Abstract

一种卡缘连接器组合,其包括电路板、安装在电路板的卡缘连接器及固定在电路板的用来锁扣一电子卡的锁卡机构,所述电路板开设有钥匙状开口,所述锁卡机构包括基座及夹持于基座并可前后滑动的锁扣件,所述基座包括向上延伸形成的塔部及向下延伸形成的安装部,所述塔部凹设有滑槽,所述锁扣部包括卡抵压部和一对夹持于所述滑槽的弹性臂;所述安装部可拆卸的安装在所述开口。如此设置,锁卡机构无需工具辅助即可安装至电路板并锁扣电子卡,并可灵活调整锁卡机构位置。

Description

卡缘连接器组合及其锁卡机构
【技术领域】
本发明有关一种卡缘连接器组合,尤其涉及一种具有锁卡机构的卡缘连接器组合。
【背景技术】
中国台湾新型专利公告第TWM576624U号揭示了一种间隔柱,其包括一基座,该基座底面设有用以接装第一板材的第一板孔的滑块,该滑块的底壁与该基座之间的外周面具有供一U形滑槽,该第一板孔包括供该底壁穿设的一穿孔,且该穿孔侧向连通供该滑槽滑移与定位的一连通槽,该滑槽内一中空内壁与该连通槽对应的至少一侧缘相对地设有至少一卡扣机构,且各该卡扣机构包括能形成扣接的一扣榫和一扣槽。然而,该卡扣机构依靠自身弹性锁扣电子卡,退卡操作不便,且对电子卡无法稳定限位固持。
所以,有必要设计一种新的电连接器,以改善上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术方案在于,提供一种卡缘连接器组合,其具有免工具安装的锁卡机构。
本发明可通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种卡缘连接器组合,其包括电路板、安装在电路板的卡缘连接器及固定在电路板的用来锁扣一电子卡的锁卡机构,所述电路板开设有钥匙状开口,所述锁卡机构包括基座及夹持于基座并可前后滑动的锁扣件,所述基座包括向上延伸形成的塔部及向下延伸形成的安装部,所述塔部凹设有滑槽,所述锁扣部包括卡抵压部和一对夹持于所述滑槽的弹性臂;所述安装部可拆卸的安装在所述开口。
本发明还可通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种卡缘连接器的锁卡机构,其用来固定于一电路板设置有的开口内,所述锁卡机构包括基座及锁扣件,所述基座设有用来坐落于电路板的安装面、支撑锁扣件的滑动面以及用来支撑一电子卡的卡支撑面,所述基座包括自安装面向下延伸的安装部及自滑动面向上延伸的塔部,所述安装部弹性卡入所述电路板的开口内,所述塔部与所述滑动面之间形成滑槽,所述滑槽具有内外间隔一定距离的第一定位点与第二定位点,所述锁扣件包括卡抵压部及一对弹性臂,一对所述弹性臂收容在滑槽内并夹持所述塔部,并可在第一定位点与第二定位点间滑动。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:锁卡机构固定至电路板无需焊接也无需工具辅助固定,同时在锁扣电子卡时,也无需螺栓等固定件锁扣电子卡,避免损伤电子卡;安装部卡入电路板开口而非焊接永固,可以使锁卡机构灵活调节安装位置,而锁扣件滑动锁扣电子卡,便于操作。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图14,本发明提供了一种卡缘连接器组合1000,其包括电路板1、安装在电路板的卡缘连接器2及固定在电路板1的用来锁扣一电子卡3的锁卡机构4。电路板1开设有钥匙状开口11。在本实施例中,电子卡3一端设有上、中、下三个弧形缺口,分别定义为第一缺口31、第二缺口32以及第三缺口33。位于中间的第二缺口32的半径小于第一、第三缺口31、33的半径,从而形成一中间支撑板34,第二缺口32形成于中间支撑板34。
参图2至图5,锁卡机构4固定于上述电路板1的开口11内。锁卡机构4包括基座41及夹持于基座41并可前后滑动的锁扣件42。基座41设有用来坐落于电路板1的安装面410、支撑锁扣件42的滑动面411以及用来支撑一电子卡3的卡支撑面412。基座41包括自安装面410向下延伸的安装部413及自滑动面411向上延伸的塔部414,安装部413卡入电路板1的开口11内。塔部414与滑动面411之间形成滑槽415,该滑槽415为自塔部414侧面凹设形成。滑槽415具有内外间隔一定距离的第一定位点与第二定位点。锁扣件42包括卡抵压部421及一对弹性臂422,一对弹性臂422收容在滑槽415内并夹持塔部414,并可在第一定位点与第二定位点间滑动。
弹性臂422的末端设有向内凸出的凸部423,塔部414在滑槽415内进一步凹设有定位凹槽416。参图14,凸部423收容在定位凹槽416时,弹性臂422位于第二定位点,以卡持所述电子卡3。参图13,凸部423靠近塔部414的外侧时,此时弹性臂422位于第一定位点,以供电子卡3置入或取出。参图10,卡抵压部421包括位于上方的操作部424以及下方的下方的弧形抵压部425,操作部424向前突伸超出弧形抵压部425前缘。当弹性臂422位于第一定位点时,卡抵压部421后端贴靠至塔部414前端面;当处于第二定位点时,抵压部425嵌入第三缺口33,而操作部424位于电子卡3上方。
参图4,基座41向前延伸而形成卡支撑台43,卡支撑面412位于卡支撑台43。卡支撑台43的顶面凸伸有一弧形限位部431,限位部431低于滑动面411。卡支撑台43收容于第一缺口31并向上抵持中间支撑板34,弧形限位部431嵌至第二缺口32,从而对电子卡3进行限位。锁扣件42向前滑动将抵压部425嵌入第三缺口33并向下抵压中间支撑板34。
基座41设有向上贯穿滑动面411的钥匙状凹槽44。锁扣件42的底面向下凸伸有倒T字型的卡勾45,图5清晰可见。卡勾45扣在凹槽44内并在其内滑动以带动弹性臂422在滑槽415内滑动,钥匙状凹槽44的方向与电路板1的钥匙状开口11方向相反。
安装部413包括自基座41向下延伸的卡柱417以及自卡柱417两侧向外延伸的翼部418。卡柱417具有向下、向前贯穿的通槽419,从而使得安装部413弹性稳定固持于开口11内。电路板1上的开口11呈前大后小的钥匙状,参图6,如箭头所示,在锁卡机构4固定至电路板1过程中,安装部413的翼部418先向下穿过开口11前端较大区域,再向后移动,将安装部413的卡柱417推入开口11后端较小的区域,使卡柱417卡在电路板1的开口内,翼部418抵接在电路板1的下表面。如此设置,使锁卡机构4无需如常规焊接固定在电路板1上,无法在焊接固定后调整位置。同时,电路板1上的开口11也可根据实际需要设置多个,通过单个锁卡机构4即可符合多种不同尺寸的电子卡3的固定位置要求。
锁卡机构4包括固持在基座41的一对接地件5,该对接地件5分别固定在卡支撑台43的两侧。在电子卡3锁扣状态下,接地件5用来向下抵接电路板1,向上则延伸至卡支撑面412,以与电子卡接触,实现接地。每一接地件5包括侧向延伸的固持部51以及自固持部51沿竖直方向延伸形成的两个抵接臂52。在本实施例中,卡支撑台43呈两侧凹陷的铲型,并设有贯穿两侧面的固持槽432。接地件5的固持部51自卡支撑台43侧面向内嵌至固持槽432内。同时,卡支撑台43两侧向外凸设有隔块433,以将上下两抵接臂52分隔。

Claims (11)

1.一种卡缘连接器组合,其包括电路板、安装在电路板的卡缘连接器及固定在电路板的用来锁扣一电子卡的锁卡机构,其特征在于:所述电路板开设有钥匙状开口,所述锁卡机构包括基座及夹持于基座并可前后滑动的锁扣件,所述基座包括向上延伸形成的塔部及向下延伸形成的安装部,所述塔部凹设有滑槽,所述锁扣件包括卡抵压部和一对夹持于所述滑槽的弹性臂;所述安装部可拆卸的安装在所述开口。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器组合,其特征在于:所述安装部弹性卡持在所述开口内。
3.如权利要求2所述的卡缘连接器组合,其特征在于:所述锁扣件的底面向下延伸有一倒T字型的卡勾,所述基座设有钥匙状凹槽,所述卡勾扣在所述凹槽内并在其内滑动以带动所述弹性臂在所述滑槽内滑动,所述凹槽的方向与所述电路板的钥匙状开口方向相反。
4.一种卡缘连接器的锁卡机构,其用来固定于一电路板设置有的开口内,所述锁卡机构包括基座及锁扣件,其特征在于:所述基座设有用来坐落于电路板的安装面、支撑锁扣件的滑动面以及用来支撑一电子卡的卡支撑面,所述基座包括自安装面向下延伸的安装部及自滑动面向上延伸的塔部,所述安装部弹性卡入所述电路板的开口内,所述塔部与所述滑动面之间形成滑槽,所述滑槽具有内外间隔一定距离的第一定位点与第二定位点,所述锁扣件包括卡抵压部及一对弹性臂,一对所述弹性臂收容在滑槽内并夹持所述塔部,并可在第一定位点与第二定位点间滑动。
5.如权利要求4所述的锁卡机构,其特征在于:所述锁卡机构包括固持在所述基座的接地件,所述接地件用来向下抵接所述电路板,向上则延伸至所述卡支撑面。
6.如权利要求5所述的锁卡机构,其特征在于:所述弹性臂的末端设有向内凸出的凸部,所述塔部设有定位凹槽,所述凸部收容在定位凹槽时,所述弹性臂位于第二定位点,以卡持所述电子卡,所述凸部靠近塔部的外侧时,此时所述弹性臂位于第一定位点,以供所述电子卡置入或取出。
7.如权利要求6所述的锁卡机构,其特征在于:所述基座向前延伸而形成卡支撑台,所述卡支撑面位于所述卡支撑台;所述卡支撑台的顶面凸伸有一弧形限位部,所述限位部低于所述滑动面。
8.如权利要求7所述的锁卡机构,其特征在于:所述安装部包括自所述基座向下延伸的卡柱以及自卡柱两侧向外延伸的翼部,所述卡柱具有向下、向前贯穿的通槽,所述卡柱卡在所述电路板的开口内,所述翼部抵接在所述电路板的下表面。
9.如权利要求8所述的锁卡机构,其特征在于:所述接地件的数量为一对,其分别固定在所述卡支撑台两侧,
10.如权利要求9所述的锁卡机构,其特征在于:每一所述接地件包括侧向延伸的固持部以及自固持部沿竖直方向延伸形成的两个抵接臂,所述固持部卡自侧面向内嵌至所述卡支撑台。
11.如权利要求9所述的锁卡机构,其特征在于:所述基座设有向上贯穿所述滑动面的钥匙状的凹槽,所述锁扣件的底面向下凸伸有倒T字型的卡勾,所述卡勾勾扣在所述凹槽内。
