Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel ditch cleaning device which can be used for cleaning garbage and silt in ditches on two sides of a road, has a simple structure, high cleaning efficiency and good cleaning effect, and greatly simplifies the cleaning work of the ditches.
The embodiment of the invention is realized by the following steps:
a novel trench cleaning device, comprising: frame, cleaning plate, collection shovel and collecting box. The cleaning discs are arranged at the front end of the rack and driven by the first driver, the two groups of cleaning discs are respectively arranged at two sides of the rack, and the front ends of the cleaning discs incline towards the ground. The collecting shovel is also arranged at the front end of the frame and positioned between the two groups of cleaning plates, and the front end of the collecting shovel extends towards the ground. The collecting box is arranged at the rear end of the rack and used for containing the garbage collected by the collecting shovel.
Furthermore, novel irrigation canals and ditches cleaning device still includes the transition dish, and the frame is located to the transition dish, and the front end of transition dish is connected with the rear end of collecting the shovel, and the rear end of transition dish is used for carrying rubbish to the collecting box.
Furthermore, novel irrigation canals and ditches cleaning device still includes the apron, and the apron is located the top of transition dish to will clean dish, collect shovel and transition dish and cover.

Further, the cleaning disc comprises a supporting seat, a disc body, a cleaning piece and a roller, the supporting seat is installed on the frame, the roller is arranged at the bottom end of the supporting seat, and the disc body is rotatably installed on the supporting seat and driven by a first driver. The cleaning piece is arranged on the disc body and arranged along the radial direction of the disc body, the cleaning piece is distributed along the circumferential array of the disc body, and the cleaning piece is a brush hair or a rod body.
Furthermore, a conveyor belt is arranged between the collection box and the transition disc, the bottom end of the conveyor belt is used for receiving the garbage conveyed from the rear end of the transition disc, and the upper end of the conveyor belt is used for conveying the garbage to the collection box.

The embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
when the novel ditch cleaning device provided by the embodiment of the invention is used, the first driver can be utilized to drive the two groups of cleaning disks to rotate simultaneously, the rotation directions of the two groups of cleaning disks are controlled to be opposite, and the rotation directions of the two groups of cleaning disks are set to be used for collecting external garbage into the collecting shovel.
The collection shovel is matched with the cleaning disc, so that the cleaning and collecting effects on the garbage with fluidity such as sludge and the like can be greatly improved, and the collection efficiency on other garbage is also higher.
In general, the novel ditch cleaning device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for cleaning garbage and silt in ditches at two sides of a road, has a simple structure, high cleaning efficiency and good cleaning effect, and greatly simplifies the cleaning work of the ditches.

Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides a novel ditch cleaning device 1000 for cleaning sludge and other garbage in a ditch.
Novel ditch cleaning device 1000 includes: a frame 100, a cleaning pan 200, a collecting shovel 300 and a collecting bin 400.
The cleaning discs 200 are disposed at the front end of the rack 100 and driven by a first driver (not shown), the cleaning discs 200 are divided into two groups, the two groups of cleaning discs 200 are disposed at two sides of the rack 100, and the front ends of the cleaning discs 200 are inclined toward the ground. A collection shovel 300 is also provided at the front end of the frame 100 between the two sets of cleaning pans 200, with the front end of the collection shovel 300 extending towards the ground. The collection bin 400 is provided at the rear end of the frame 100 for receiving the garbage (including sludge and other garbage) collected by the collection shovel 300.
During use, the first driver can be used to drive the two sets of cleaning discs 200 to rotate simultaneously, and the rotation directions of the two sets of cleaning discs are controlled to be opposite, and the rotation directions of the two sets of cleaning discs are set to collect the external garbage into the collecting shovel 300, such as the K1 direction and the K2 direction shown in fig. 2.
By matching the collection shovel 300 with the cleaning disc 200, the effects of cleaning and collecting mobile garbage such as sludge and the like can be greatly improved, and the collection efficiency of other garbage is also improved.
Generally, novel irrigation canals and ditches cleaning device 1000 can be arranged in clearing up rubbish and silt in the irrigation canals and ditches of road both sides, simple structure, and the cleaning efficiency is high and the clearance is effectual, has simplified the cleaning work of irrigation canals and ditches greatly.
Further, with reference to fig. 5 to 8, the novel ditch cleaning device 1000 further includes a transition plate 500, the transition plate 500 is disposed on the rack 100, the front end of the transition plate 500 is connected with the rear end of the collecting shovel 300, and the rear end of the transition plate 500 is used for conveying garbage to the collecting box 400. The transition disc 500 is arranged for orderly guiding the garbage collected by the collecting shovel 300 and the cleaning disc 200 into the collecting box 400, so that the garbage is prevented from falling out again in the process of entering the collecting box 400, and the garbage collecting efficiency and the garbage collecting effect are greatly improved.
In this embodiment, novel ditch cleaning device 1000 still includes apron 600, apron 600 is located the top of transition dish 500 to the dish 200 that will clean, collect shovel 300 and transition dish 500 cover, so set up, at the in-process of collecting and clearing up rubbish, the dish 200 that cleans is in the rotating state, utilize apron 600 to cover the dish 200 that cleans, collect shovel 300 and transition dish 500, can avoid rubbish spill effectively, in addition, apron 600 and transition dish 500 have constituted the passageway that is used for guiding rubbish, can promote to get into in collecting box 400 by the rubbish of collecting more orderly.
In order to further improve the shielding effect of the cover plate 600 on the cleaning disc 200 and avoid the splashing of the garbage around the cleaning disc 200 as much as possible, the front end of the cover plate 600 is bent and extended towards the ground, so that the extending direction of the cover plate 600 is opposite to the inclined arrangement mode of the cleaning disc 200 and is more adaptive.
Further, the cleaning plate 200 includes a supporting base 210, a plate body 220, a cleaning element 230 and a roller 240, the supporting base 210 is mounted on the frame 100, the roller 240 is disposed at the bottom end of the supporting base 210, and the plate body 220 is rotatably mounted on the supporting base 210 and driven by the first driver. The cleaning elements 230 are arranged on the disc body 220 and arranged along the radial direction of the disc body 220, the cleaning elements 230 are distributed along the circumferential array of the disc body 220, and the cleaning elements 230 are bristles or rods. In this embodiment, the roller 240 is a universal wheel, the cleaning element 230 is made of bristles, and the front end of the tray 220 is inclined toward the ground. The roller 240 can support and guide the cleaning tray 200, so as to prevent the tray body 220 from being too close to the ground, and to enable the cleaning tray 200 to move and adjust the position more smoothly.
With reference to fig. 9 and 10, in this embodiment, a conveyor belt 710 is further disposed between the collection box 400 and the transition tray 500, the conveyor belt 710 is disposed obliquely, a bottom end of the conveyor belt 710 is used for receiving the garbage conveyed from the rear end of the transition tray 500, and an upper end of the conveyor belt 710 is used for conveying the garbage to the collection box 400. By doing so, the mouth of the collection bin 400 can be made "taller" to increase the capacity of the collection bin 400, and in addition, the use of the conveyor belt 710 allows for more orderly and continuous entry of waste into the collection bin 400, avoiding accumulation of waste at the rear end of the transition tray 500.
Transition dish 500's rear end still is provided with and helps a push cylinder 720, helps a push cylinder 720 to have a push pedal 721, push pedal 721 is by its surface along its radial setting, a plurality of push pedals 721 along its even interval setting of circumference for push away the conveyer belt 710 with the rubbish in the transition dish 500, help a push cylinder 720 and conveyer belt 710 and all driven by second driver 730, can guarantee the synchronism of motion, thereby ensure the continuity and the harmony of rubbish transportation, avoid taking place local backlog. In addition, the boost canister 720 also prevents debris from accumulating at the trailing end of the transition plate 500.
Further, an extension plate 740 is provided at the rear end of the transition plate, and the extension plate 740 extends toward the side where the ground is located and also extends toward the front end of the transition plate 500. The transition tray 500 is further provided with a collection port 750, the collection port 750 is formed by the bottom wall of the transition tray 500 being recessed upwards, and the collection port 750 is disposed near the extension plate 740 and located at the front end of the extension plate 740. The transition disc 500 is further provided with a leakage-proof cover 760, the leakage-proof cover 760 is positioned on the upper surface of the transition disc 500 and covers the collection opening 750, a through hole 770 is formed at the top of the leakage-proof cover 760, and the leakage-proof cover 760 is positioned at the front end of the boosting cylinder 720.
The extension plate 740 can collect the garbage under the frame 100, which is equivalent to secondary collection of the garbage leaked from the cleaning tray 200 and the collecting shovel 300, and the collected garbage enters the leakage-proof cover 760 from the collecting opening 750 under the guidance of the extension plate 740, and finally enters the transition tray 500 from the through hole 770 at the top of the leakage-proof cover 760, so that the cleaning effect of the garbage is further improved.
In addition, the extension plate 740 can also level the bottom of the trench when cleaning sludge at the bottom of the trench. Moreover, the leakage-proof cover 760 prevents the garbage in the collecting tray from falling from the through hole 770, and the garbage is not easily accumulated around the leakage-proof cover 760 and is not easily leaked from the through hole 770 due to the effect of the boosting cylinder 720.
Further, the novel ditch cleaning device 1000 further comprises a mechanical arm 800, the mechanical arm 800 is provided with a mounting seat 810 used for being connected with a vehicle body, the rack 100 is mounted at the movable end of the mechanical arm 800, and the mechanical arm 800 can flexibly rotate and drive the rack 100 to move up and down. This enables carrying with an external vehicle and improves work flexibility with the robotic arm 800.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the frame 100 is provided with road wheels 110 to more smoothly move the novel trench cleaning device 1000 during the cleaning process.
The novel ditch cleaning device 1000 can replace a cleaner to complete in practical application, is simple and repeatedly operated, improves the ditch cleaning efficiency, uses a motor as a power source, and achieves the purpose of quickly cleaning silt. In the aspect of appearance, small, the flexibility ratio is high, has effectively improved the device's work efficiency, and the route of traveling changes according to the direction change of irrigation canals and ditches, need not reset the route, has saved many traditional cost of labor, has also improved and has cleaned efficiency.
To sum up, novel irrigation canals and ditches cleaning device 1000 can be arranged in clearing up rubbish and silt in the irrigation canals and ditches of road both sides, simple structure, and the clearance is efficient and clearance effectual, has simplified the clearance work of irrigation canals and ditches greatly.
