a2: the rotating hand wheel 105 is rotated to drive the linkage shaft 113 to rotate, so that the turnover plate 112 is driven to turn over until the turnover plate 112 is in a vertical state, the bottom of the turnover plate 112 is abutted to the top of the separation plate 114, the slicing cylinder 127 is started, a movable rod of the slicing cylinder 127 extends to push a plurality of cutting edges 130 to move on the discharge plate 133 through the mounting plate 129, and the cutting edges 130 cut the traditional Chinese medicine into traditional Chinese medicine pieces in the moving process;

b2: rotating the rotating hand wheel 105 to drive the linkage shaft 113 to rotate, so as to drive the turnover plate 112 to turn over until the turnover plate 112 is in an inclined state, so that the top of the turnover plate 112 is abutted against the inner wall of one side of the storage chamber 115 and the bottom of the turnover plate 112 is abutted against the top of one side of the crushing box 121, starting the discharging cylinder 128, moving the movable rod collecting and discharging plate 133 of the discharging cylinder 128 to move, and in the moving process of the discharging plate 133, guiding the traditional Chinese medicine to the inner cavity of the crushing box 121 through the turnover plate 112;
b3: starting the crushing motor 119, driving the transmission gear 123 to rotate by the operation of the crushing motor 119 through the second driving pulley 120 and the second driven pulley 124, rotating the two crushing rollers 122 towards the middle under the meshing action of the two transmission gears 123, and crushing the traditional Chinese medicine in the process that the two crushing rollers 122 are meshed with each other to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder;
b4: the conveying motor 116 is started, the conveying motor 116 operates to drive the spiral conveying rod 134 to rotate through the first driving belt wheel 117 and the first driven belt wheel 118, and after the traditional Chinese medicine powder enters the conveying pipe 110 from the crushing box 121, the rotary spiral conveying rod 134 conveys the traditional Chinese medicine powder forwards, and the traditional Chinese medicine powder is discharged through one end of the conveying pipe 110 and falls into the material receiving box 300.

b2: rotating a rotating hand wheel (105) to drive a linkage shaft (113) to rotate, so as to drive a turnover plate (112) to turn over until the turnover plate (112) is in an inclined state, enabling the top of the turnover plate (112) to abut against the inner wall of one side of a storage chamber (115) and the bottom of the turnover plate (112) to abut against the top of one side of a crushing box (121), starting a material discharging cylinder (128), moving a movable rod material collecting and contracting plate (133) of the material discharging cylinder (128), and guiding traditional Chinese medicines to an inner cavity of the crushing box (121) through the turnover plate (112) in the moving process of the material discharging plate (133);
