The working principle of the invention is as follows:

The noise of the whole system is eliminated by a silencer, water in the hydraulic purification tower is purified by a water purifier, and the dynamic balance of the water required by the work is kept through a water pump and the system. The power for conveying the purified air is provided by an inlet fan and an outlet fan.
