Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hardware assembly, in particular to a square tube assembly and a using method thereof.
Background
The square tube assembly is a common hardware assembly and can be used in the product fields of showing stands, cloakroom hangers, square tube connection and the like.
The existing square tube component mainly has the following defects: firstly, multidirectional connection cannot be performed; secondly, welding is needed so as to destroy the surface finish coat of the square tube; thirdly, a plurality of tools such as screwdrivers are needed for assembly, which is inconvenient.
In view of the above-mentioned problems and disadvantages, there is a need for new improvements in the design of existing square tube assemblies.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a square tube assembly and a method of using the same.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows:
a square tube assembly, comprising:
a central connector having at least one insertion head;
the square pipe fastener is provided with a square hole matched with the insertion head at one end;
the square tube is of a hollow structure;
wherein the square tube fastener is insertable into the square tube.
As a further improvement to the above, the square tube assembly further includes a fastening member.
Further, the fastening means includes a longitudinal fastener configured to fasten the square pipe fastener and the square pipe, and a lateral fastener configured to fasten the center connector and the square pipe fastener.
Further, square pipe fastener is the cuboid structure on the whole, wherein, square pipe fastener's the other end is provided with relative first expansion piece and second expansion piece, be the expansion groove between first expansion piece and the second expansion piece, the expansion groove with the quad slit is linked together.
Further, the longitudinal fastener is an inner hexagonal conical head screw, wherein the diameter of the screw rod part of the inner hexagonal conical head screw is larger than the width of the expansion groove.
Further, the first and second expansion elements are in a stepped configuration with a narrow top and a wide bottom.
Further, the transverse fastener is an inner hexagonal flat head screw, wherein one end of the square tube fastener is provided with a transverse threaded hole matched with the inner hexagonal flat head screw.
The use method of the square tube component is characterized by comprising the following steps:
inserting the square tube fastener into the square tube, and screwing an inner hexagonal conical head screw into a screw port in the square tube fastener to expand an expansion piece of the square tube fastener so as to fasten the square tube;
inserting the insertion head of the central connecting piece into the square hole of the square pipe fastener, and then screwing the hexagon socket head cap screw to fix the central connecting piece;
and repeating the steps to connect the square pipes in other directions.
Further, the expansion piece comprises a first expansion piece and a second expansion piece which are opposite, an expansion groove is formed between the first expansion piece and the second expansion piece, the expansion groove is communicated with the square hole, and when the inner hexagonal conical head screw is screwed into a screw opening in the square pipe fastener, the first expansion piece and the second expansion piece move oppositely.
In addition, one end of the square tube fastener is provided with a transverse threaded hole matched with the inner hexagonal flat head screw, and the hexagonal flat head screw is abutted against the outer wall of the insertion head of the central connecting piece after being screwed into the transverse threaded hole.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the square pipe assembly comprises a central connecting piece with at least one insertion head, a square pipe fastener and a square pipe, wherein one end of the square pipe fastener is provided with a square hole matched with the insertion head, the square pipe is of a hollow structure, the square pipe fastener can be inserted into the square pipe, the purpose of connecting a decorative square pipe is achieved by embedding a component into the square pipe, and the square pipe fastener can be used for multiple application scenes such as a display stand, a coat and hat hanger, a square pipe decorative framework and the like.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a square tube assembly includes: a central connecting piece 1, said central connecting piece 1 having at least one insertion head 11; a square pipe fastener 2, wherein one end of the square pipe fastener 2 is provided with a square hole 43 matched with the insertion head 11; the square tube 3 is of a hollow structure; wherein the square pipe fastener 2 can be inserted into the square pipe 3. The square tube assembly further includes a fastening member. The fastening means includes a longitudinal fastener 41 and a transverse fastener 42, wherein the longitudinal fastener 41 is configured to fasten the square pipe fastener 2 and the square pipe 3, and the transverse fastener 42 is configured to fasten the center connector 1 and the square pipe fastener 2. Square pipe fastener 2 is the cuboid structure on the whole, wherein, square pipe fastener 2's the other end is provided with relative first expansion piece 21 and second expansion piece 22, be expansion groove 23 between first expansion piece 21 and the second expansion piece 22, expansion groove 23 with quad slit 43 is linked together. The first expansion element 21 and the second expansion element 22 have a stepped configuration with a narrow top and a wide bottom. The square pipe is internally embedded with the component to achieve the purpose of connecting the decorative square pipe, and the square pipe can be used for multiple application scenes such as a display stand, a coat and hat room hanging rack, a square pipe decorative framework and the like.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the longitudinal fastener 41 is an inner hexagonal conical head screw, wherein a diameter of a shank portion of the inner hexagonal conical head screw is larger than a width of the expansion groove 23. This structure is designed such that when the longitudinal fastening member 41 is spirally advanced downward, the interval between the expansion grooves 23 is laterally increased, and then the first and second expansion pieces 21 and 22 are expanded in opposite directions to fasten the square pipe fastening member 2 and the square pipe 3.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the transverse fastening member 42 is an inner hexagonal flat head screw, wherein one end of the square tube fastening member 2 is provided with a transverse threaded hole 24 matched with the inner hexagonal flat head screw, and the transverse fastening member 42 abuts against the outer wall of the insertion head 11 after being pushed along the transverse threaded hole 24 by a transverse screw to fasten the central connecting member 1 and the square tube fastening member 2.
A method of using a square tube assembly, comprising the steps of: inserting the square tube fastener into the square tube, and screwing an inner hexagonal conical head screw into a screw port in the square tube fastener to expand an expansion piece of the square tube fastener so as to fasten the square tube; inserting the insertion head of the central connecting piece into the square hole of the square pipe fastener, and then screwing the hexagon socket head cap screw to fix the central connecting piece; and repeating the steps to connect the square pipes in other directions. The use is convenient and fast.
The expansion piece comprises a first expansion piece and a second expansion piece which are opposite, an expansion groove is formed between the first expansion piece and the second expansion piece, the expansion groove is communicated with the square hole, and when the inner hexagonal conical head screw is screwed into a screw opening in the square pipe fastener, the first expansion piece and the second expansion piece move oppositely.
One end of the square tube fastener is provided with a transverse threaded hole matched with the inner hexagonal flat head screw, and the hexagonal flat head screw is abutted against the outer wall of the insertion head of the central connecting piece after being screwed into the transverse threaded hole.
