所述轻钢骨架1包括呈交错设置的横置骨架11与竖向骨架12，边缘处的横置骨架11与竖向骨架12之间设置K型支撑13。其中横置骨架11、竖向骨架12以及K型支撑之间通过螺栓固定连接。螺栓连接的方式便于轻钢骨架1的组装与拆卸，拆卸方便、更可重复利用。
综上所述，本发明实现了装配式隔墙的工厂数字化生产、模块化装配、墙体管线装饰一体化，具有明显缩短工程工期、降低工人劳动强度、保温降噪效果显著、拆卸方便、可重复利用等特点。

1.一种装配式冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体系统，包括轻钢骨架(1)、岩棉(4)、基层板(2)、装饰板(5)、横龙骨(3)、挂件(9)，其特征在于：所述岩棉(4)填充在轻钢骨架(1)内，所述基层板(2)设置在轻钢骨架(1)两侧，所述横龙骨(3)水平设置在基层板(2)外表面上，所述挂件(9)设置在装饰板(5)内侧，所述装饰板(5)位于基层板(2)的外侧，所述挂件(9)与横龙骨(3)相适应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体系统，其特征在于：所述横龙骨(3)顶部为挂边，所述挂件(9)底部设置挂槽，所述挂件(9)通过挂边与挂槽的配合实现与横龙骨(3)的挂接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体系统，其特征在于：所述横龙骨(3)外侧设置胶条(7)，所述胶条(7)与装饰板(5)相接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体系统，其特征在于：所述轻钢骨架(1)包括呈交错设置的横置骨架(11)与竖向骨架(12)，边缘处的横置骨架(11)与竖向骨架(12)之间设置K型支撑(13)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体系统，其特征在于：所述基层板(2)通过螺栓固定在轻钢骨架(1)上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体系统，其特征在于：所述基层板(2)为欧松板、水泥纤维板、水泥压力板、硅酸钙板、石膏板、木工板、刨花板中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体系统，其特征在于：所述装饰板(5)为金属墙面板、石材墙面板、木纹墙面板、石英岩板、布纹墙面板、喷涂工艺墙面板、肌理墙面板、皮革墙面板、包覆墙面板中的一种。
