In order to facilitate adjusting the overall angle of the multifunctional corn harvesting header, a header cylinder 10 is connected to the rear part of the frame in the embodiment. One end of the header oil cylinder 10 is rotationally connected with the frame, and the other end of the header oil cylinder 10 is rotationally connected with a frame of the harvester.
In this embodiment, the ear picking device 1 includes a stand 24, an ear picking transfer case 17 mounted on the stand 24, a reel chain 25, a picking roller 21, and a reel chain 22. The rack 24 is fixedly connected with the frame, and the two snapping rolls 21 are adjacently arranged along the front-back direction to form a group of snapping rolls 21. Two ear-plucking chains 22 are respectively located above the left and right sides of the set of snapping rolls 21, and two reel chains 25 are respectively located above the left and right front sides of the set of snapping rolls 21. The ear-pulling chain 22 is sleeved outside the ear-pulling chain wheel, the stalk-pulling chain 25 is sleeved outside the stalk-pulling chain 25 wheel, and the stalk-pulling chain 25 is fixedly provided with a stalk pulling finger. The ear-plucking chain wheel and the reel-plucking chain 25 are both rotatably arranged on the bench 24 and are in transmission connection with the output end of the ear-plucking transfer case 17.
The corn stalks are pulled above the snapping rolls 21 by the pulling fingers on the pulling chain 25, the two snapping rolls 21 rotate relatively to push down the corn stalks from the gap between the two snapping rolls 21, and after the corn stalks are cut by the lower cutting table, the corn ears are pulled out from the corn stalks and pulled into the rear peeling device 4 by the ear pulling chain 22.
In the embodiment, the lower cutting table comprises a lower cutting table bracket, a cutting hob 16, a grass conveying roller 15, an upper grass pressing roller 14, a lower grass pressing roller 13, a wire kneading device 12, a forage conveying auger 11, a fan 3 and a throwing device 2. The cutting hob 16, the grass feeding roller 15, the grass pressing roller 13, the wire kneading device 12 and the forage conveying auger 11 are sequentially arranged on the lower header bracket from front to back, and the axial direction is the left-right direction. The inlet of the yarn kneading device 12 is opposite to the middle position of the upper grass pressing roller 14 and the lower grass pressing roller 13, and the outlet of the yarn kneading device 12 is opposite to the inlet of the forage conveying auger 11. The yarn kneading device 12 has a fixed blade 30 and a movable blade 31 for performing yarn kneading operation. The blower 3 and the throwing device 2 are both arranged on the frame, the outlet of the forage conveying auger 11 is opposite to the inlet of the blower 3, and the outlet of the blower 3 is connected with the inlet of the throwing device 2. The forage conveying auger 11 comprises a shell, auger blades, an auger shaft and an outer poking plate 32, wherein the shell is fixed on a lower header bracket, the auger blades are fixed on the auger shaft, the auger shaft is rotatably installed on the shell, the outer poking plate 32 is fixed at one end of the auger shaft, and an inlet of the fan 3 faces downwards and is located above the outer poking plate 32. The fan 3 comprises a fan 3 rotating shaft, a fan blade 40 and a fan shell 41, wherein the fan blade 40 is fixed on the fan 3 rotating shaft. The grass feeding roller 15 comprises a grass feeding roller 27 and a pressing bar arranged on the grass feeding roller 27, the upper grass pressing roller 14 comprises an upper grass pressing roller 29 and a pressing bar arranged on the upper grass pressing roller 29, and the lower grass pressing roller 13 comprises a lower grass pressing roller 28 and a pressing bar arranged on the lower grass pressing roller 28.
