The switch is a device for controlling the opening and closing of a pipeline of the device and realizing the transfer of substances such as liquid from one device to another device so as to meet the specified process requirements, and is an industrial application for the connection of the devices. The switch has wide application in industrial production and various mechanical equipment. At present, most switches in the market are: electric switches and manual switches have respective advantages and disadvantages. The common defects of the switches are that the device is complex to process and manufacture and high in energy consumption. In order to ensure that the switch can meet the specified process requirements, save economic cost and reduce manufacturing difficulty, the invention designs a novel magnetic-type switch which can effectively solve the defects.

Aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the conventional switch in equipment manufacturing cost and processing and manufacturing, the invention aims to provide a novel magnetic-type switch. The switch has the advantages of low equipment cost, simple processing and manufacturing, and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a novel magnetic type switch comprises the following components:
the annular track (1) is an annular arc track made of alloy and used for fixing four magnets and enabling the magnets to move up and down in the vertical direction only in the horizontal plane and below.
And the four magnets (2) are provided with corresponding magnetic magnets for matching with the functional requirements of the device, and the arc-shaped section is buckled in the annular track and used for realizing the opening and closing of the switch.
And the iron component (3) is an iron common component and is used for fixing the magnet, preventing the magnet from moving transversely and realizing the closing of the switch on the attraction force of the magnet.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the switch is closed by the attraction of the iron component to the magnet, namely, the switch is opened when the gravity of the substance in the device carried by the switch is greater than the attraction; when the gravity of the substance in the device carried by the switch is smaller than the attraction force, the switch is closed. The switch is automatically opened and closed according to the magnitude relation between the gravity and the attraction force of the substance in the device carried by the switch, and the use of sensors related to the device and other elements for controlling the opening and closing is reduced. Therefore, the invention can effectively save economic cost, reduce manufacturing difficulty and ensure the normal use function of the switch.

the annular track (1) is an annular arc track made of alloy and used for fixing four magnets and enabling the magnets to move up and down in the vertical direction only in the horizontal plane and below.
The four magnets (2) are magnets with corresponding magnetism for matching the requirements of the device for realizing the opening and closing functions, and the arc-shaped section is buckled in the annular track and is an important component for realizing the opening and closing of the switch.
And the iron component (3) is an iron common component and is used for fixing each component of the switch, preventing the magnet from moving transversely and realizing the closing of the switch by the attraction force of the magnet.
The working process of the invention is explained with reference to fig. 1 of the drawings:
when the gravity of the substance in the device carried by the switch is greater than the attraction force, the magnet can leave the iron component and move downwards to realize the opening of the switch; when the gravity of the substance in the device carried by the switch is smaller than the attraction force, the magnet moves upwards and returns to the horizontal plane to be contacted with the iron component, so that the switch is closed. The invention is characterized in that the switch is automatically opened and closed according to the magnitude relation between the gravity and the attraction of the substance in the device carried by the switch.
