The cleaning mechanism directly recovers the sewage recovered in the cleaning bin 4 into the sewage tank 302, the sewage tank 302 is communicated with the circular water pipe 18, when the polishing wheel 201 in the descaling mechanism 2 is used for treating the wall surface, a certain amount of dust can be generated, the descaling mechanism water spray heads 19 in the descaling mechanism 2 are arranged in a circular ring shape, a certain amount of water liquid is dripped into the descaling mechanism water spray heads 19 in the rotating process of the polishing wheel 201, the smoke dust is reduced, or the descaling mechanism water spray heads are condensed into small solid particles, and therefore the pollution of the dust to the air can be reduced. The descaling mechanism water spray head 19 penetrates through and extends to the inner wall of the circumference of the descaling mechanism 2 body, the descaling mechanism water spray head 19 is not contacted with the polishing wheel 201, the cleaning mechanism directly recovers the sewage recovered in the cleaning bin 4 into the sewage tank 302, the sewage tank 302 is communicated with the circular water pipe 18, when the polishing wheel 201 in the descaling mechanism 2 is used for treating the wall surface, a certain amount of dust can be generated, the descaling mechanism water spray head 19 in the descaling mechanism 2 is arranged in a circular ring shape, a certain amount of water liquid is dripped into the descaling mechanism water spray head 19 in the rotating process of the polishing wheel 201, the smoke dust can be reduced, or the descaling mechanism water spray head can be condensed into small solid particles, and therefore the pollution of the dust to the air can be reduced.
The rotary stain wiping device 6 comprises a stain wiping transmission shaft 602 and a wiping wheel 601 fixedly connected at the end part of the stain wiping transmission shaft 602, a plurality of cleaning strips 604 are arranged on the disc surface of the wiping wheel 601 facing the wall, the plurality of cleaning strips 604 are arranged on the disc surface of the wiping wheel 601 along the radial direction, a first gear 603 is fixedly sleeved on the stain wiping transmission shaft 602, the first gear 603 and a driving shaft 13 are connected into a worm and worm gear structure through gear engagement, a threaded rod 605 is further arranged at the end part of the stain wiping transmission shaft 602 connected with the wiping wheel 601, a groove 606 is arranged on the threaded rod 605, a screw assembly hole 607 is arranged inside the wiping wheel 601, a convex block 609 connected with the groove 606 in a sliding manner is arranged inside the screw assembly hole 607, a fastening nut 608 is connected on the threaded rod 605 in a screwing manner, the plurality of cleaning strips 604 arranged on the wiping wheel 601 can absorb residual moisture and wipe the wall surface in the rotating process, like using the mop to mop the ground, the cleaning strip 604 can reach a certain saturation degree in the long-time use process, so the moisture in the cleaning strip 604 needs to be discharged, or the cleaning strip 604 is directly replaced, the fastening nut 608 is rotated anticlockwise, then the lug 609 on the wiping wheel 601 is taken out of the groove 606 on the threaded rod 605, the wiping wheel 601 can be replaced, the operation is simple, the operation and use efficiency is improved, the fastening nut 608 is screwed clockwise after the installation is finished, and the service life of the device is prolonged.

A method for using a descaling and cleaning device for an exterior wall of a building comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing a lifting device on a roof, injecting water into a clean water tank 301 in a water storage bin 3 through a water injection port 21, fixing the clean water tank with a hanging ring 14 through a steel wire rope, pressing a cleaning surface of a device body 1 close to the wall surface of an outer wall, and uniformly descending the device body 1 along the wall surface;
step two, starting the first driving motor 10 to enable the polishing wheel 201 to rotate, enabling the polishing wheel 201 to protrude out of the outer side surface of the descaling mechanism 2, enabling the polishing wheel 201 and the outer wall surface to be pretreated and used for cleaning relatively stubborn dust on the surface, and meanwhile, liquid collected from the cleaning roller 701 can be further dripped onto the polishing wheel 201;
step three, after the steel wool on the polishing wheel 201 and the wall surface are pretreated, part of dust is left, the polishing wheel 201 moves downwards, after the area of the cleaning bin 4 which is pretreated by the polishing wheel 201 is overlapped, the cleaning roller 701 in the cleaning bin 4 further cleans the pretreated wall surface part, the water pump 12 pumps out the water in the clean water tank 301, the water is pumped above the cleaning roller 701 through the water adding pipe 9, and the cleaning mechanism water spray head 901 sprays out the wet cleaning roller 701;
