A humidifying and heating device comprises a shell (1), a filter cartridge (7), a three-way pipe (8), a spray head (9), a heating element (10), an air inlet machine (11), an air outlet pipe (12), a detection module (43) and a controller (44); a water filtering chamber (2), a regulating chamber (3), an installation chamber (4), a wind filtering chamber (5) and a humidifying and heating chamber (6) are arranged in the shell (1); the filter cartridge (7) is detachably arranged in the water filtering chamber (2); the three-way pipe (8) is arranged in the mounting chamber (4) and is communicated with the water filtering chamber (2), the adjusting chamber (3) and the spray head (9); the spray head (9) and the heating element (10) are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the humidifying and heating chamber (6); the humidifying and heating chamber (6) is communicated with the air filtering chamber (5); the air outlet pipe (12) is communicated with the humidifying and heating chamber (6); the air inlet machine (11) is communicated with the air filtering chamber (5); the detection module (43) is arranged on the air inlet machine (11); the controller (44) is arranged on the shell (1); the device is characterized by also comprising an adjusting component; the adjusting component comprises a stirring cleaning piece (17), a transmission piece and a pushing piece;
the stirring cleaning piece (17) comprises a mounting rod (13), a rotating ring (14), a first stirring frame (15), a cleaning brush (16), a second stirring frame (18), a connecting shaft (19), a rotating sleeve (20) and a stirring sheet (21); the mounting rod (13) is arranged at the periphery of the filter cylinder (7), the upper end of the mounting rod is connected with the inner wall of the water filtering chamber (2), and the lower end of the mounting rod is connected with the rotating ring (14) in a sliding manner; the rotating ring (14) is sleeved on the periphery of the filter cylinder (7); the first stirring frame (15) is arranged at the lower end of the rotating ring (14); the cleaning brush (16) is arranged on the first stirring frame (15) and is in contact with the filter cylinder (7); the second stirring frame (18) is arranged on the periphery of the first stirring frame (15) through a connecting shaft (19) and is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the water filtering chamber (2); the rotating sleeve (20) is rotationally arranged on the connecting shaft (19); the stirring sheet (21) is arranged on the rotating sleeve (20);
the pushing piece comprises an eccentric wheel (32), a rotating shaft (33), a piston plate (34), a limiting plate (35) and a first return spring (36); one end of the rotating shaft (33) is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the adjusting chamber (3), and the other end is in key connection with the eccentric wheel (32); the piston plate (34) is connected with the inner wall of the adjusting chamber (3) in a sliding way and is always in sliding contact with the outer edge of the eccentric wheel (32); the limiting plate (35) is arranged in the adjusting chamber (3); one end of the first return spring (36) is connected with the limiting plate (35), and the other end of the first return spring is connected with the piston plate (34).

A humidification heater as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the transmission comprises a first drive motor (23), a first gear (24), a first transmission shaft (25), a second gear (26), a third gear (27), a second transmission shaft (28), a fourth gear (29), a fifth gear (30) and a transmission belt (31); a toothed ring (22) is arranged on the rotating ring (14); the first transmission shaft (25) is rotatably arranged in the water filtering chamber (2); the first gear (24) and the second gear (26) are respectively connected with two ends of the first transmission shaft (25) in a key mode; the first gear (24) is meshed with the gear ring (22); the second transmission shaft (28) rotatably extends into the water filtering chamber (2) and the adjusting chamber (3) through a sealed bearing; the third gear (27) and the fourth gear (29) are respectively in key connection with two ends of the second transmission shaft (28); the third gear (27) is meshed with the second gear (26); the fifth gear (30) is in key connection with the main shaft of the first driving motor (23) and is in meshed connection with the fourth gear (29); two ends of the transmission belt (31) are respectively sleeved with a main shaft of the first driving motor (23) and a rotating shaft (33).
3. The humidification heating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first check valve is provided at a connection end of the tee pipe (8) and the water filtering chamber (2), and a second check valve is provided at a connection end of the tee pipe and the humidification heating chamber (6).
4. The humidification heater as claimed in claim 1, wherein a filter assembly is provided in the filter chamber (5); the air filtering component comprises a clapboard (37), a mounting rack (38) and an air filtering net (39); the inner wall of the air filtering chamber (5) is provided with an installation guide rail (41); the partition plate (37) is connected with the inner wall of the air filtering chamber (5) in a sliding way through a mounting guide rail (41), and the upper end of the partition plate (37) is provided with a vent hole (40); the mounting racks (38) are arranged on two sides of the partition plate (37) in pairs, and each pair of mounting racks (38) form an inverted V-shaped structure; the air filtering net (39) is detachably arranged on the mounting frame (38).

The humidification heater of claim 4, wherein the air filter assembly further includes a mounting plate (42); the partition plate (37) is connected to the mounting plate (42) and is arranged vertically to the mounting plate; the shell (1) is provided with a mounting opening communicated with the air filtering chamber (5); the partition plate (37) is covered on the mounting opening through a sealing gasket and a fixing nail.
6. The humidification heating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heating member (10) is a U-shaped heating pipe; the spray head (9) is arranged right above the heating element (10).
7. The humidification heater as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detection module (43) is provided with a temperature detection unit, a humidity detection unit and an air quality monitoring unit.
8. The humidification heater as claimed in claim 1, wherein a purifying agent addition box (45) communicating with the water filtering chamber (2) is provided outside the housing (1).

The humidification heating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air outlet pipe (12) is provided with a protection component; the protection assembly comprises a protection frame (46), a clamping rod (47), a pull ring (48) and a second return spring (49); a clamping groove is arranged on the air outlet pipe (12); the clamping groove is provided with a through hole; the protective frame (46) is of a transverse U-shaped structure, the horizontal section of the protective frame extends into the clamping groove and is provided with a clamping hole (50), and the vertical section of the protective frame shields the air outlet end of the air outlet pipe (12); one end of the clamping rod (47) penetrates through the through hole and is connected with the clamping hole (50) in a clamping mode, and the other end of the clamping rod is connected with the pull ring (48); the second return spring (49) is connected with the pull ring (48) and the outer wall of the air outlet pipe (12).
10. A humidification heating method comprising any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the method steps are as follows:
s1, adding water into the water filtering chamber (2) periodically;
s2, collecting indoor air by the air inlet machine (11), detecting the temperature, the humidity and the quality of the indoor air by the detection module (43), and sending a detection result to the controller (44);
s3, the controller (44) judges whether the detection result is qualified according to the preset reference value, and starts the corresponding functional component to adjust if the detection result is a qualified index;
s4, enabling indoor air to enter an air filtering chamber (5), sequentially passing through a layer air filtering net (39), finally entering a humidifying and heating chamber (6), forming clean warm air through a heating element (10) preheated in advance, and adjusting the temperature and the air quality;
s5, the transmission part is used for transmission, the stirring cleaning part (17) is used for acting, the first stirring frame (15) and the second stirring frame (18) are used for mixing the added purifying agent and water, and the filter cylinder (7) is cleaned at the same time, so that the filtering and the purifying of the water are accelerated;
s6, transmission of a transmission piece, action of a pushing piece, rotation of an eccentric wheel (32), upward movement of a piston plate (34), inflow of water from a water filtering chamber (2) into an adjusting chamber (3), downward movement of the piston plate (34), and ejection of water from the adjusting chamber (3) into a spray head (9) to form water mist and adjust humidity;
s7, the detection module (43) continues to detect until the detection data reach the standard;
s8, when a child is at home, the protection assembly acts, and the distance between the protection frame (46) and the air outlet pipe (12) is adjusted by pulling the clamping rod (47) to enable the distance to be smaller than the finger width of the child.
