The sewage settling tank 1 and the sewage aeration tank 2 are communicated through a sewage connecting pipe 24, the sewage connecting pipe 24 is used for connecting the sewage settling tank 1 and the sewage aeration tank 2, the outside of the sewage connecting pipe 24 is in threaded connection with a water pump 23, and the type of the water pump 23 is preferably TL-C02; the outer walls of one sides of the sewage settling tank 1 and the sewage aeration tank 2 are respectively welded with a cleaning water inlet pipe 31, the cleaning water inlet pipe 31 is used for introducing clean water, and the cleaning water inlet pipe 31 penetrates into the sewage aeration tank 2 and the sewage settling tank 1; a sewage inlet pipe 35 is welded on the outer wall of one side of the sewage settling tank 1, the sewage inlet pipe 35 is used for enabling sewage to enter the inside of the sewage settling tank 1, the sewage inlet pipe 35 penetrates through the inside of the sewage settling tank 1, and the sewage inlet pipe 35 is located at the top of the outer wall of one side of the sewage settling tank 1; a waste residue pipe 33 is welded on the outer wall of one side of the sewage settling tank 1, the waste residue pipe 33 is used for discharging settled waste residues, the waste residue pipe 33 penetrates into the sewage settling tank 1, and the waste residue pipe 33 is positioned at the bottom of the outer wall of one side of the sewage settling tank 1; a filter box 36 is arranged on the inner wall of one side of the sewage settling tank 1 through screws, the filter box 36 is used for filtering impurities in the sewage, and the filter box 36 is positioned outside the sewage connecting pipe 24; the peripheral outer wall of the filter box 36 is provided with a sewage flow port 37, and the inside of the sewage flow port 37 is provided with a filter screen 38 through screws; cleaning nozzles 32 are respectively arranged on the outer walls of one sides of the sewage aeration tank 2 and the sewage settling tank 1 through screws, and the cleaning nozzles 32 are communicated with a cleaning water inlet pipe 31; the outer wall of the bottom of the top cover 3 is welded with a connector 39, the connector 39 is inserted in the sewage settling tank 1 and the sewage aeration tank 2, and the connector is used for facilitating the installation of the top cover 3; the mounting plate 40 is mounted on the outer wall of the bottom of the air pump 15 through screws, and the air pump 15 is mounted on the ground through the mounting plate 40.
In summary, the following steps: according to the anti-blocking sewage treatment device provided by the invention, through the arrangement of the blocking net 6 and the filter screen 38, the blocking net 6 can block impurities in sewage in use, and the filter screen 338 can filter the impurities in the precipitated sewage, so that the pipeline of the sewage treatment device can be prevented from being blocked by the impurities in the sewage in use; through the arranged suspension ball 10 and the polyurethane biological cotton filler 13, the polyurethane biological cotton filler 13 is placed inside the suspension ball 10, so that the contact between the polyurethane biological cotton filler 13 and sewage can be improved, and the sewage treatment effect of a biological membrane can be improved when the biological membrane is used; through the exhaust casing 26 that sets up, exhaust casing 26 can purify and filter the waste gas in the sewage, reduce in the sewage for with toxic gas's emission, and then can reduce the destruction that this sewage treatment plant caused the environment when using, strengthen the protection to the environment.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the sewage treatment device is used, sewage enters the inside of the sewage sedimentation tank 1 through the sewage inlet pipe 35, then when the sewage enters the inside of the sewage sedimentation tank 1, the barrier net 6 in the sewage sedimentation tank 1 can block large granular substances in the sewage on the surface of the barrier net 6, then the sewage falls onto the group partition plate 34 through the grids on the barrier net 6, after being buffered by the barrier plate 34, the sewage falls into the inside of the sewage sedimentation tank 1, and after the sewage is settled in the inside of the sewage sedimentation tank 1 for a certain time, the sewage is conveyed to the inside of the sewage aeration tank 2 through the sewage connecting pipe 24 by generating suction force through the water pump 24; when sewage enters the interior of the sewage aeration tank 2, the floating ball 10 at the bottom floats upwards due to the influence of buoyancy of water, while the floating ball 10 at the top falls downwards due to the influence of the internal weighting ball 11, and then the sewage is purified by microorganisms on the polyurethane biological cotton filler; then the air is conveyed to the air distribution pipe 18 through the air conveying pipe 16 by the air pump 15, then the air is conveyed to the aeration head 20 through the aeration pipe 19, and the air is conveyed to the interior of the sewage vertically through the aeration head 20.

An anti-blocking sewage treatment device is characterized by comprising a sewage settling tank, a sewage aeration tank and an air pump, wherein top covers are respectively arranged on the outer walls of the tops of the sewage settling tank and the sewage aeration tank through bolts, a plurality of corrosion-resistant steel wire ropes are respectively welded on the inner wall of the bottom of the top cover at the top of the sewage aeration tank and the inner wall of the bottom of the sewage aeration tank, one ends of the corrosion-resistant steel wire ropes, which are far away from the top covers, are welded with connecting blocks, the outer wall of the bottom of each connecting block is connected with a suspension ball through threads, weighting balls are filled in the suspension balls above the top of the sewage aeration tank, hollow floating balls are filled in the suspension balls below the upper side of the sewage aeration tank, polyurethane biological cotton fillers are filled in the suspension balls, the polyurethane biological cotton fillers are located in the sewage aeration tank, a plurality of support frames are welded on the inner, the top of the outer wall of one side of the sewage aeration tank is welded with a plurality of through holes, the inside of each through hole is welded with a vent pipe, one end of each vent pipe, far away from the corresponding gas pipe, is welded with an aeration head, the output end of the air pump is connected with the corresponding gas pipe in a threaded manner, the corresponding gas pipe penetrates into the sewage aeration tank, the gas pipes are communicated with the corresponding gas distribution pipes, the outer wall of the top of a top cover on the sewage aeration tank is welded with an exhaust pipe, one end of the exhaust pipe, far away from the sewage aeration tank, is welded with an exhaust shell, the inner walls of the top and the bottom of the exhaust shell are welded with drainage frames, a particle filtering layer, an active carbon filtering layer and a bamboo charcoal filtering layer are filled in the exhaust shell, the particle filtering layer, the active carbon filtering layer and the bamboo charcoal filtering layer surround the drainage pipe, and, one end of the drain pipe, which is far away from the sewage aeration tank, is connected with a sealing cover through a flange, the outer walls of the bottoms of the sewage sedimentation tank and the sewage aeration tank are both provided with bases through bolts, and the sewage aeration tank of the sewage sedimentation tank is fixed on the ground through a base, a groove is arranged in the base, and the gas pipe is positioned in the groove of the base, a sewage connecting pipe is welded on the outer wall of one side of the sewage settling tank, and one end of the sewage connecting pipe far away from the sewage settling tank is welded on the outer wall of one side of the sewage aeration tank, two fixing blocks are arranged on the inner wall of the sewage settling tank through bolts, and the outer wall of the top of the fixed block is provided with a mounting frame, the inner wall of the sewage settling tank is provided with two barrier plates through screws, the inner wall of the mounting frame is provided with a barrier net through screws, and handles are arranged on two sides of the outer wall of the top of the mounting frame through screws, and anti-skidding grooves are formed in the inner walls of the handles.

9. The anti-clogging sewage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the bottom of the top cover is welded with a connector, and the connector is inserted into the sewage settling tank and the sewage aeration tank.
