And the insertion hole 101 is opened on the first cylinder 104, because the L-shaped frame 103 is connected with the first cylinder 104, the insertion hole 101 penetrates through the L-shaped frame 103 and the first cylinder 104.
The structure in which the L-shaped frame body 103 is integrally formed with the first cylinder 104 and the expansion claws 102 in which the insertion hole 101 is located is further understood from the above structure.
In another embodiment of the invention, the expansion jaw 102 comprises at least two petals 105, the inner contour of the petals 105 encloses an inner conical area 106 with a first gap 115, said inner conical area 106 forms a hollow area 120, the outer contour of the petals 105 encloses an outer cylinder 107 with a second gap 116, the end of the outer cylinder 107 remote from the first cylinder 104 is provided with a first jaw 108.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, shown in fig. 3 and 4, the expansion jaw 102 comprises four lobes 105, the first jaw 108 being adapted to snap onto the frame 300.
Further, the size structure of each petal 105 is the same, and the distance between the petal 105 and the petal 105 is also the same. For better expansion, the material of the expansion claw 102 may be selected from plastic materials and other materials with certain elasticity.
In addition, for the first jaw 108, the first jaw 108 is of an integral structure with the petal body 105, that is, a boss protrudes on the outer cylindrical surface 107 of the petal body 105. The outer circumferential surface of the table has a taper which facilitates the expansion claws 102 to enter into the mounting holes provided in the frame 300. The raised platforms on the surface of the outer cylinder 107 are in snap fit with the end surfaces of the mounting holes of the frame 300.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the diameter of the bottom surface of the inner conical region 106 is the same as the diameter of the circumscribed circle where the socket 101 is located, and the bottom surface of the inner conical region 106 is attached to the first cylinder 104. In other words, the diameter of the end of the inner conical region 106 of the expansion jaw 102 abutting the first cylinder 104 is the same as the radial dimension of the insertion hole 101, and the diameter of the inner conical region 106 away from the end of the insertion hole 101 becomes smaller.
In other words, the diameter of the inner conical area 106 at the end of the first jaw 108 is smaller than the diameter of the inner conical area 106 at the end of the first cylinder 104.
As shown in FIG. 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, the L-shaped frame 103 and the first post 104 form a mounting rim 109, and the second mounting member 200 is snapped onto the mounting rim 109.
Further, the mounting rim 109 itself is a portion of the L-shaped frame 103, and since the diameter of the first column 104 is smaller than the size of the L-shaped frame 103, the mounting rim 109 is formed. In other words, the second mount 200 is given a snap-fit position.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the L-shaped frame 103 includes a first section 110 and a second section 111, the first section 110 and the second section 111 are at right angles, the first section 110 is provided with a first tie hole 112, and the second section 111 is provided with a second tie hole 113.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first cylinder 104 is disposed on the first section 110. A second tie hole 113 is disposed at the edge of the second section 111. In other words, the second strap aperture 113 is a break in the edge of the second segment.
In other embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first cylinder 104 is provided with a stop surface 114 on the side connected to the expansion pawl 102, the radial dimension of the stop surface 114 being greater than the radial dimension of the first cylinder 104.
The stop surface 114 of this embodiment serves to limit the amount of surface area available for the expansion jaw 102 to be formed, and to limit the amount of surface area available for the expansion jaw 102 to enter the mounting hole of the frame 300.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second mounting member 200 includes a post 201 and an end cap 202, the post 201 is disposed at the center of the end cap 202, and the edge of the end cap 202 is provided with a second catch 203. The number of the second claws 203 is 2 or more.
The second latch 203 described in the above embodiments is engaged with the mounting rim 109, and the second latch 203 is engaged with the mounting rim 109.
It will be appreciated that the socket 101 of the first mount 100 and the stud 201 of the second mount 200 cooperate. However, the shape of the insertion hole 101 is not limited to a circle, and may be other polygonal shapes such as a rectangle and a triangle, and the cross-sectional shape of the corresponding insertion column 201 may be a quadrangular prism, a triangular prism, or other prism structure.
In other words, the first cylinder 104 may also be a cylinder or other prism.
