Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition and massage cream for warming channels and dredging collaterals, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The "Ling Shu. Hai Lun" states that: the twelve main meridians belonging to fu organs are externally connected to the limbs. The internal organs of the human body, such as internal organs, limbs, bones, five sense organs, nine orifices, skin, flesh, bones and muscles, can keep relative coordination and unification, complete normal physiological activities, and are realized by the communication of the meridian system.
The book Huangdi classic on medicine has a speech: when the theory of thorns is beginning with meridians and collaterals, the measure of them is that the zang-fu organs are located at the interior and the six fu-organs are located at the exterior, and the physician wishes to smell the channels. Huangdi starts to grow, essence is formed first, essence is formed and brain is generated, bone is dry, vessels are nutrient, tendons are rigid, meat is wall, skin is firm, hair grows, and grains enter stomach, so that blood and qi circulate. Lei Gong would stroke and smell the meridians. The meridian of Huangdi can make death, treat all diseases, adjust brightness and prevent blockage.
The book journal, this book notes: the meridian passage, so they can conduct blood and qi to nourish yin and yang, nourish tendons and bones and benefit joints. Qi and blood are the material basis of life activities of human body, and normal physiological functions can be completed only by the warm nourishment and moistening of qi and blood of all tissues and organs of the whole body. The meridians and collaterals are the channels for the circulation of qi and blood of the human body, and can distribute nutrient substances to all tissues and organs of the whole body, so that the viscera and tissues are nourished, the muscles and bones are moistened, and the joints are smooth.
The reports of Su Wen Mu Ci Lun (Su Wen. Mu Nitri): the physician needs to lay the pathogenic factors in the skin and hair first, but not in the skin and hair, lay the physician in the grand pulse but in the channels, lay the physician in the five zang organs, and disperse in the intestines and stomach. The ancient medical books record the importance of meridians and collaterals to the human body, and can both resolve life and death and treat all diseases. The human body is an organic whole because the meridians criss-cross, passing in and out of the exterior and interior, connect the internal organs, and connect the limbs and joints. The meridians and collaterals are the channels for the circulation of qi and blood, and whether the circulation of qi and blood of the meridians and collaterals is normal or not is of great importance to the health of the body and the treatment and rehabilitation of diseases.
If the meridians are obstructed, different parts of the body can release different signals, such as soreness, numbness, distending pain or abnormal cooling and heating. In clinic, western medicine mainly adopts anti-inflammatory drugs to relieve swelling and pain, and the drugs have large side effects. The traditional Chinese medicine mainly adopts the way of smearing essential oil or other massage products to carry out traditional massage or applying plaster to relieve discomfort of a body caused by obstruction of channels and collaterals. The essential oil or massage products can only relax muscles to a certain degree, the discomfort of soreness, numbness, distending pain and the like caused by the obstruction of channels and collaterals cannot be really solved, and the life of a patient is greatly inconvenient because some products have too strong taste.
Therefore, the development of a massage product which has obvious effect, no toxic or side effect and convenient use and can effectively warm the channels and dredge the collaterals is very necessary.

Healthy white rabbits 16 (single skin irritation test), both male and female, were weighing (2.0+0.2) kg; 30 Kunming mice (multiple skin irritation tests) were used for both males and females, weighing 200-. The experimental animals are provided by southern medical university laboratory center (license number: SCXK (Yue) 2011-. The animals are all bred in a single cage, fed freely and drunk freely, and are adapted to the environment of an animal house by feeding the animals regularly for 5 days before experiments.
3. Test methods and results
3.1 methods
The skin irritation test method and procedure of single administration and multiple administration were performed according to the skin irritation test method and procedure of "cosmetic safety specification 2015", in which the test group was applied with the massage cream for warming meridians and activating collaterals of example 7-1 of the present invention, and the control group was not applied with any substance.
3.2 results
3.2.1 Single-dose skin irritation test, in which all rabbits were coated with 0.2g/kg of the test substance on the depilated skin area on one side and the skin on the other side was used as a control. The skin irritation intensity of the massage cream of example 7-1 was judged by applying the skin irritation cream for 2 hours in a closed test, removing the test substance, observing the skin reaction at the applied part for 1, 24, 48 and 72 hours, respectively, and observing the skin irritation intensity of the massage cream of example 7-1 according to the observation for 1, 24, 48 and 72 hours. The results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3
The results show that: 1. the skin reaction of the smearing part is observed for 24, 48 and 72 hours, and no erythema or edema, pimple, congestion and ulcer are observed. The total evaluation score and the average score of the skin irritation response are both 0, and the average response irritation intensity is less than 0.5, which indicates no irritation.
3.2.2 skin irritation test with multiple administrations, in the test process, 0.5g of the test substance is smeared on the unhaired skin area of one side of all Kunming mice, and the skin of the other side is used as a control. Applied 1 time per day for 14 days. From the next day, the hair should be cut and the residual test substance removed with water or a non-irritating solvent before each application. The results were observed for one hour. The results of judging the skin irritation intensity of the massage cream of example 7-1 by a plurality of times are shown in Table 4.
TABLE 4
The results show that 30 tested Kunming mice, 1 of which showed erythema and 1 of which showed papules, were scored on average less than 0.5 per animal per day on the first day; 30 Kunming mice were tested the following day, with one of them showing pimples with an average score per animal per day of less than 0.5; on days 3-14, all of the Kunming mice tested did not develop papules, erythema, congestion, ulcers. Multiple skin irritation levels were non-irritating according to standard evaluation criteria.
