Abstract
The invention discloses a dicationic emulsifier, which comprises the following components: 20-25 parts of N-octadecyl-1, 3-propylenediamine, 10-12 parts of epoxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 20-30 parts of stearamide and 1.5-2 parts of calcium ricinoleate. The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly reacting N-octadecyl-1, 3-propylenediamine with epoxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride to generate an intermediate with an epoxy group and tertiary amide, and then carrying out ring-opening addition reaction on the epoxy group on the intermediate through stearamide to obtain the final tertiary amide type dicationic emulsifier with ethoxy. The emulsified asphalt has good emulsifying performance, various performance indexes of the prepared emulsified asphalt are excellent, the emulsified asphalt can emulsify various types of asphalt, and the prepared emulsified asphalt is fine, uniform and good in aggregate wrapping property.
