Technical Field

Background
Spring mattresses are a common piece of furniture, which is made up of several pocketed spring strips glued together.
The spring is compressed and then welded in a bag for producing the bagged spring strip, and a compression conveying device is needed at the moment.
The existing compression conveying device is generally composed of one section or two sections of end-to-end annular conveying devices which are oppositely arranged, the annular conveying device at the input end is obliquely arranged, a baffle plate used for supporting and conveying is arranged at the input end, the two annular conveying devices which are oppositely arranged are at a certain angle, the annular conveying device at the output end is arranged in parallel, in the conveying process, a spring is gradually compressed through the annular conveying device which is obliquely arranged at the input end, and finally, the compression conveying is realized through the horizontal output of the annular conveying device at the output end.
However, the existing compression conveying device has obvious disadvantages: 1. the compression structure arranged obliquely has longer length, which is not beneficial to rapid production; 2. in the process of compression conveying, the spring can press the conveying belt/conveying chain of the conveying device on the baffle, so that the friction between the conveying belt/conveying chain and the baffle can be greatly increased, and the conveying belt/conveying chain is easy to damage after long-time use.
To solve these problems, the compression conveying device of the prior art has a compression section formed by a plurality of belt wheels/chain wheels, so as to avoid using a baffle, and then the structure needs to be provided with a plurality of belt wheels/chain wheels, and ensures that the belt wheels/chain wheels are tightly connected with a conveying belt/conveying chain, so the structure is complex, and meanwhile, the compression force of a spring easily causes the condition that the belt wheels/chain wheels and the conveying belt/conveying chain are tightly pressed to cause the condition that the belt wheels/chain wheels cannot rotate, which is very dangerous.

the spring compression conveying device is provided with the upright column, the original baffle is replaced, and the conveying belt/conveying chain is in point contact with the upright column, so that the frictional resistance generated in the moving process of the conveying belt/conveying chain is reduced, and the conveying belt/conveying chain is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge friction; secondly, the upright post is arranged, and the original belt wheel/chain wheel is replaced, so that the structure is simplified, and meanwhile, the conveyer belt/conveyer chain and the upright post have no corresponding matching relation, so that the condition that the conveyer belt/conveyer chain is blocked is avoided; and finally, the upright columns are arranged along the circular arc, so that the compression distance is obviously reduced for the compression of the inclined straight edges, the length of the compressed section is reduced, the compression efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the tensioning effect of the upright columns on the conveying belt/conveying chain can be effectively improved, the possibility that the conveying belt/conveying chain falls off from the upright columns can be reduced, and the stability is improved.

When the spring compression device is used, a spring is input through the input end of the compression section, the two ends of the spring are clung to the conveying belt/conveying chain 6 at the moment, the spring is compressed along with the conveying of the compression section in the conveying process of the compression section, in the gap between the two upright posts 9 in the compression process, the two ends of the spring generate compression force on the conveying belt/conveying chain 6 to enable the conveying belt/conveying chain 6 to deform, meanwhile, the spring partially rebounds to avoid generating plastic deformation, and the upright posts 9 positioned on the second mounting frame 8 form an arc-like compression section, so that the length of the compression section is reduced.
The invention has the advantages that: 1. the upright post 9 is arranged, the original baffle is replaced, the conveying belt/conveying chain 6 is in point contact with the upright post 9, the friction resistance generated in the moving process of the conveying belt/conveying chain 6 is reduced, and the conveying belt/conveying chain 6 is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge friction; 2. the upright post 9 is arranged, the original belt wheel/chain wheel is replaced, so that the structure is simplified, and meanwhile, the conveyer belt/conveyer chain 6 and the upright post 9 have no corresponding matching relation, so that the condition that the conveyer belt/conveyer chain 6 is blocked can not occur; 3. set up stand 9 along the circular arc, obviously reduce the compression distance for the compression of slope straight flange to reduced the compression section length and improved compression efficiency, the circular arc sets up stand 9 simultaneously and can effectively improve stand 9 to the tensioning effect of conveyer belt/conveying chain 6, can reduce the conveyer belt/conveying chain and follow the possibility that stand 9 drops, has improved stability.

It should be noted that a second through slot 81 is provided to avoid that the belt/chain comes into direct contact with the second mounting frame 8 when the spring rebounds.
Further, a notch 82 is formed in the top of the second mounting frame 8, a mounting hole 83 is formed in the bottom of the second mounting frame 8, a bump 91 is formed in the bottom of the upright post 9, the upright post 9 penetrates through the notch 82, and the bump 91 and the mounting hole 83 are in interference fit so that the upright post 9 is mounted on the second mounting frame 8.
By arranging the notch 82, the mounting hole 83 and the projection 91, when the upright post 9 is mounted, the upright post 9 only needs to be inserted into the notch 82, and then a worker can knock the projection 91 of the upright post 9 into the mounting hole 83; conversely, when the upright post 9 needs to be detached, a worker can knock the projection 91 out from the bottom of the mounting hole 83, so that the upright post 9 and the second mounting frame 8 can be conveniently detached.
Further, the base frame 1 is further provided with a tensioning wheel 11 and an elastic member 12, the tensioning wheel 11 is connected with the base frame 1 in a sliding manner, one end of the elastic member 12 is tightly attached to the tensioning wheel 11, the other end of the elastic member 12 is tightly attached to the base frame 12, and the conveying belt/conveying chain 6 is wound on the first connecting wheel 3, the second connecting wheel 4, the third connecting wheel 5 and the tensioning wheel 11.
It should be noted that, a tension pulley 11 and an elastic member 12 are provided, and the elastic member 12 maintains a spring force on the tension pulley 11, so as to ensure that the tension pulley 11 can tension the conveyor belt/conveyor chain 6, and at the same time, the elastic member 12 is provided so that the conveyor belt/conveyor chain 6 has a sufficient amount to accommodate the deformation caused by the compression of the spring.
Further, the conveying mechanism 2 is provided with more than one conveying belt/conveying chain 6 which are arranged in parallel up and down.
More specifically, a plurality of conveyor belts/chains 6 ensures that the conveyor belts/chains 6 cover both ends of the springs, avoiding the springs to disengage from the conveyor belts/chains 6.
