Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide semi-underground biological combined treatment equipment for urban greening garbage, which can treat greening garbage generated in a green land nearby and quickly convert the greening garbage into organic fertilizer, thereby achieving the purposes of recycling, harmlessness and reduction of the urban greening garbage.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a semi-underground urban greening garbage biological combined treatment device comprises an aerobic composting unit and an earthworm composting unit, wherein the aerobic composting unit and the earthworm composting unit are communicated up and down and integrated into a whole;
the aerobic composting unit comprises a feed inlet cover plate at the upper end, and the feed inlet cover plate is of a grid structure;
the earthworm composting unit comprises a discharge port cover plate at the upper end, the discharge port cover plate and the aerobic composting unit are arranged in a staggered manner, the discharge port cover plate is of a grid structure, and one end of the upper end of the earthworm composting unit, which is far away from the discharge port cover plate, is communicated with the lower part of the aerobic composting unit;
the heat generated in the aerobic composting process heats air and enables the air to rise through the feed inlet cover plate, and the cold air is supplemented from the bottom through the discharge outlet cover plate through the chimney effect, so that the ventilation of the earthworm composting unit is realized, and oxygen is provided for the aerobic composting unit.
Furthermore, the aerobic composting unit further comprises an aerobic composting unit main body and a heat insulation layer, the aerobic composting unit main body is of a box structure, the lower end of the aerobic composting unit main body is communicated with the earthworm composting unit, the feeding port cover plate is arranged at the upper end of the aerobic composting unit main body and used for feeding materials after being opened, and the heat insulation layer is arranged on the outer side of the aerobic composting unit main body.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and positive effects.
1. The invention adopts a semi-overground and semi-underground design, the aerobic composting unit is arranged above the ground surface, and the earthworm composting unit is arranged below the ground surface, so that the total height of the equipment exposed out of the ground surface is reduced, and manual feeding is facilitated;
2. the invention adopts a modular design, has the characteristic of miniaturization, and can be arranged in a green space range according to actual requirements so as to reduce the green waste clearing cost to the maximum extent; the single module can treat green waste generated by about 1 hectare of urban green land, and a plurality of groups of modules can be combined in parallel according to needs, so that the treatment capacity is improved;
3. the invention can treat the easily decomposed components of fallen leaves, lawn trimmings, fallen flowers and fallen fruits which account for 60-80% of the total biomass of the greening garbage, and obtains the high-quality organic fertilizer with loose structure by utilizing the crushing action of the feeding activity of the earthworms, and the volume of the greening garbage after treatment can be reduced by more than 40%;
4. the invention utilizes the heat generated in the aerobic composting process of the green waste to heat the air to make the air rise, the cold air is supplemented from the bottom through the chimney effect to achieve the effect of providing oxygen through ventilation, no electric equipment such as a blower is needed, the structure is simple, the processing and the manufacturing are convenient, the service life cycle is long, and the service life can reach more than 15 years.

As shown in figures 1-3, the invention is a semi-underground urban greening garbage biological combined treatment device, which comprises an aerobic composting unit and an earthworm composting unit, wherein the aerobic composting unit and the earthworm composting unit are communicated and integrated up and down, the aerobic composting unit is positioned above the ground surface, the earthworm composting unit is positioned below the ground surface, in the application, the principles of the aerobic composting and the earthworm composting are well known, the aerobic composting needs to ensure the temperature, the part is positioned on the ground, therefore, a heat preservation layer is arranged, the occasion of the earthworm composting arrangement needs to ensure the ventilation, simultaneously, the sunshine is avoided, the moving range of the earthworms is ensured, in the application, the earthworm composting unit is positioned below the ground surface, the dark environment of the earthworm moving is ensured, meanwhile, in the structure of the application, a feed inlet cover plate 3 and a discharge outlet cover plate 6 both adopt the structures of grid plates to ensure the ventilation, meanwhile, the air is heated by utilizing the heat generated in the aerobic composting process of the green waste to rise, the cold air is supplemented from the bottom through the chimney effect, the effect of providing oxygen through ventilation is achieved, electric equipment such as an air blower is not needed, the structure is simple, the processing and the manufacturing are convenient, the service life cycle is long, and the service life can be more than 15 years.
The aerobic composting unit comprises an aerobic composting unit main body 1, a feed inlet cover plate 3, an auxiliary discharge port loose-leaf door 4 and a heat-insulating layer 5; the aerobic composting unit main body 1 is a cuboid, the length of the external dimension is 1500mm, the width is 1000mm, the height is 1500-1600mm, and the wall thickness is 10-15mm, so that the storage space and the strength are ensured.
The aerobic composting unit main body 1 comprises a front baffle 7, an aerobic composting unit side wall 8 and a back plate 9; the front baffle 7 is in a zigzag shape and is vertically arranged, the upper part and the lower part of the front baffle are equally divided into three rectangular flat plates, the width of each flat plate is 970-980mm, the length of each flat plate is 500-600mm, the flat plates at two ends are vertically downward, the included angle between the flat plate in the middle and the flat plates at two ends is 120 degrees, the front baffle is arranged to play a role in buffering materials, and the front baffle corresponds to the discharging slope 12 below, so that the materials are collected and collected, and compost is generated; the side wall 8 of the aerobic composting unit is a rectangular flat plate with the width of 1500mm and the height of 1400-1500 mm; the back plate 9 is a rectangular flat plate with the width of 970-980mm and the height of 1500-1600mm, and the rectangular flat plate structure is adopted, so that the blanking is convenient, and the manufacturing cost is saved.
Preferably, the feed inlet cover plate 3 is positioned at the top opening of the aerobic composting unit main body 1 and is a rectangular grid plate with the width of 1000mm and the length of 1500mm, and the grid gap is 30-50 mm; more preferably, the width of the auxiliary discharge opening loose-leaf door 4 is 500mm, the height thereof is 800mm, the auxiliary discharge opening loose-leaf door is located at the lower part of the backboard 9, the bottom edge is 100mm away from the ground surface, the operation is convenient, and the discharging is convenient and thorough; the heat-insulating layer 5 is 5-15mm thick and covers the aerobic composting unit main body 1 and the outer part of the auxiliary discharge opening flap door 4, so that the internal temperature is ensured, and an aerobic composting environment is provided.
The earthworm composting unit comprises an earthworm composting unit main body 2 and a discharge hole cover plate 6, wherein the earthworm composting unit main body 2 is a cuboid, and has the external dimension of 2000mm in length, 1000mm in width, 600mm in height and 10-15mm in wall thickness; the rear side of the top opening of the earthworm composting unit main body 2 is communicated with the bottom opening of the aerobic composting unit main body 1, so that the communication of materials is realized.
The earthworm composting unit main body 2 comprises a bottom baffle 10, an earthworm composting unit side wall 11 and a discharging slope plate 12; the bottom baffle 10 is a rectangular flat plate with the width of 970-980mm and the height of 600 mm; the side wall 11 of the earthworm composting unit is a rectangular flat plate with the width of 2000mm and the height of 600 mm; the discharging slope plate 12 is a rectangular flat plate with the width of 970-980mm and the length of 1000-1200mm, one side of the discharging slope plate is lapped on the back plate 9, the height of the discharging slope plate is parallel to the ground surface, the other side of the discharging slope plate is parallel to the bottom of the side wall 11 of the earthworm composting unit, the fertilizer falling from the upper part of the aerobic composting unit is conveniently introduced into the earthworm composting unit, and the guiding and concentrating effects are achieved.
The discharge port cover plate 6 is positioned on the front side of the top opening of the earthworm composting unit main body 2 and is a rectangular grid plate with the width of 1000mm and the length of 500mm, the grid gap is 30-50mm, and the treated fertilizer can be discharged after being opened.
The widths of the front baffle 7, the back plate 9, the bottom baffle 10 and the discharging slope plate 12 are consistent; the side wall 8 of the aerobic composting unit and the side wall 11 of the earthworm composting unit have the same wall thickness, can be integrated into a whole, have high strength, are convenient to prepare by blanking, and save the preparation process; when multiple sets of equipment are connected in parallel, two adjacent sets of equipment share the side wall at the joint, so that the structure is simplified, and the cost is reduced.
The material of the aerobic composting unit main body 1, the material inlet cover plate 3, the auxiliary material discharge opening hinge door 4, the earthworm composting unit main body 2 and the material discharge opening cover plate 6 is glass fiber reinforced plastic, the chemical stability is high, and the internal treatment degree is favorably observed, the material of the heat preservation layer 5 is embossed aluminum foil heat preservation cotton, which is a commercially available product, the material is convenient to obtain, the heat preservation performance is high, the heat preservation layer can be reused, the reusability is high, the daily maintenance cost is reduced, the stainless steel sheet metal can also be adopted for welding, the outer surface of the aerobic composting unit main body 1 is provided with an antirust paint layer, the service life of the aerobic composting unit main body is prolonged, and different colors can be set according to different setting environments to; it can also be made of concrete.
The aerobic composting unit is suitable for treating fallen leaves, lawn trimmings, fallen flowers, fallen fruits and the like, and greening garbage with higher cellulose content such as ornamental grass and the like is suitable for being manually cut into small sections of 3-5cm, so that the contact area is increased, and the treatment speed and efficiency are improved; the aerobic composting unit is not suitable for directly treating branch greening garbage, if the branch greening garbage needs to be treated, the branch greening garbage is crushed into 1cm in particle size, and the composting efficiency is ensured.
Example (b): the experiment is that 3 sets of semi-underground urban greening garbage biological combined treatment equipment are deployed in the Tianjin Taida plant resource base in the last 9 th month of 2019, an aerobic composting unit main body 1 is a cuboid, the length of the external dimension is 1500mm, the width is 1000mm, the height is 1500mm, and the wall thickness is 10 mm; the front baffle 7 is in a zigzag shape and is divided into three rectangular flat plates, the width of each flat plate is 980mm, the length of each flat plate is 500mm, the flat plates at two ends are vertically downward, and the included angle between the middle flat plate and the flat plates at two ends is 120 degrees; the side wall 8 of the aerobic composting unit is a rectangular flat plate with the width of 1500mm and the height of 1400 mm; the back plate 9 is a rectangular flat plate with the width of 980mm and the height of 1500 mm.
The feed inlet cover plate 3 is positioned at the opening at the top end of the aerobic composting unit main body 1 and is a rectangular grid plate with the width of 1000mm and the length of 1500mm, and the grid gap is 50 mm; the width of the auxiliary discharge opening loose-leaf door 4 is 300mm, the height thereof is 600mm, the auxiliary discharge opening loose-leaf door is positioned at the lower part of the back plate 9, and the height of the bottom edge thereof from the ground surface is 100 mm; the heat preservation layer 5 is 10mm thick, and the cladding is in the required temperature of good oxygen compost in the supplementary discharge opening loose-leaf door 4 outside of good oxygen compost unit main part 1 and, and the cladding is paid attention to the leakproofness of guaranteeing between supplementary discharge opening loose-leaf door 4 and good oxygen compost unit main part 1 simultaneously, and then guarantees leakproofness and temperature.
The earthworm composting unit main body 2 is a cuboid, the external dimension length is 2000mm, the width is 1000mm, the height is 600mm, and the wall thickness is 10 mm; the bottom baffle 10 is a rectangular flat plate with the width of 980mm and the height of 600 mm; the side wall 11 of the earthworm composting unit is a rectangular flat plate with the width of 2000mm and the height of 600 mm; the discharging slope plate 12 is a rectangular flat plate with the width of 980mm and the length of 1200mm, one side of the discharging slope plate is lapped on the back plate 9, the height of the discharging slope plate is parallel and level to the ground surface, the other side of the discharging slope plate is parallel and level to the bottom of the side wall 11 of the earthworm composting unit, the structure is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low.
The discharge port cover plate 6 is positioned on the front side of the top opening of the earthworm composting unit main body 2 and is a rectangular grid plate with the width of 1000mm and the length of 500mm, and the grid gap is 30 mm.
As shown in fig. 3, the aerobic composting unit side wall 8 is integrated with the earthworm composting unit side wall 11; the 3 groups of equipment are arranged in parallel, and the two adjacent groups of equipment share the side wall 8 of the aerobic composting unit and the side wall 11 of the earthworm composting unit at the joint; the aerobic composting unit main body 1, the feed inlet cover plate 3, the auxiliary discharge opening flap door 4, the earthworm composting unit main body 2 and the discharge opening cover plate 6 are all made of glass fiber reinforced plastics, and the heat-insulating layer 5 is made of embossed aluminum foil heat-insulating cotton; the aerobic composting unit is used for treating fallen leaves, lawn trimmings, fallen flowers, fallen fruits and the like, and greening garbage with high cellulose content such as ornamental grass and the like is manually cut into small sections of 5cm without directly treating branch and trunk greening garbage.
Firstly, assembling an aerobic composting unit main body 1 and an earthworm composting unit main body 2; digging a foundation pit in a test area, wherein the width of the foundation pit is 1000mm, the depth of the front part is 500mm, the depth of the rear part is 500mm, grooves with the width of 100mm are arranged at two sides of the rear part, a slope is reserved in the middle, the gradient and the slope direction are the same as those of the discharging slope plate 12, the earthworm composting unit main body 2 is sunk into the foundation pit, the top part of the earthworm composting unit main body is 100mm higher than the original ground surface, and the gap between the discharging slope plate 12 and the soil slope at the bottom of the earthworm composting; erecting an aerobic composting unit main body 1 on an earthworm composting unit main body 2, and connecting an aerobic composting unit side wall 8 and an earthworm composting unit side wall 11 into a whole; discharge opening flap door 4 is assisted in the installation to with the cladding of heat preservation 5 outside good oxygen compost unit main part 1 and supplementary discharge opening flap door 4, cover feed inlet apron 3 and discharge gate apron 6 at last, accomplished the installation work of a whole set of system promptly, the simple structure of this application, it is effectual.
