Abstract
The invention provides a buffer structure and a vehicle with the same, wherein the buffer structure comprises: the buffer block is provided with a cavity penetrating along the length direction of the buffer block; the mounting plate is arranged at one end of the buffer block, avoidance holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the cavities, of the mounting plate, and connecting holes are formed in the mounting plate; the limiting body comprises a limiting plate and a limiting column, one end of the limiting column is connected with the limiting plate, and the other end of the limiting column penetrates through the cavity from the other end of the buffer block. The buffer structure has better buffer effect and light weight. In the using process, in the process that the buffer block is stressed from zero to the maximum structural limit value, the buffer block is forced to deform and bear most of pressure, the limit column is pressed into an avoidance hole of the mounting plate in the process and forms rigid limit with the frame bracket, and finally the effect of limiting the maximum deformation of the suspension is achieved, and the breakdown of a suspension system is prevented; when the wheel jumps down, the buffer block recovers the original shape, and the limiting body moves down to be separated from the frame bracket.

The shape is inwards concave, and the radial deformation is small.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a vehicle including the buffer structure described in the above embodiment. The buffer structure has better buffer effect and light weight.

1. A cushioning structure, comprising:
the buffer block is provided with a cavity penetrating along the length direction of the buffer block;
the mounting plate is arranged at one end of the buffer block, avoidance holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the cavities, of the mounting plate, and connecting holes are formed in the mounting plate;
the limiting body comprises a limiting plate and a limiting column, one end of the limiting column is connected with the limiting plate, and the other end of the limiting column penetrates through the other end of the buffer block and is arranged in the cavity.
2. The buffer structure of claim 1, wherein the buffer block is cylindrical.
3. The cushion structure of claim 1, wherein the cushion block is a rubber member.
4. The cushioning structure of claim 1, wherein the chamber is cylindrical, and an axis of the chamber, an axis of the cushion block, and an axis of the restraint post are collinear.
5. The cushioning structure of claim 1, wherein the length of the chamber is greater than the length of the restraining post.

7. The cushioning structure of claim 1, wherein a side of the restraining plate away from the restraining post is provided with an elastic layer.
8. The cushioning structure of claim 1, wherein the restraining post is perpendicular to the restraining plate.
9. The buffer structure of claim 1, wherein the mounting plate has two of the connection holes, and the avoiding hole is located between the two connection holes.
10. A vehicle characterized by comprising a cushion structure according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
