In the invention, firstly, gas is led into the treatment liquid at the bottom of the inner cavity of the box body 1 through the gas inlet pipe 13, then the first motor 3 is started to drive the stirring rod 4 to stir, so that dust fall is more thorough, then the gas enters the drying box 5 to be dried, the dried gas enters the heating box 6 to be heated, the heated gas enters the catalysis box 7 to react, after the reaction is thorough, harmful substances are converted into nontoxic and harmless gas, then the gas enters the surrounding pipe 8, at the moment, water enters through the water inlet pipe 10, the water is discharged through the water outlet pipe 11, heat is taken away, after the water is heated by the heat, hot water is recycled, so that the utilization rate of resources is improved, then the gas enters the peculiar smell removal box 9 to remove peculiar smell, and then is discharged, when the treatment liquid needs to be changed after a period of treatment, the treatment liquid is led into the filter box 21 through the sewage discharge pipe 16 to communicate impurities, meanwhile, the second motor 17 works to drive the rotating shaft 18 to rotate, meanwhile, the spiral blade 29 works to avoid blockage, after the impurities enter the filter box 21, one end of the impurities are filtered, the filter screen plate 19 and the filter cloth 20 can filter the impurities, then the hydraulic cylinder 23 is started to drive the pressing plate 22 to descend for filter pressing, the impurities are relatively dry, and then the impurities are recycled, so that the resource waste is further avoided.
In an alternative embodiment, the front side wall of the filter box 21 is hinged with a sealing door 26.
It should be noted that the sealing door 26 is provided to facilitate opening and collecting the impurities in the filter box 21.
In an alternative embodiment, the heating box 6 has a heating wire 27 mounted in its inner cavity, and the heating wire 27 is connected to the temperature control box 28 via a wire.
The temperature control box 28 can control the temperature of heating.
In an alternative embodiment, the drying box 5 penetrates the outer side of the right side wall of the box body 1 and the inner cavity of the drying box 5 is filled with water absorbent resin particles 30.
It should be noted that the water absorbent resin particles 30 can lock water molecules, thereby achieving a drying effect.
In an alternative embodiment, the inner cavity of the odour-reducing cartridge 9 is filled with activated carbon particles 31.
It should be noted that the activated carbon particles 31 can further absorb impurities and remove odor, thereby further improving the waste gas treatment effect.
In an optional embodiment, a sealing plate 14 is installed at the bottom of the inner cavity of the box body 1 corresponding to the sewage discharge pipe 16, a first hydraulic cylinder 15 is fixedly installed at the bottom of the box body 1, and a piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder 15 penetrates through the bottom of the box body 1 and is fixedly connected with the sealing plate 14.
It should be noted that the first hydraulic cylinder 15 can drive the sealing plate 14 to be lifted, so that the treatment liquid can enter the sewage drain 16 and be guided into the filter box 21.
In an alternative embodiment, a receiving hopper is fixedly connected to the upper opening of the through hole 24 and is sleeved outside the rotating shaft 18.
It should be noted that the receiving hopper can concentrate the discharged processors so that they are directed to the underside of platen 22.
In an alternative embodiment, the bottom of the inner cavity of the box 1 is filled with the treatment liquid and the treatment liquid is placed on the lower side of the partition 2.
The treatment liquid can perform dust fall and reaction with exhaust gas.
It should be noted that, the components included in the environment-friendly industrial waste gas treatment device of the present invention are all general standard components or components known to those skilled in the art, and the structure and principle thereof are known to those skilled in the art through technical manuals or through conventional experimental methods.

the bottom of the box body (1) is communicated with a sewage discharge pipe (16), the tail end of the sewage discharge pipe (16) is communicated with a filter box (21), a filter screen plate (19) is fixedly arranged on the lower side of an inner cavity of the filter box (21), filter cloth (20) is arranged on the surface of the filter screen plate (19), a pressing plate (22) is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the inner cavity of the filter box (21), second hydraulic cylinders (23) are fixedly arranged on two sides of the top of the filter box (21), piston rods of the second hydraulic cylinders (23) penetrate through the top of the filter box (21) and are fixedly connected with the pressing plate (22), through holes (24) are formed in the positions, corresponding to the rotating shafts (18), of the pressing plate (22), the rotating shafts (18) penetrate through the through holes (24), a second motor (17) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the filter box (21), and a transmission shaft of the second motor (17) penetrates through the bottom, the outer wall upside fixed mounting of pivot (18) has helical blade (29), pivot (18) run through filter screen board (19), filter cloth (20) and clamp plate (22) and peg graft in the inner chamber of blow off pipe (16), helical blade (29) are as for in blow off pipe (16).
