本发明公开了一种高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将纤维原料进行混合碎解、除砂、高浓打浆、低浓打浆、上网成形、压榨、干燥,其中高浓打浆的浓度为30%‑35%,低浓打浆的浓度为4.8%‑6%,上网成形的浓度为0.15%‑0.25%。通过本申请的高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法能够制得具有良好的吸水性、较高的纵向撕裂指数、耐破指数和抗张指数的牛皮纸,其指标远超市场上一般的牛皮纸,适用于40g/㎡‑140g/㎡低克重的牛皮纸抄造且制备工艺简单。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及牛皮纸的制备技术领域,更具体地涉及一种高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法。
背景技术
随着国内消费水平的提高对包装纸箱的需求越来越大,作为包装纸箱原料的箱板纸行业得到了快速的发展。目前箱板纸包括牛皮纸与瓦楞原纸,在市场上各种定量的纸种都有。近年来随着国家限塑令的出台,纸张的应用范围逐步扩大。牛皮纸作为制作工业用纸的原纸必须具有一定的强度来满足使用的需求,随着林木资源的匮乏和环保政策实施,导致纤维原料供应紧张、质量下降,在现在的条件下只有不断优化生产工艺,采用新技术来提高纸张的产品质量。
目前,牛皮纸制造工艺中的制浆流程是一般都采用木浆、废纸浆为原料,分别分开打浆,然后通过三层(面层、芯层和底层)长网结合成形,从而生产出牛皮纸,所产牛皮纸的定量取值为120-280g/m2,几乎不涉及定量为120g/m2及其以下的产品,不能满足市场上对低定量高强度牛皮纸的需求,牛皮纸的耐破指数取值为3.6-4.3Kpa.m2/g。采用分开打浆的模式,大大增加了生产线设备的数量,且用3层网结构,网部结构复杂,生产工艺复杂。对于制浆而言,其芯底层浆料采用了废纸制浆整体工艺流程,流程相对繁琐。
因此,有必要开发一种高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法以解决上述技术缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法,适用于40g/㎡-140g/㎡低克重的牛皮纸抄造,纵向撕裂指数高、吸水性强、耐破指数高、抗张指数高,且工艺简单。
为了实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将纤维原料进行混合碎解、除砂、高浓打浆、低浓打浆、上网成形、压榨、干燥,其中高浓打浆的浓度为30%-35%,低浓打浆的浓度为4.8%-6%,上网成形的浓度为0.15%-0.25%。
与现有技术相比,纤维原料通过混合碎解后借助除砂步骤去除浆料里可能存在的异物(如铁片、石块)。然后先后经过高浓打浆和低浓打浆,常规的低浓打浆主要是以切断、压溃纤维为主,短纤维和细小纤维的比例大于长纤维,因此滤水性能低于高浓打浆的浆料,打浆质量较差。而本申请采用先进行高浓打浆,浓度为30%-35%,可以在保证纤维不被磨浆机切断的情况下,使纤维扭曲,分丝帚化,并不会大规模切断纤维,与传统的磨浆方式相比,此法保证纤维长度,能保留纤维原有的强度;然后通过调浓白水稀释,使浆料浓度为4.8%-6%,进入低浓打浆,对浆料进行磨浆,使浆料中纤维受磨片的切断与挤压而呈宽带状。保障了浆料的均匀性及滤水性,对后续纸张的抗张强度、撕裂指数、耐破指数有大幅度提升。接着进行上网成形,上网成形的浓度为0.15%-0.25%,避免上网浓度较高而产出的纸张克重较高的情形。
较佳的,还包括将浆内施胶剂、干强剂和阳离子淀粉与低浓打浆出来的浆料混合均匀的工艺。添加干强剂使浆中纤维结合更为牢固,高分子量的干强剂中含有大量的能与纤维形成氢键结合的基团,一个分子能与较多纤维形成氢键,使得纤维间结合力增加,从而提高纸张物理强度。阳离子淀粉本身带正电荷,它能吸附造纸浆料中带负电荷的纤维、细小纤维、填料以及其他阴离子垃圾,同时也可提升纸张物理强度。
较佳的,纤维原料包括针叶木浆、阔叶木浆或干法废纸浆中的至少一种。
较佳的,针叶木浆选用长纤维木质材料,采用硫酸盐法制浆工艺所得,以提高牛皮纸的机械强度。
较佳的,所述针叶木浆选自漂白针叶木浆或本色针叶木浆,漂白针叶木浆的纤维平均长度不得低于2.0mm,本色针叶木浆的纤维长度不得低于1.90mm。
较佳的,所述阔叶木浆选用短纤维的漂白阔叶木浆,纤维长度为0.80mm-1.5mm,以提高牛皮纸的撕裂度。
较佳的,干法废纸浆是通过干法制得的干纸浆,其采用工艺为将打好包的废纸散开,对夹杂在废纸中的轻重杂质进行干法筛选去除,然后进行除铁,接着采用双螺杆挤压疏解机进行揉搓分丝,且在揉搓分丝的过程中加水,制得干纸浆,干纸浆进行挤压打包,所得干纸浆纤维长度为1.70mm,纤维宽度为28.2μm、纤维长宽比为60.2,其灰分≤15%。
较佳的,采用60%的本色针叶木浆及40%的干法废纸浆制备本色牛皮纸。
较佳的,采用60%的漂白针叶木浆及40%的漂白阔叶木浆制备白色牛皮纸。
较佳的,浆内施胶剂选用烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD),保证成纸纸张的吸水稳定性,增强纸张的防潮性。
较佳的,干强剂选用聚丙烯酰胺。
较佳的,高浓打浆的浓度为33%。
较佳的,低浓打浆的浓度为5%。
较佳的,上网成形的浓度为0.2%,保障浆料在较低的浓度下更好的在网部成形,提升纸页匀度。
较佳的,上网成形的网部结构采用单长网结构,避免牛皮纸分层的现象。
较佳的,高浓打浆出来的叩解度为18-21°SR,优选为20°SR。
较佳的,低浓打浆出来的叩解度为22-25°SR,优选为23°SR。
较佳的,干燥为多段干燥,温度为60℃-90℃。

下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种高耐破本色牛皮纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)准备材料:
本色针叶木浆:干法废纸浆=60:40,其中本色针叶木浆的纤维平均长度为2.15mm,干法废纸浆的纤维平均长度为1.7mm,灰分为2.6%;
干强剂为15公斤/吨风干浆,浆内施胶剂为10公斤/吨风干浆,阳离子淀粉为13公斤/吨风干浆,其纸张定量为70g/m2;
(2)混合碎解:将纤维原料进入水力碎浆机进行混合碎解,碎解浓度为4.5%;
(3)除砂:在5%浓度条件下,对浆料进行高浓除渣,利用涡旋运动除去较重的杂质;
(4)高浓打浆:浆料通过喂料螺旋、压榨螺旋推进器进入高浓盘磨机中进行高浓打浆,高浓打浆的浓度为33%,叩解度一般控制在20°SR;
(5)低浓打浆:浆料进入磨浆池,通过调浓白水稀释,使浆料浓度降低至5%,进入低浓双盘磨磨浆机进行低浓打浆,叩解度一般控制在23°SR;
(6)上网成形:添加干强剂、阳离子淀粉、浆内施胶剂与浆料混合均匀得到混合浆料,然后将混合浆料通过飘片式流浆箱在单长网上成形,上网成形的浓度为0.2%,保障纸张匀度、定量,同时使纸页大量脱水成形;
(7)压榨采用真空压榨+浮游辊压榨(2压区)+光辊压榨的生产工艺,各压区的线压力为:一压区60kN/M、二压区70kN/M、三压区90kN/M、四压区110kN/M;
(8)干燥由常温逐渐升温到90℃的多个烘缸干燥处理,最后经过冷缸进行冷却。
实施例2
一种高耐破白色牛皮纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)准备材料:
漂白针叶木浆:漂白阔叶木浆=60:40,其中漂白针叶木浆的纤维平均长度为2.18mm,漂白阔叶木浆的纤维平均长度为1.33mm;
干强剂为9公斤/吨风干浆,浆内施胶剂为9公斤/吨风干浆,阳离子淀粉为11公斤/吨风干浆,其纸张定量为80g/m2;
(2)混合碎解:将纤维原料进入水力碎浆机进行混合碎解,碎解浓度为4.5%;
(3)除砂:在5%浓度条件下,对浆料进行高浓除渣,利用涡旋运动除去较重的杂质;
(4)高浓打浆:浆料通过喂料螺旋、压榨螺旋推进器进入高浓盘磨机中进行高浓打浆,高浓打浆的浓度为33%,叩解度一般控制在20°SR;
(5)低浓打浆:浆料进入磨浆池,通过调浓白水稀释,使浆料浓度降低至5%,进入低浓双盘磨磨浆机进行低浓打浆,叩解度一般控制在23°SR;
(6)上网成形:添加干强剂、阳离子淀粉、浆内施胶剂与浆料混合均匀得到混合浆料,然后将混合浆料通过飘片式流浆箱在单长网上成形,上网成形的浓度为0.2%,保障纸张匀度、定量,同时使纸页大量脱水成形;

(1)准备材料:
本色针叶木浆:干法废纸浆=60:40,其中本色针叶木浆的纤维平均长度为2.15mm,干法废纸浆的纤维平均长度为1.7mm,灰分为2.6%;
干强剂为15公斤/吨风干浆,浆内施胶剂为10公斤/吨风干浆,阳离子淀粉为13公斤/吨风干浆,其纸张定量为70g/m2;
(2)混合碎解:将纤维原料进入水力碎浆机进行混合碎解,碎解浓度为4.5%;
(3)除砂:在5%浓度条件下,对浆料进行高浓除渣,利用涡旋运动除去较重的杂质;
(4)2道低浓打浆:浆料通过2台串联的双盘磨磨浆机,将纤维切断,利于纤维的重新结合,提升纸张强度。磨浆浓度为5%,叩解度一般控制在20%。
(5)上网成形:添加干强剂、阳离子淀粉、浆内施胶剂与浆料混合均匀得到混合浆料,然后将混合浆料通过飘片式流浆箱在单长网上成形,上网成形的浓度为0.2%,保障纸张匀度、定量,同时使纸页大量脱水成形;
(6)压榨采用真空压榨+浮游辊压榨(2压区)+光辊压榨的生产工艺,各压区的线压力为:一压区60kN/M、二压区70kN/M、三压区90kN/M、四压区110kN/M;
(7)干燥由常温逐渐升温到90℃的多个烘缸干燥处理,最后经过冷缸进行冷却。
对实施例1-2和对比例1-2制得的牛皮纸进行耐破指数、抗张指数和纵向撕裂指数性能测试,测试结果如表1所示:

由表1的数据可知,通过本申请的高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法制得的牛皮纸,较对比例1-2而言,具有较高的耐破指数、抗张指数和纵向撕裂指数,其指标远超市场上一般的牛皮纸。

Claims (10)
1.一种高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将纤维原料进行混合碎解、除砂、高浓打浆、低浓打浆、上网成形、压榨、干燥,其中高浓打浆的浓度为30%-35%,低浓打浆的浓度为4.8%-6%,上网成形的浓度为0.15%-0.25%。
2.如权利要求1所述的高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括将浆内施胶剂、干强剂和阳离子淀粉与低浓打浆出来的浆料混合均匀。
3.如权利要求2所述的高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浆内施胶剂选用烷基烯酮二聚体。
4.如权利要求1所述的高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纤维原料包括针叶木浆、阔叶木浆或干法废纸浆中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求4所述的高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述针叶木浆选自漂白针叶木浆或本色针叶木浆,所述漂白针叶木浆的纤维平均长度不得低于2.0mm,所述本色针叶木浆的纤维长度不得低于1.90mm。
6.如权利要求4所述的高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述阔叶木浆选用短纤维的漂白阔叶木浆。
7.如权利要求1所述的高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法,其特征在于,高浓打浆出来浆料的叩解度为18-21°SR;低浓打浆出来浆料的叩解度为22-25°SR。
8.如权利要求1所述的高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法,其特征在于,上网成形的浓度为0.2%。
9.如权利要求1所述的高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法,其特征在于,上网成形的网部结构采用单长网结构。
10.如权利要求1所述的高耐破牛皮纸的制备方法,其特征在于,干燥为多段干燥,温度为60℃-90℃。
