Background
Food processing, which refers to grain milling, feed processing, vegetable oil and sugar processing, slaughtering and meat processing, aquatic product processing and food processing activities of vegetables, fruits, nuts and the like which are directly carried out by taking agricultural, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery products as raw materials, is a type of generalized agricultural product processing industry, and raw materials need to be stirred and mixed in the food processing, so a stirring device is needed.
The existing stirring device for food processing has the following defects: when feeding and stirring, the raw materials are directly added into the stirring box through the feed hopper, the raw materials are different in size and are not screened, so that the stirring and mixing effects are poor, and the stirring efficiency and the stirring quality are reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a stirring device for food processing.

a stirring device for food processing comprises a stirring box body, wherein the side wall of the stirring box body is provided with an inclined plane, the side edge of the stirring box body is fixedly connected with a first motor, the first motor is rotatably connected with a stirring shaft, the stirring shaft is fixedly connected with a plurality of stirring rods along the length direction, the top of the stirring box body is fixedly connected with a connecting seat, and the top of the connecting seat is provided with a feeding pipe;
the inner wall sliding connection of inlet pipe has the filter plate, the outside fixedly connected with second motor of inlet pipe, the output of second motor is through pivot fixedly connected with cam, the cam is arranged in the inlet pipe, and the cam is arranged in the below of filter plate, the bottom fixedly connected with discharging pipe of agitator tank.
Preferably, the output end of the first motor is fixedly connected with a coupler, and the other end of the coupler is fixedly connected with the stirring shaft.
Preferably, a flow control valve is installed on the discharge pipe, and the stirring rod is matched with the stirring box body.
Preferably, the side fixedly connected with bracing piece of agitator tank bottom, the bottom fixedly connected with base of bracing piece, the locking universal wheel is installed to the bottom of bottom plate.
Preferably, the top of the base is provided with a placing hole, and the placing hole is positioned under the discharge pipe.
Preferably, a first through hole is formed in the bottom of the connecting seat, the first through hole is communicated with the stirring box body, a circular placing groove is formed in the top of the connecting seat, the circular placing groove is located on the side edge of the first through hole, the feeding pipe is placed on the bottom wall of the circular placing groove, a slot is formed in the side surface of the feeding pipe, a threaded hole is formed in the side surface of the connecting seat, a screw rod is connected to the threaded hole in a threaded manner, and the screw rod penetrates through the threaded hole to the slot.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. through the arrangement of the filter screen plate, the first motor drives the cam to rotate, and then the filter screen plate is continuously vibrated up and down through the cooperation of the spring, the slide bar and the slide block to drive the raw materials to shake, so that the raw materials can be rapidly screened, and the subsequent stirring efficiency and the stirring quality are improved;
2. through setting up the screw rod, and then conveniently with inlet pipe and linking up the seat dismouting, convenient maintenance, through the convenient ejection of compact speed of adjusting of flow control valve, the convenient removal of locking universal wheel.

Detailed Description
The following describes a specific embodiment of the stirring device for food processing according to the present invention with reference to fig. 1 to 4. The stirring device for food processing of the present invention is not limited to the description of the following embodiments.
The embodiment provides a concrete structure of a stirring device for food processing, which comprises a stirring box body 1, wherein the side wall of the stirring box body is provided with an inclined plane, the side edge of the stirring box body 1 is fixedly connected with a first motor 2, the first motor 2 is rotatably connected with a stirring shaft 3, the stirring shaft 3 is fixedly connected with a plurality of stirring rods 4 along the length direction, the top of the stirring box body 1 is fixedly connected with a connecting seat 5, and the top of the connecting seat 5 is provided with a feeding pipe 6;
the inner wall sliding connection of inlet pipe 6 has filter screen 7, and the outside fixedly connected with second motor 8 of inlet pipe 6, the output of second motor 8 is through pivot fixedly connected with cam 9, and cam 9 is arranged in inlet pipe 6, and cam 9 is arranged in the below of filter screen 7, and the bottom fixedly connected with discharging pipe 10 of agitator tank 1.
The output end of the first motor 2 is fixedly connected with a coupler, and the other end of the coupler is fixedly connected with the stirring shaft 3.
The discharge pipe 10 is provided with a flow control valve 11, and the stirring rod 4 is matched with the stirring box body 1.
The side fixedly connected with bracing piece of agitator tank 1 bottom, the bottom fixedly connected with base 12 of bracing piece, the locking universal wheel is installed to the bottom of bottom plate 12.
The top of the base 12 is provided with a placement hole 13, and the placement hole 13 is positioned right below the tapping pipe 10.
The bottom of the connecting seat 5 is provided with a first through hole which is communicated with the stirring box body 1, the top of the connecting seat 5 is provided with a circular placing groove 14, the circular placing groove 14 is positioned on the side edge of the first through hole, the feeding pipe 6 is placed on the bottom wall of the circular placing groove 14, the side surface of the feeding pipe 6 is provided with a slot, the side surface of the connecting seat 5 is provided with a threaded hole, a threaded rod 15 is connected in the threaded hole in a threaded manner, and the threaded rod 15 penetrates through the threaded hole to the slot.
The inner wall of the feeding pipe 6 is provided with symmetrically arranged grooves 16, the bottom wall of each groove 16 is fixedly connected with a connecting block, the top of each connecting block is fixedly connected with a sliding rod 17, the outer side of each sliding rod 17 is slidably connected with a sliding block 18, the bottom of each sliding block 18 is fixedly connected with a spring 19, the other end of each spring 19 is fixedly connected with the corresponding connecting block, each spring 19 is sleeved on the outer side of each sliding rod 17, and the side edge of each sliding block 18 is fixedly connected with the corresponding filter screen plate 7 through a connecting rod.
The cross section of the sliding rod 17 is rectangular, and the cross section of the sliding block 18 is rectangular.
The aperture of the filter screen plate 7 is matched with that of the feeding pipe 6, the top of the filter screen plate 7 is provided with an annular filter hole, the inner wall of the filter hole is provided with a filter screen 21, and the front surface of the stirring box body 1 is provided with a transparent observation window 20.
By adopting the technical scheme:
the first motor 2 is arranged to drive the cam 9 to rotate, and then the filter screen plate 7 is continuously vibrated up and down through the cooperation of the spring 19, the slide bar 17 and the slide block 18 to drive the raw materials to shake, so that the raw materials can be rapidly screened, and the subsequent stirring efficiency and the stirring quality are improved;
the screw rod 15 that sets up conveniently with inlet pipe 6 and the dismouting of linking up seat 5, convenient maintenance, through flow control valve 11 conveniently adjust discharge speed, the convenient removal of locking universal wheel.
The working principle is as follows: when the food material pouring device is used, the first motor 2 and the second motor 8 are started, and then food materials are poured into the food material pouring device from the feeding pipe 6;
food raw materials firstly fall onto the filter screen plate 7, the second motor 8 drives the cam 8 to rotate, the cam 8 is made to contact with the filter screen plate 7 in a reciprocating mode, the filter screen plate 7 continuously moves up and down under the cooperation of the spring 19, the slide bar 17 and the slide block 18, the raw materials on the filter screen plate 7 are screened and filtered, small raw materials are filtered out from the filter screen 21, and large raw materials are left on the filter screen plate 7;
during little raw materials dropped to agitator tank 1 from filtering otter board 7, first motor 2 passed through the shaft coupling and drives (mixing) shaft 3 and rotate, made the puddler 4 on the (mixing) shaft 3 stir the raw materials, observed the stirring condition through transparent observation window 20, later emitted the raw materials through flow control valve 11 and discharging pipe 10.
