Locking clamp for zipper type wall part
Technical Field
A locking clamping piece for a zipper type wall part relates to a component mounting and combining clamping piece for a building, in particular to a locking clamping piece for a zipper type wall part applied to an assembled building.
Background
The application of building wall plates and wall block members in the fields of building body frame structures, steel structures and the like has been in the history of nearly one hundred years. In the application of the structure, cement slurry or other bonding slurry is adopted for bonding the wall plates and the wall blocks. Because the wet, expansion and dry shrinkage values of the wall plates and the wall blocks are different from those of the adhesive slurry, cracking phenomenon often occurs among the wall plates and the wall blocks. Along with the occurrence of the 'zipper type' wall plate and the wall member building blocks, the phenomenon that cracking is frequently caused between the wet expansion and dry shrinkage wall plate and the wall building blocks is effectively solved.
With the rise of the fabricated building and the encouragement and popularization of the fabricated building by the country, new problems of the 'zipper type' wall plates and wall member blocks in the fabricated building construction are also caused. As most components of the fabricated building are dry construction method without water, and the conventional "pull-lock type" wall plate and wall component block adopt cement or other bonding slurry to carry out bonding technology, a large amount of water is adopted to stir and dilute the bonding slurry. The development and construction process of the fabricated building are contrary to the development and construction process, and the original standard and construction operation rules established by the wet construction method of the 'pull-lock type' wall plates and wall member building blocks cannot adapt to new construction requirements in the fabricated building construction.

The double-headed screw 53 arranged at the bottom end of the lower clamping plate II52 passes through the bolt holes Ac formed on the clamping plate component I1 and the clamping plate component II2, so as to realize the functions of the locking clamping piece.
As shown in fig. 24 and 25, when the T-shaped insert clamping plate 5 is applied to connection, locking and fastening between the wall body part a and the beam B, the width of the fixing plate II51 is smaller than the thickness of the zipper type wall body part a, and the through holes II51a formed on the plate surface of the fixing plate II are all provided with connection areas of the clamping plate assembly I1 and the two outer side zipper type wall body parts a of the clamping plate assembly II 2.
As shown in fig. 26, when the T-shaped insert clamping plate 5 is applied to connection, locking and fastening between the wall body part a and the ground C, the size of the fixing plate II51 of the T-shaped insert clamping plate 5 can be set according to specific needs, and the through holes II51a provided on the plate surface can be set according to specific needs.
When the locking clamp for the zipper type wall body part is applied to connection, locking and fastening of the zipper type outer wall body part A, the beam B and the ground C, as the indoor and outdoor temperature difference in winter in the north is large, the L-shaped inserting clamp plate 4 or the T-shaped inserting clamp plate 5 of the locking clamp made of metal materials can conduct outdoor low temperature into the room, and a cold and hot bridge phenomenon that the frost is formed at the indoor connection part of the locking clamp part is formed at the construction of the zipper type outer wall body part A.
To solve the above problem, the L-shaped insertion splint 4 or the T-shaped insertion splint 5 may be provided in a split manner.
As shown in fig. 28, the L-shaped insertion clamp 4 is provided with a left L-shaped insertion clamp 4a and a right L-shaped insertion clamp 4b. The fixing plates I41 of the left L-shaped insertion clamp 4a and the right L-shaped insertion clamp 4b are provided with through holes I41a.
As shown in fig. 29, the T-shaped insert clamping plate 5 is a split type left T-shaped insert clamping plate 5a and a split type right T-shaped insert clamping plate 5b.
In order to solve the technical problems that the L-shaped inserting clamping plate 4 or the T-shaped inserting clamping plate 5 cannot be effectively aligned in parallel and vertically or the distance between the L-shaped inserting clamping plate and the T-shaped inserting clamping plate is too large or too small due to inaccurate positioning in the construction and installation process.
As shown in fig. 30 and 32, the split left L-shaped insertion clamp 4a and the right L-shaped insertion clamp 4b or the T-shaped insertion clamp 5a and the right T-shaped insertion clamp 5b are provided with a mounting and fixing member 6. As shown in fig. 30, the mounting and fixing member 6 is made of a non-heat-conductive material, and the left and right ends of the mounting and fixing member are symmetrically provided with slots 6a, and the width of the slots 6a is the same as the thickness of the L-shaped insertion clamping plate 4 or the T-shaped insertion clamping plate 5. In the installation process, the two left L-shaped inserting clamping plates 4a and the right L-shaped inserting clamping plates 4b or the T-shaped inserting clamping plates 5a and the right T-shaped inserting clamping plates 5b are respectively and symmetrically inserted into slots 6a arranged at the left end and the right end of the installation fixing part 6 for positioning and width fixing. After the two left L-shaped inserting clamping plates 4a and the right L-shaped inserting clamping plates 4B or the T-shaped inserting clamping plates 5a and the right T-shaped inserting clamping plates 5B are fixedly connected with the beam B or the ground C, the installation and fixedly connecting piece 6 can be taken out from the space between the L-shaped inserting clamping plates 4a and the right L-shaped inserting clamping plates 4B or between the T-shaped inserting clamping plates 5a and the right T-shaped inserting clamping plates 5B. The non-heat conductive material of the mounting and fixing piece 6 comprises PVC or PE or ABS or PMMA material.
In order to reduce the connection gap between two pieces of the zipper type wall body parts, preferably as shown in fig. 33, the double-headed screw 53 is provided with a plane II53a parallel to both sides of the lower plate II52, and the distance between the planes 53aII of the double-headed screw 53 is equal to or greater than the thickness of the lower plate II 52.
The foregoing is a detailed description of a locking clip for a wall part of a pull-lock type according to embodiments of the present invention, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made in the specific embodiments and application scope according to the concepts of the embodiments of the present invention. The above description should not be construed as limiting the invention, but any changes made according to the design concept of the invention are within the scope of the invention.
