The clamping device 5 comprises four second supporting plates 51, a second driving motor 52, a driving gear 53, a first clamping component 54 and a second clamping component 55, the first clamping component 54 and the second clamping component 55 are of the same structure and are arranged in opposite directions, the first clamping component 54 comprises a sliding rail 541, a sliding tooth groove rod 542 and a clamping plate 543, the two second supporting plates 51 are respectively arranged at two ends of the bottom of the sliding rail 541, the two second supporting plates 51 are arranged on the base plate 1, the sliding rail 541 is positioned below the conveying device 4, the sliding tooth groove rod 542 is arranged on the sliding rail 541, the sliding tooth groove rod 542 is in sliding fit with the sliding rail 541, the clamping plate 543 is arranged at one end of the top of the sliding tooth groove rod 542, and the top end of the clamping plate 543 is positioned above the conveying belt 421, the second driving motor 52 is vertically arranged on the base plate 1, the second driving motor 52 is positioned between the first clamping assembly 54 and the second clamping assembly 55, the driving gear 53 is installed at the output end of the second driving motor 52, and the driving gear 53 is respectively engaged with the tooth socket ends of the sliding tooth socket rods 542 in the first clamping assembly 54 and the second clamping assembly 55; when the circuit board passes through the position of the clamping device 5, the output end of the second driving motor 52 is driven to rotate to drive the two sliding tooth groove rods 542 to move in the opposite direction towards the circuit board until the two ends of the circuit board are contacted to clamp and fix the circuit board, so that the circuit board is clamped and fixed to facilitate the waterproof glue spraying operation.
The clamping plate 543 is in threaded connection with the sliding spline rod 542; the clamping plate 543 and the sliding toothed groove rod 542 are in threaded connection in a detachable design, and the circuit boards of different sizes can be replaced conveniently when being fixed.
The working principle is as follows: the device can continuously spray waterproof glue on a batch of photoelectric circuit boards, firstly, an operator sequentially places the batch of circuit boards on the conveying device 4 for conveying, each circuit board is clamped and fixed by the clamping device 5 when passing through the position of the clamping device 5, then the gluing driving device 2 above the circuit boards drives the gluing device 3 to spray the circuit boards, the circuit boards are conveyed to the next processing place after the spraying is finished, and then the spraying operation on the next circuit board is started; when waterproof glue spraying is needed to be carried out on the circuit board, the first transmission screw 223 and the second transmission screw 224 are controlled to drive the first moving block 225 and the second moving block 226 to synchronously move leftwards, and the device mounting box 233 and the gluing device 3 mounted on the device mounting box 233 are driven to move leftwards by the driving rope 228, so that the gluing device 3 can glue the left side of the circuit board; when the first transmission screw 223 and the second transmission screw 224 drive the first moving block 225 and the second moving block 226 to synchronously move downwards, the device mounting box 233 and the gluing device 3 mounted on the device mounting box 233 move rightwards under the drive of the drive rope 228, so that the gluing device 3 can glue the right side of the circuit board; when the first moving block 225 on the first driving lead screw 223 moves leftwards and the second moving block 226 on the second driving lead screw 224 moves rightwards, the device mounting box 233 and the gluing device 3 mounted on the device mounting box 233 move downwards under the driving of the driving rope 228, so that the gluing device 3 can glue the lower side of the circuit board; when the first moving block 225 on the first driving lead screw 223 moves downwards and the second moving block 226 on the second driving lead screw 224 moves upwards, the device mounting box 233 and the gluing device 3 mounted on the device mounting box 233 move upwards under the driving of the driving rope 228, so that the gluing device 3 can glue the upper side of the circuit board, and the circuit board can be sprayed with waterproof glue in all directions through the device; the distance between the glue spraying brush 32 and the circuit board can be adjusted by driving the output end of the electric cylinder 31 to stretch, so that the gluing amount is controlled, the detachable design of threaded connection is adopted for the glue spraying brush 32, and the brush head replacement and gluing of the glue spraying brush 32 are facilitated; the output end of the first driving motor 434 is driven to rotate to drive the belt pulley 431 connected with the output end to rotate, and the driving belt 432 drives the belt pulleys 431 to rotate together, so that the conveying rollers 422 are driven to rotate to drive the conveying belt 421 to move, and the effect of conveying the photoelectric circuit board is achieved; when the circuit board passes through the position of the clamping device 5, the output end of the second driving motor 52 is driven to rotate to drive the two sliding tooth groove rods 542 to move in the opposite direction towards the circuit board until the two sliding tooth groove rods contact with the two ends of the circuit board so as to clamp and fix the circuit board, so that the circuit board is clamped and fixed so as to facilitate waterproof glue spraying operation; the clamping plate 543 and the sliding toothed groove rod 542 are in threaded connection in a detachable design, and the circuit boards of different sizes can be replaced conveniently when being fixed.

The waterproof glue spraying device for the photoelectric circuit board as claimed in claim 1, wherein the glue driving device (2) comprises four support rods (21), four glue driving assemblies (22) and four transmission assemblies (23), the glue driving assemblies (22) comprise a first drive plate (221), a second drive plate (222), a first transmission screw (223), a second transmission screw (224), a first moving block (225), a second moving block (226), a driving rotating wheel (227), a driving rope (228) and a driving groove (229), the four support rods (21) are respectively vertically arranged on the base plate (1), every two support rods (21) are respectively arranged at two ends of the top of the base plate (1), the top ends of the two support rods (21) are respectively connected with two ends of the first drive plate (221), the top ends of the other two support rods (21) are respectively connected with two ends of the second drive plate (222), the first drive screw (223) and the second drive screw (224) are respectively installed on the first drive plate (221) and the second drive plate (222), the first moving block (225) and the second moving block (226) are respectively installed in the first drive screw (223) and the second drive screw (224), the first drive screw (223) and the second drive screw (224) are respectively in transmission fit with the first moving block (225) and the second moving block (226), the number of the drive rotating wheels (227) is four, the upper end and the lower end of the first drive screw (223) are respectively provided with one drive rotating wheel (227), the upper end and the lower end of the second drive screw (224) are respectively provided with one drive rotating wheel (227), and the number of the drive grooves (229) is two, the opposite sides of the first transmission screw rod (223) and the second transmission screw rod (224) are respectively provided with a driving groove (229), and the transmission assembly (23) is installed between the first transmission screw rod (223) and the second transmission screw rod (224) and limited in the driving grooves (229) on the opposite sides of the first transmission screw rod (223) and the second transmission screw rod (224).
