Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rice flour preparation, in particular to a preparation method of organic cereal infant nutritional rice flour.
Background
The infant rice flour is a modern scientific complementary food which is prepared by taking organic grains such as original ecological high-quality millet, rice and the like as main raw materials, taking white granulated sugar, vegetables, fruits, eggs, meat and the like as selective ingredients, adding a proper amount of nutrient substances and trace elements required by the overall development and growth of infants such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, protein and the like, and processing the ingredients according to a scientific formula, is specially used for breast milk deficiency or supplementing and providing nutrition for the infants when the adult eats too much.
In the process of preparing the rice flour, multi-step detailed operation production is needed, generally, the grains need to be cleaned and aired, then the cleaned and aired grains are prevented from being steamed and boiled at high temperature in a steaming furnace to be steamed and softened, after the grains are cooked and softened, the cooked and softened grains are ground and pulped, other additives are added to form rice flour slurry, finally, the rice flour slurry is dried and agglomerated, and finally, the rice flour slurry is sterilized, ground and filled to be edible.
The above prior art solutions have the following drawbacks: in the actual production process of rice flour, because the proportion of the organic grain pulp is larger than that of other added components due to different proportions when the rice flour is pulped, the proportion of grains is difficult to be fully mixed with other components in the mixing and pulping process, if the grains are not fully mixed, the produced rice flour is insufficient in proportion and different in content, troubles are brought to actual production and use, and an improved space is provided in the pulping and pulping process of the rice flour.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the preparation method of the organic cereal infant nutritional rice flour, which has the effect of stability of operation and installation, so that the effect of clamping and installation stability is further realized.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:
a preparation method of organic cereal infant nutritional rice flour uses an organic cereal infant nutritional rice flour pulping device, the organic cereal infant nutritional rice flour pulping device comprises a pulping barrel, and a turning device is arranged in the pulping barrel, wherein the turning device is arranged in the pulping barrel;
the turning device comprises a mounting frame arranged on the pulping barrel, a rotating motor extending towards the inside of the pulping barrel is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame, a pulping rod extending towards the inside of the pulping barrel is arranged on the rotating motor, a pulping paddle is fixedly arranged in the middle of the pulping rod, fixing rods extending towards the inside of the pulping barrel are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the mounting frame, rotating rods meshed with the pulping rod and perpendicular to the pulping rod are rotatably arranged at the bottoms of the two fixing rods, a first pulping sheet is detachably arranged on the rotating rods, penetrating grooves for the fixing rods and the pulping rod to penetrate are formed in the first pulping sheet, a second pulping sheet is sleeved on the first pulping sheet, inserting grooves for the first pulping sheet to insert are formed in the first pulping sheet, and elastic clamping hooks which are abutted and slid with the side walls of the inserting grooves are integrally arranged on one side, close to the first pulping sheet, of the second pulping sheet, the first pulping sheet is provided with a clamping groove which is used for sliding and clamping of an elastic clamping hook and is communicated with the insertion groove, and an installation device is arranged between the first pulping sheet and the rotating rod;
the mounting device comprises an elastic mounting strip, a mounting block, a mounting hole, a clamping hole, a mounting groove, a connecting tension spring, a connecting block, a limiting strip and a limiting hole, the elastic mounting strips are symmetrically arranged on the rotating rod, the mounting blocks are integrally arranged at the sides of the elastic mounting blocks which are far away from each other, the mounting hole is arranged on the first pulping sheet for the elastic mounting strip to be inserted and limited, the clamping hole is arranged on the first pulping sheet for the mounting block to be clamped and communicated with the mounting hole, the mounting groove is arranged on the first pulping sheet and communicated with the clamping hole, the connecting tension spring is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the mounting groove, the connecting block is fixedly arranged at one end of the connecting tension spring, which is far away from the clamping hole, the limiting strip is fixedly arranged at one side of the connecting block, which faces the mounting block, and penetrates through the connecting tension spring, and the limiting hole is formed in the mounting block and is clamped and limited with the limiting strip;
the preparation method of the organic cereal infant nutritional rice flour by using the organic cereal infant nutritional rice flour pulping equipment comprises the following steps:
s1: mounting and debugging, namely mounting the mounting frame on the beating barrel, and debugging and mounting the first beating sheet and the second beating sheet so as to ensure that the second beating sheet is mutually abutted against the bottom of the beating barrel;
s2: the upper part rotates, the rotating motor is started, and the pulping paddle is driven to rotate by the driving of the rotating motor so as to stir the liquid in the middle of the pulping barrel;
s3: the bottom is turned over, and when the rotating motor is started, the first pulping sheet and the second pulping sheet are driven to rotate so as to stir the bottom of the pulping barrel and prevent the bottom of the pulping barrel from being stacked;
s4: and (5) grinding and packaging, namely drying and caking the rice flour slurry fully stirred in the step S3, grinding the caked rice flour blocks into powder, and finally packaging the ground rice flour separately.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a guide surface is formed on a side of the mounting block close to the stopper bar, and the guide surface is inclined in a direction in which the mounting block approaches from the side of the mounting block away from the mounting block.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, a pulling ring is arranged on the connecting block.
As a preferred technical scheme of the present invention, the beating rod includes a first mounting cylinder and a second mounting cylinder, the beating paddle is disposed on the second mounting cylinder, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod which are arranged in a crossed manner are rotatably mounted on the second mounting cylinder, and a collision block which is slidably collided with a side wall of the first mounting cylinder is fixedly mounted at an upper end of each of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, an extrusion compression spring is disposed between lower ends of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, a through hole through which the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are slidably penetrated is formed in the second mounting cylinder, and a plurality of contact holes for collision and compression of the collision block are formed in an inner cavity of the first mounting cylinder.
As a preferred technical scheme, a plurality of anti-slip ribs are integrally arranged on one side of the contact block, which is in contact with the side wall of the first mounting cylinder, and anti-slip grooves which are in mutual clamping limit with the anti-slip ribs are formed in the first mounting cylinder.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the first pulping sheet and the second pulping sheet are provided with a plurality of through holes.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to ensure that the rice flour can be pulped more sufficiently and prevent insufficient stirring caused by precipitation of the rice flour, the organic cereal infant nutritional rice flour pulping equipment disclosed by the invention uses the organic cereal infant nutritional rice flour pulping equipment, and the organic cereal infant nutritional rice flour pulping equipment comprises a pulping barrel 1, wherein a turning device 2 is arranged in the pulping barrel 1; wherein at actual operation's in-process, can carry out the stirring of middle level and bottom with the liquid rice paste in beating bucket 1 through turning device 2, prevent that the in-process beating bucket of making beating 1 is inside to take place to deposit, improve the sufficiency and the stirring quality of stirring making beating.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the turning device 2 comprises a mounting frame 21 arranged on the beating barrel 1, the mounting frame 21 is made of a metal steel pipe, a rotating motor 22 extending towards the inside of the beating barrel 1 is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame 21, a beating rod 23 extending towards the inside of the beating barrel 1 is arranged on the rotating motor 22, and a beating paddle 24 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the beating rod 23; in the actual operation process, the rice flour paste and other nutritional ingredients to be added are added into the pulping barrel 1, and the rotation of the rotating motor 22 drives the pulping rod 23 to rotate, so that the pulping paddle 24 is driven to rotate to stir the mounting seat, and the rice flour paste and other nutritional ingredients are fully stirred and mixed; in addition, extension rods extending into the pulping barrel 1 are symmetrically and fixedly installed on the installation rack 21, the fixing rods 25 are in a metal round rod shape, the bottoms of the two fixing rods 25 are rotatably installed with rotating rods 26 which are engaged with the pulping rods 23 and are perpendicular to the pulping rods 23, the rotating rods 26 are located below the pulping paddles 24, and the rotating rods 26 can be driven to rotate by the rotation of the fixing rods 25; the rotating rod 26 is detachably provided with a first pulping sheet 27, the first pulping sheet 27 is provided with a penetrating groove 28 for the fixing rod 25 and the pulping rod 23 to penetrate through, and the first pulping sheet 27 can be driven to rotate in the rotating process of the rotating rod 26; the first pulping sheet 27 is sleeved with a second pulping sheet 29, the first pulping sheet 27 is provided with an insertion groove 210 for the first pulping sheet 27 to be inserted, one side of the second pulping sheet 29 close to the first pulping sheet 27 is integrally provided with an elastic clamping hook 211 which is in sliding contact with the side wall of the insertion groove 210, and the first pulping sheet 27 is provided with a clamping groove 212 for the elastic clamping hook 211 to be in sliding clamping connection and communicated with the insertion groove 210; when the second pulping sheet 29 is installed on the first pulping sheet 27, the second pulping sheet 29 is only required to be inserted into the insertion groove 210 on the first pulping sheet 27, then the elastic clamping hook 211 is clamped into the clamping groove 212, and a pressure spring for driving the second pulping sheet 29 to be far away from the first pulping sheet 27 is arranged between the first pulping sheet 27 and the second pulping sheet 29; in the actual use process, the rotation of the rotating rod 26 drives the first beating sheet 27 and the second beating sheet 29 to rotate, and the second beating sheet 29 is always contacted with the bottom of the beating barrel 1 through the resilience force of the pressure spring so as to prevent the bottom from precipitating.
With reference to fig. 3 and 4, in order to ensure the stirring effect of the first and second beating sheets 27 and 29 on the rice river and lake, a plurality of through holes 271 are formed on the first and second beating sheets 27 and 29. So that the flowing rice flour slurry will pass through the through holes 271 during the rotation and agitation of the first beating sheet 27 and the second beating sheet 29, further improving the actual agitation effect on the rice flour slurry.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to facilitate the installation and the rapid removal of the first paste sheet 27 onto and from the rotating rod 26, the installation device 3 is provided between the first paste sheet 27 and the rotating rod 26; in this embodiment, the mounting device 3 includes an elastic mounting bar 31, a mounting block 32, a mounting hole 33, a clamping hole 34, a mounting groove 35, a connecting tension spring 36, a connecting block 37, a limiting bar 38, and a limiting hole 39; the two elastic mounting strips 31 are symmetrically arranged on the rotating rod 26, the mounting blocks 32 are integrally arranged on the sides, away from each other, of the elastic mounting strips 31, and the elastic mounting strips 31 and the mounting blocks 32 are matched with each other to form an L-shaped structure; the mounting hole 33 is formed in the first pulping sheet 27 for the insertion of the elastic mounting bar 31 for limiting, the clamping hole 34 is formed in the first pulping sheet 27 for the clamping of the mounting block 32 and is communicated with the mounting hole 33, when the mounting structure is actually mounted, the mounting hole 33 in the first pulping sheet 27 is buckled in the direction of the elastic mounting bar 31, and when the mounting hole 33 is buckled in the direction of the elastic mounting bar 31, the mounting block 32 is clamped into the clamping hole 34; the mounting groove 35 is formed in the first pulping sheet 27, is communicated with the clamping hole 34 and is located above the clamping hole 34, the connecting tension spring 36 is fixedly mounted on the side wall of the mounting groove 35, the connecting block 37 is fixedly mounted at one end, far away from the clamping hole 34, of the connecting tension spring 36, the limiting strip 38 is fixedly mounted on one side, facing the mounting block 32, of the connecting block 37 and penetrates through the connecting tension spring 36, and the limiting hole 39 is formed in the mounting block 32 and is clamped and limited by the limiting strip 38; after installation piece 32 blocks in to joint groove 212, order about spacing 38 joint to spacing hole 39 through the effect of the resilience force of connecting extension spring 36, can prevent that installation piece 32 from breaking away from in joint groove 212, break away from in order to come off first piece 27 from dwang 26 when needs with installation piece 32 from joint groove 212, only need upwards the pulling drop spacing 38 from the spacing groove, can dismantle, convenient operation is swift, the effect of the convenience of improvement actual operation.
With continued reference to fig. 5, in order to facilitate pulling of connecting block 37, pull ring 371 is provided on connecting block 37. In the process of actual operation, the connecting block 37 can be pulled more quickly only by pulling the ring 371, and the operation is more convenient and faster, further improving the convenience of actual operation. In addition, in order to facilitate the mounting block 32 to be separated from the snap groove 212 during actual operation, a guide surface 321 is formed on the side of the mounting block 32 close to the stopper strip 38, and the guide surface 321 is inclined from the mounting block 32 to the side far from the mounting block 32 in the direction in which the mounting block 32 approaches. After the connecting hole is pulled to enable the limiting strip 38 to fall off from the limiting hole 39, the first pulping sheet 27 is pulled downwards, the first pulping sheet 27 can fall off more conveniently through the guiding of the guiding surface 321, and the convenience of actual operation is further improved.
Referring to fig. 6, in order to adapt the device to beating barrels 1 with different depths in the actual operation process, the beating rod 23 is set to be a telescopic structure, wherein the beating rod 23 includes a first installation barrel 231 and a second installation barrel 232, the beating paddle 24 is disposed on the second installation barrel 232, a first connecting rod 233 and a second connecting rod 234 which are arranged in a crossed manner are rotatably installed on the second installation barrel 232, a collision block 235 which is in sliding collision with the side wall of the first installation barrel 231 is fixedly installed at the upper end of the first connecting rod 233 and the upper end of the second connecting rod 234, an extrusion pressure spring 236 is disposed between the lower end of the first connecting rod 233 and the lower end of the second connecting rod 234, a through hole 237 through which the first connecting rod 233 and the second connecting rod 234 are arranged is formed in the second installation barrel 232, and a plurality of collision holes 238 which are used for the collision block 235 to compress are formed in the inner cavity of the first installation barrel 231. When the length of the beating rod 23 needs to be adjusted, the bottoms of the first connecting rod 233 and the second connecting rod 234 are pressed, the upper ends of the first connecting rod 233 and the second connecting rod 234 are driven to be close to each other, so that the contact blocks 235 can also move close to each other along with the first connecting rod 233 and the second connecting rod 234, the relative lengths of the first installation cylinder 231 and the second installation cylinder 232 are adjusted up and down, after the length adjustment is completed, the contact parts of the first connecting rod 233 and the second connecting rod 234 are released, and the two contact blocks 235 are driven to be compressed into different contact holes 238 through the resilience of the extrusion pressure spring 236.
As shown in fig. 6, in order to ensure that the contact block 235 is pressed into the contact hole 238 and is not easy to slide, a plurality of anti-slip ribs 2351 are integrally arranged on one side of the contact block 235 contacting with the side wall of the first installation cylinder 231, and an anti-slip groove 2311 clamped and limited with the anti-slip ribs 2351 is formed on the first installation cylinder 231. Through the installation of the installation block 32, in actual operation, the anti-slip rib 2351 is driven to be clamped into the anti-slip groove 2311, so that the abutting block 235 can be prevented from slipping in the abutting hole 238, and the supporting effect of the second installation cylinder 232 on the first installation cylinder 231 is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, the method for preparing the organic cereal infant nutritional rice flour by using the organic cereal infant nutritional rice flour pulping equipment comprises the following steps:
s1: mounting and debugging, namely mounting the mounting frame 21 on the beating barrel 1, and debugging and mounting the first beating sheet 27 and the second beating sheet 29 to ensure that the second beating sheet 29 is mutually abutted with the bottom of the beating barrel 1;
s2: the upper part rotates, the rotating motor 22 is started, and the pulping paddle 24 is driven to rotate by the driving of the rotating motor 22 so as to stir the liquid in the middle of the pulping barrel 1;
s3: the bottom is turned over, and when the rotating motor 22 is started, the first pulping sheet 27 and the second pulping sheet 29 are driven to rotate so as to stir the bottom of the pulping barrel 1 and prevent the bottom of the pulping barrel 1 from being stacked;
s4: and (5) grinding and packaging, namely drying and caking the rice flour slurry fully stirred in the step S3, grinding the caked rice flour blocks into powder, and finally packaging the ground rice flour separately.
