In a word, the urine monitoring device adopting the structure has the advantages of convenience in use, difficulty in causing damage to the skin and the genitals of a patient, capability of reducing the workload of medical staff, capability of realizing measurement and collection of urination of the patient and monitoring of the pH value and the urine specific gravity value of urine of the patient.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent urine collecting and monitoring device for male urinary incontinence patients comprises an underwear main body (1) and a waistband (2); the method is characterized in that: a urine receiving piece (3) extends from the bottom of the underwear body (1), the urine receiving piece (3) is connected with the input end of a suction pump (5) arranged on the waistband (2) through a urine collecting pipe (4), a urine receiving bag (6) is arranged on the waistband (2), the urine receiving bag (6) is connected with the output end of the suction pump (5) through a pipeline, one end, far away from the suction pump (5), of the urine receiving bag (6) is connected with a urine measuring box (7) through a catheter, a urine specific gravity measuring instrument (8) is arranged in the urine measuring box (7), and a pressure sensor (9) and a PH value detector (10) are embedded into the lower end of the urine receiving bag (6); the waistband is characterized by further comprising a controller (11) and a display (12), wherein the controller (11) and the display (12) are detachably mounted on two sides of the waistband (2) respectively, and the controller (11) is electrically connected with the display (12) through a conducting wire; the controller (11) is electrically connected with the urine receiving piece (3), the suction pump (5), the urine measuring box (7), the urine specific gravity measuring instrument (8), the pressure sensor (9) and the PH value detector (10).

The intelligent urine collection and monitoring device for male urinary incontinence patients as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the urine receiving piece (3) comprises a urine receiving cavity (31), a genital sleeve (32) detachably connected with the underpants body (1) is arranged at the top of the urine receiving cavity (31), the genital sleeve (32) can be in sleeve fit with the genitals of male patients, a locking air bag (33) for fixing the genitals of the male patient is arranged on the inner wall of the upper end of the genitals sleeve (32), the locking air bag (33) is connected with an inflator pump (35) through an air duct (34), a gas one-way valve (36) which can enable gas to flow to the locking air bag (33) in one way on the gas guide tube (34) is arranged at one end of the gas guide tube (34) far away from the locking air bag (33), and a manual deflation valve (37) is arranged on the gas guide tube (34) and positioned between the locking air bag (33) and the gas one-way valve (36); wherein the urine receiving piece (3) is arranged at the bottom of the underwear body (1) through the genital sleeve (32), the urine receiving piece (3) is in threaded connection with the urine collecting tube (4) through the urine receiving cavity (31), and the urine receiving piece (3) is electrically connected with the controller (11) through the inflator pump (35).

The urine collection and monitoring device for the intelligent male urinary incontinence patient as claimed in claim 2, wherein: and a liquid one-way valve (13) which can enable the fluid to flow to the suction pump (5) in one way on the urine collection pipe (4) is arranged at one end of the urine collection pipe (4) far away from the suction pump (5).
4. The intelligent urine collection and monitoring device for male urinary incontinence patients as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a plurality of exhaust valves (14) are arranged at the top of the urine collecting bag (6).
5. The intelligent urine collection and monitoring device for male urinary incontinence patients as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the exhaust valve (14) is a SUHE-HPb57-3 automatic exhaust valve.

The intelligent urine collection and monitoring device for male urinary incontinence patients as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the urine measuring box (7) comprises a box body (71), a flow meter (72) is installed at the top of the box body (71), wherein the urine measuring box (7) is connected with the urine collecting bag (6) through the flow meter (72) through a conduit, the urine specific gravity measuring instrument (8) is installed in the box body (71), and the urine measuring box (7) is electrically connected with the controller (11) through the flow meter (72).
7. The urine collection monitoring device for the intelligent male urinary incontinence patient as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the controller (11) is an STM32F103ZCT6 controller.
8. The urine collection monitoring device for the intelligent male urinary incontinence patient as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the urine specific gravity measuring instrument (8) is a PX-U2T urine specific gravity measuring instrument.
9. The urine collection monitoring device for the intelligent male urinary incontinence patient as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the pressure sensor (9) is a PT503 micro pressure sensor.
10. The urine collection monitoring device for the intelligent male urinary incontinence patient as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the PH value detector (10) is a CT-6020A PH value detector.
