2) the control box 2 controls the electric cylinder 6 to retract, meanwhile, the second motor 53 is started, the movable seat 7 ascends and moves to an assembling station 8 close to the control box 2, and a workpiece to be assembled is placed at the center of the rotary table 83;
3) automatic clamping, when a workpiece is placed on the rotating platform 83, and first pressure information monitored by the first pressure sensor 11 is greater than a preset value, the control box 2 transmits a clamping signal to control the electric push rods 822 to extend out, at the moment, two or more electric push rods 822 can be controlled to extend out according to the requirements of assembling the workpiece, the clamping plates 824 are close to the rotating platform 83, the workpiece to be assembled is automatically clamped, and when second pressure information monitored by the second pressure sensor 12 is greater than the preset value, the control box 2 controls the electric push rods 822 to stop extending out, and clamping pressure of the clamping plates 824 is maintained;
4) rotating assembly, namely controlling a first motor 89 and a reduction gearbox 88 by the control box 2 according to assembly requirements, controlling the rotating speed and the angle of the rotating platform 83 and quickly and conveniently assembling the diesel generator;
5) and (5) circulating the steps 1-4 to finish the assembly of other assembly stations.
The working method is simple in flow, convenient to operate and capable of being assembled quickly and conveniently.

4) the diesel generator is assembled in a rotating mode, the control box (2) controls the first motor (89) and the reduction gearbox (88) according to assembly requirements, the rotating speed and the rotating angle of the rotating platform (83) are controlled, and the diesel generator is assembled quickly and conveniently;
5) and (5) circulating the steps 1-4 to finish the assembly of other assembly stations.
