Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of plastic processing, in particular to a pressing and conveying device of a plastic extruder, which solves the defects in the prior art and comprises a base, an extruder fixedly arranged at the top of the base, a conveying belt arranged at one side of a feeding box and a transmission assembly, wherein the end part of the extruder is provided with an extrusion head, the top of the extruder is provided with the feeding box, a piston rod is arranged on the feeding box in a sliding way, the bottom of the piston rod is fixedly provided with a pressing and conveying plate through screws, and through the arrangement of structures such as a cam, a roller, the piston rod, the pressing and conveying plate, the conveying belt, a rotating and preheating plate and the like, during processing, the conveying belt and the pressing and conveying assembly are simultaneously operated by adopting a driving source so as to press materials into the extruder, the feeding efficiency is high, and the rotating and the preheating plate is adopted to preheat the materials and play a certain rolling role during feeding so that the, ensuring the high efficiency and stability of the subsequent processing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plastic processing, in particular to a pressure feeding device of a plastic extruder.
Background
The extruder can divide the machine head into a right-angle machine head, an oblique-angle machine head and the like according to the material flow direction of the machine head and the included angle of the central line of the screw. The screw extruder depends on the pressure and the shearing force generated by the rotation of the screw, so that materials can be fully plasticized and uniformly mixed and are molded through a neck mold. Plastics extruders can be largely classified into twin-screw extruders, single-screw extruders and, less frequently, multi-screw extruders and also screwless extruders.
In the plastic extruder in the prior art, raw materials are manually led into a feeding box, so that the feeding efficiency is low, the raw materials are adhered together before entering the extruder, and the temperature of the raw materials is low, so that the subsequent processing effect is influenced; and when the plastic raw materials are fed, impurities are mixed in the raw materials, so that the quality of the product is reduced.

the top of the piston rod is provided with a roller, the top of the feeding box is fixedly connected with a bracket, the bracket is provided with a cam, and the cam is tightly contacted with the outer side of the roller;
the feed inlet has been seted up to one side of feeding case, and the equal activity of inner wall both sides of feeding case articulates there is the rotation preheating plate, and the inside of rotating the preheating plate is equipped with heating element, and one side of rotating the preheating plate is through buckle fixedly connected with second spring, the other end of second spring and the lateral wall fixed connection of feeding case.
Preferably, one side of the feeding box is fixed with a screening box through screws, a screening plate is fixed between the side walls of the screening box through screws, an opening is formed in the screening box, and the screening plate extends to the inside of the opening.

According to the invention, through the arrangement of the structures such as the screening box, the screening plate, the opening, the impurity collecting box and the like, the plastic raw material is screened by the screening plate before entering the feeding box, and redundant impurities can be collected by utilizing the impurity collection, so that the impurities are prevented from being mixed into the raw material, and the production quality of the product is improved.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a pressure feeding device of a plastic extruder comprises a base 1, an extruder 2 fixedly arranged at the top of the base 1, a conveyor belt 12 arranged at one side of a feeding box 6, and a transmission assembly 13, wherein an extruding head 3 is arranged at the end of the extruder 2, the feeding box 6 is arranged at the top of the extruder 2, a piston rod 11 is slidably arranged on the feeding box 6, a pressure feeding plate 18 is fixed at the bottom of the piston rod 11 through a screw, and a plurality of rolling heads 19 distributed in an array are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the pressure feeding plate 18; the top of the piston rod 11 is provided with a roller 9, the top of the feeding box 6 is fixedly connected with a bracket 7, the bracket 7 is provided with a cam 8, and the cam 8 is tightly contacted with the outer side of the roller 9; feed inlet 22 has been seted up to one side of feed box 6, and the equal activity of the inner wall both sides of feed box 6 articulates there is rotation preheating plate 20, and the inside of rotating preheating plate 20 is equipped with heating element 21, and buckle fixedly connected with second spring 17 is passed through to one side of rotation preheating plate 20, and the other end of second spring 17 and the lateral wall fixed connection of feed box 6.
The plastic material is screened by the screening plate 16 before entering the feeding box 6 through the arrangement of the structures such as the screening box 15, the screening plate 16, the opening and the impurity collecting box 5, and the impurities can be collected by utilizing the impurities, so that the impurities are prevented from being mixed into the impurity material, and the production quality of a product is improved.
One side of the feeding box 6 is fixed with a screening box 15 through screws, a screening plate 16 is fixed between the side walls of the screening box 15 through screws, an opening is formed in the screening box 15, and the screening plate 16 extends to the inside of the opening.
The bottom fixed mounting of screening box 15 has bobbing machine 14, and the top of base 1 is passed through the screw fixation and is had backup pad 4, is fixed with impurity collecting box 5 on the backup pad 4, and impurity collecting box 5 is located the open-ended under.
The conveying belt 12 comprises a first conveying wheel, a second conveying wheel and a belt, the belt is sleeved outside the first conveying wheel and the second conveying wheel, and the second conveying wheel is connected with the cam 8 through a transmission assembly 13.
The transmission assembly 13 comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a synchronous belt, the synchronous belt is sleeved outside the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and the driving wheel and the driven wheel are respectively sleeved outside a central shaft on one side of the second conveying wheel and a central shaft on one side of the cam 8.
The inside of feed box 6 is seted up the slide opening, and piston rod 11 imbeds in the inside of slide opening.
The outside cover of piston rod 11 is equipped with first spring 10, and the both ends of first spring 10 are respectively with the roof of feed box 6 and the top of forced lubrication board 18 fixed connection.
The heating component 21 is a heating resistance wire.
In the embodiment, during processing, the driving source is started to drive the conveying belt 12 to convey the plastic raw material, the plastic raw material is poured into the screening box 15 after passing through the conveying belt 12, and the driving source drives the cam 8 to rotate through the transmission assembly 13 when driving the conveying belt 12 to work;
further, after the materials are put into the screening box 15, the screening box 15 is vibrated by the vibrating machine 14, the plastic raw materials are screened by the screening plate 16 and enter the screening box 15, and enter the feeding box 6 from the feeding hole 22 at one side of the feeding box 6, and the rest impurities fall into the impurity collecting box 5 from the opening along the obliquely arranged screening plate 16 for collection;
in addition, when the cam 8 works, the cam rolls along the roller 9, so that the piston rod 11 slides to drive the pressure feeding plate 18 to pressure feed the materials in the feeding box 6 downwards, the materials push the rotary preheating plate 20 to rotate around a fulcrum in the feeding box 6 after being extruded, the materials fall into the extruder 2 to be processed and extruded, the materials falling into the feeding box 6 can also be preheated by the rotary preheating plate 20, the working efficiency is improved, and when the pressure feeding plate 18 pressure feeds the materials, the rolling head 19 at the bottom of the pressure feeding plate can further roll and separate the materials;
the final material is extruded from the extrusion head 3 through the extruder 2.
