Background
In recent years, domestic sewage treatment plants in China are continuously built, but the domestic sewage treatment plants are mainly concentrated in cities, and the domestic sewage in rural areas is not treated. At present, the treatment approaches of rural domestic sewage mainly comprise two approaches: firstly, domestic sewage is brought into a municipal pipe network; secondly, a sewage on-site treatment facility is established. In urban areas with dense population, the improvement of the collection coverage rate of the pipe network and the improvement of the sewage centralized treatment capacity are undoubtedly correct choices, while in suburbs and rural areas, the centralized pipe network cannot be accessed, even if the centralized pipe network can extend along with main roads, the pipe taking cost and the long-distance sewage pump station conveying and operating cost are very high, and the unit sewage treatment cost is also greatly improved. Therefore, rural domestic sewage is treated on site. Septic tanks are widely used as a simple, energy-free, on-site sewage treatment facility, with three-grid septic tanks being the most widely used. The volume of the existing three-grid septic tank generally has four specifications of 1m3, 1.2m3, 1.5m3 and 2m 3.
The three-grid septic tank consists of three connected tanks, the middle of the three-grid septic tank is communicated by a manure passing pipe, and the principle that anaerobic fermentation, intermediate layer manure passing and parasite egg specific gravity are greater than that of common mixed liquid and the mixed liquid is easy to precipitate is mainly utilized. Fresh excrement enters the first tank from an excrement inlet, the excrement in the tank starts to ferment and decompose, and liquid excrement can be naturally divided into three layers due to different specific gravities, wherein the upper layer is pasty excrement skin, the lower layer is blocky or granular excrement slag, and the middle layer is relatively clear liquid excrement. Bacteria and parasitic ova are contained in the upper layer of excrement skin and the lower layer of excrement slag, the number of ova contained in the middle layer is the least, the middle layer of excrement liquid after primary fermentation overflows to the second tank through the excrement pipe, and most of excrement skin and excrement slag which are not fully fermented are retained in the first tank for continuous fermentation. The liquid dung flowing into the second pool is further fermented and decomposed, worm eggs continue to sink, pathogens die gradually, the liquid dung is further harmless, and the thickness of the generated dung skin and the dung is obviously reduced compared with that of the first pool. The liquid manure flowing to the third basin is typically already decomposed, wherein pathogenic bacteria and parasitic ova are substantially killed. The third tank functions mainly to store the essentially harmless liquid manure.
However, the common manure passing pipe adopts a fixed pipeline and cannot be moved at the depth position of the septic tank. When the manure is more, the manure passing pipe orifice is buried to cause blockage. When the feces passing pipe orifice is buried in the feces layer, the feces layer is discharged into the next pool to influence the treatment effect.

As an improvement of the scheme, a water inlet is arranged above the left side surface of the upper shell and is communicated with the primary anaerobic chamber; a water outlet is arranged above the right side surface of the upper shell and is communicated with the clarification chamber; a first water through hole is formed in the first partition plate above the first manure through hole; and a second water through hole is formed in the second partition plate above the second feces passing hole.
As an improvement of the scheme, an upper shell above the primary anaerobic chamber is provided with an exhaust hole, and an upper shell on the right side of the exhaust hole is provided with a longitudinally reserved water inlet and is communicated with the primary anaerobic chamber; the upper shells above the primary anaerobic chamber, the secondary anaerobic chamber and the clarification chamber are respectively and correspondingly provided with a first inspection port, a second inspection port and a feces cleaning port.
As an improvement of the scheme, the outer edges of the upper shell and the lower shell are provided with lug plates, screw holes are formed in the lug plates, and the upper shell and the lower shell are in threaded connection.
As the improvement of the scheme, the first inspection hole and the second inspection hole have the same structure, the hole diameter is 200-300 mm, and the hole diameter of the excrement cleaning hole is 300-400 mm.

The upper shell 11 above the primary anaerobic chamber 13, the secondary anaerobic chamber 14 and the clarification chamber 15 is respectively and correspondingly provided with a first inspection port 115, a second inspection port 116 and a feces cleaning port 117. The first inspection hole 115 and the second inspection hole 116 have the same structure, and the hole diameter is 200-300 mm. The aperture of the dung cleaning opening 117 is 300-400 mm.
