Abstract
本发明提出一种含有天然抑菌剂的化妆品,按质量百分比,包括0.01‑0.5%的金合欢醇、0.05‑0.5%的葡萄柚籽提取物、0.05‑0.5%的桃柁酚、0.05‑0.5%的抑菌赋香剂,所述抑菌赋香剂包含甜橙果皮油、香橼果油、香柠檬果油、依兰花油、苦橙花油、樟树叶提取物和肉桂油。本发明提出的含有天然抑菌剂的化妆品具有成分天然、无毒无害,安全环保,无刺激性、不易过敏,气味怡人,除臭效果好等优点。解决现有除臭剂刺激性大、不安全、除臭体验较差的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明为化妆品领域,尤其涉及一种含有天然抑菌剂的化妆品。
背景技术
出汗是维持和控制体温极其重要的生理学功能,人体汗液主要是从汗腺排出的,汗液本身是无色、无味、无菌的液体,但由于腋窝处细菌的存在,使汗液中部分有机物降解成有特殊气味的物质而产生汗臭。体臭对健康是无任何影响,但其气味会令人生厌,患者本人会产生自卑感,不愿参加集体和社交活动,甚至会出现严重的心理障碍。
除臭剂的作用机制包括抑制汗液分泌;抑菌灭菌;分解、变化或吸附引起体臭的成分,从而减少或消除体臭。主要有三种作用方式,第一是使用各种杀菌剂抑制皮肤表面细菌的增殖;第二是通过化学除臭剂或臭味吸附剂使原来的臭味物质转变为无臭味的物质,抑制已发生的体臭;第三是使用气味使人愉快的香精掩盖臭味。
第一种方式采用传统的化学合成杀菌剂有致癌风险,有刺激性、易过敏,长期使用容易造成抗菌性,破坏皮肤的有益菌群,且对环境不友好。第二种方式采用吸附剂通常粒径较大容易造成毛孔堵塞。第三种方式通常使用人工合成的香精,人工合成的香精香气单一,容易导致过敏。
发明内容
针对现有除臭剂刺激性大、不安全、除臭体验不佳的问题,本发明提出一种含有天然抑菌剂的化妆品,该化妆品具有成分天然、无毒无害,安全环保,无刺激性、气味怡人,除臭效果好等优点。
本发明提出一种含有天然抑菌剂的化妆品,按质量百分比,包括以下组分: 0.01-0.5%的金合欢醇、0.05-0.5%的葡萄柚籽提取物、0.05-0.5%的桃柁酚、 0.05-0.5%的抑菌赋香剂,所述抑菌赋香剂包含具有抑菌功效的植物精油:甜橙果皮油、香橼果油、香柠檬果油、依兰花油、苦橙花油、樟树叶提取物和肉桂油。
作为本发明的进一步方案,以抑菌赋香剂的总量为100%,按质量百分比,甜橙果皮油的含量为22-27%,香橼果油的含量为8-10%,香柠檬果油的含量为15.5-17.5%、依兰花油的含量为2.0-3.0%、苦橙花油的含量为10-12%、樟树叶提取物的含量为10-13%,肉桂油的含量为2.0-3.0%。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述抑菌赋香剂还包括檀香油、辣薄荷油、苯乙醇、薰衣草油、迷迭香叶油、北非雪松树皮油。
作为本发明的进一步方案,以抑菌赋香剂的总量为100%,按质量百分比,檀香油的含量为2-3%、辣薄荷油的含量为1.5-2.5%、苯乙醇的含量为6-8.5%、薰衣草油的含量为2.5-3.5%、迷迭香叶油的含量为3.0-4.0%、北非雪松树皮油的含量为3.0-4.0%。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述化妆品为喷雾水剂、乳液或者膏霜。
优选的,所述化妆品为喷雾水剂,其组分还含有增溶剂和溶剂,所述增溶剂包括PEG-60氢化蓖麻油,所述溶剂包括双丙甘醇。增溶剂和溶剂的添加量以达到抑菌成分在水中分散均匀,形成稳定的溶液为标准进行添加。
本发明各组分的作用机理:
1、桃柁酚:
桃柁酚是一种天然的酚类二萜类化合物,是从新西兰桃柁罗汉松中提取出来的天然活性产品,具有良好的抗菌活性和高效的抗氧化活性。桃柁酚对细菌和真菌都有很强的抗菌活性,对革兰氏阳性菌有十分有效的抗菌活性;桃柁酚的抗氧化性可以抑制皮脂氧化产生臭味,显示出高效的生物活性、人体安全性、和产品配方兼容性。
2、金合欢醇:
金合欢醇的化学名称为3,7,11-三甲基-2,6,10-十二碳三烯-1-醇,无色油状液体,具有令人愉快的花香气味,主要存在于植物的花、叶子、种子的精油中,对体表异味产生菌具有选择性的抑制作用,而且安全可靠,不破坏皮肤的天然保护层,维护皮肤自然状态,促进皮肤健康,同时还具有抑汗作用。
3、葡萄柚籽提取物:
葡萄柚籽提取物(Grapefruit Seed Extract,简称为GSE)是以葡萄柚种子、为原料经过提取加工工艺获得的产品,无色至淡黄色液体,有苦味。主要成分为糖类、脂肪酸和类黄酮化合物等。来源天然,安全无毒,无刺激或过敏反应,广谱抗菌,对多种细菌、真菌、病毒都有很好的抑制作用,同时有利于人体自身的有益菌群的生长。葡萄柚籽提取物还有很强的抗氧化性,可增强化妆品的抗氧化能力,防止其他组分被氧化。
4、抑菌赋香剂:
本发明所用抑菌赋香剂包括具有抑菌抗炎作用的植物精油:甜橙果皮油、香橼果油、香柠檬果油、苦橙花油、樟树叶提取物、肉桂油、依兰花油等。
其中,甜橙果皮油、香橼果油、香柠檬果油是从柑橘类果皮中获得的天然绿色的植物性油脂,主要成分是萜烯类、倍半萜烯类以及醇类、醛类、酮类、酯类等含氧化合物,具有独特的芳香气味。具有广谱抗菌功效同时还具有很强的抗氧化活性。
苦橙油主要成分有黄酮类化合物,如橙皮苷、新陈皮苷、川陈皮素、柚皮苷、红橘素、柚皮素等。苦橙油有抗菌性,可用作抗炎剂。
樟树叶提取物:主要含有单萜类、倍半萜烯等物质,具有抗菌、抗氧化活性。
肉桂油:肉桂油是从原产于斯里兰卡的常绿植物桂树皮蒸馏而得,包括抗菌,抗微生物,抗感染,抗病毒,抗真菌等功效。
依兰花油:是从植物依兰花之中萃取得来,具有抗菌、镇静的功效。
本发明主要通过以下几方面实现除臭香体的效果:
1、通过金合欢醇的抑汗作用,减少汗液的分泌,从源头减少异味的产生。
2、通过桃柁酚、葡萄柚籽提取物的抗氧化性,抑制皮脂氧化产生臭味。
3、通过桃柁酚、金合欢醇、葡萄柚籽提取物、抑菌赋香剂的抗菌活性,选择性抑制体表有害菌的活性,减少有害菌对汗液的分解产生臭味,同时有利于人体自身的有益菌群的生长。
4、通过桃柁酚、金合欢醇、葡萄柚籽提取物、抑菌赋香剂的抗菌活性实现自防腐,无需额外添加防腐剂,减少刺激源,使产品更加安全温和。
5、通过抑菌赋香剂的怡人香气来掩盖不良气味,给使用者留下良好的感官体验,保持身心愉悦。
具体实施方式
一种含有天然抑菌剂的化妆品,具体为一种含有天然抑菌剂的喷雾水剂。其按质量百分比,包括以下组分:0.01-0.5%的金合欢醇、0.05-0.5%的葡萄柚籽提取物、0.05-0.5%的桃柁酚、0.05-0.5%的抑菌赋香剂、0.5-2.5%的PEG-60 氢化蓖麻油,7.5-13.5%的双丙甘醇和80-95%去离子水。
如下结合下表具体实施例,对本申请方案作进一步描述:
所述抑菌赋香剂,按其质量百分比包括以下组分:
上述实施例1-3的制备方法,按如下步骤操作:
(1)在乳化锅中准确称取双丙甘醇,依次加入PEG-60氢化蓖麻油、桃柁酚、金合欢醇、葡萄柚籽提取物和抑菌赋香剂,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液A;
(2)将水加热至95±1℃,保温5-10分钟,随后降温至30-35℃,加入乳化锅中,和混合溶液A混合,搅拌均匀,检验合格后出料灌装。
对比例1-4的制备方法同实施例1-3,质量为零的组分不添加即可。
将上述实施例1-3制备的含有天然抑菌剂的喷雾水剂进行功效测试,包括刺激性测试,以及与对比例1-4进行除臭效果和抑菌效果对比测试。
具体测试方法和结果如下:
1、刺激性测试(斑贴测试)
测试方法:选择90名年龄18~35岁的志愿者,分3组,每组30名试用者,选用合格的斑贴器,以封闭斑贴实验方法,将受试物为0.1-0.2g放入斑试器中,贴敷于受试者前臂曲侧的正常皮肤,24小时后去除受试物,分别于除去后0.5, 24,48小时观察皮肤反应。
受试部位反应程度判定:
结果判定原则:30例受试者中出现皮肤不良反应的人数多于5例(含5 例),或2级皮肤不良反应的人数多于2例(含2级),或出现任何一例3级或 3级以上皮肤不良反应时,判定受试物对人体有皮肤不良反应。
将实施例1-3的喷雾水剂作为受试物,去离子水作为对照,分别在受试者前臂曲侧同一部位进行斑贴测试,测试结果如下表1:

由上表1可知,实施例1-3进行人体皮肤封闭型斑贴测试结果为:每组30 例测试均为阴性反应,因此判断受试物对人体无明显刺激性反应。
2、除臭效果测试
挑选210位有体臭问题的志愿者,每试验组各30位试用者,其中10名严重体臭者,10名中度体臭者,10名轻度体臭者。使用实施例1-3、与对比例 1-4制备的喷雾水剂,试用者每晚浴后使用一次,持续使用1个月后对喷雾水剂的除臭效果进行评价。实验过程中不得使用其它任何护肤品,而且受试者全部完成了验证过程,效果分三个等级:
(1)明显:除臭效果明显,没有汗臭异味。
(2)一般:除臭效果一般,有些许汗臭异味。
(3)无效:除臭效果不明显,汗臭异味状况没有改善。
测试结果见下表2,从试用者的自我评估的结果可以看出,本发明实施例 1-3所提供的喷雾水剂对多数试用者具有较好的除臭效果,实现除臭香体的目的。

实施例1-3为葡萄柚籽提取物与金合欢醇、桃柁酚、抑菌赋香剂复配的喷雾水剂。
对比例1为不使用抑菌赋香剂的喷雾水剂,对比例2-4为金合欢醇、葡萄柚籽提取物、桃柁酚单一组分等量代替实施例3中金合欢醇、葡萄柚籽提取物和桃柁酚的总量的喷雾水剂。
结果分析:实施例1-3的除臭有效率达到了100%,对于重度、中度和轻度体臭患者都具有明显除臭效果。对比例1的除臭有效率达到了90%以上,但是对于重度体臭患者的除臭效果较差。对比例2-4的有效率都低于80%,除臭整体效果较差,尤其对于重度体臭患者的有效率为0,对于中度和轻度体臭患者有一定的除臭效果,但是除臭效果相对实施例1-3和对比例1相差较大。
由测试结果可得金合欢醇、葡萄柚籽提取物和桃柁酚虽然分别具有抑菌除臭的作用,但是单独使用时效果不明显,复配后则效果显著。此外,金合欢醇、葡萄柚籽提取物和桃柁酚复配不加抑菌赋香剂的情况下,使用效果亦欠佳。
3、抑菌效果测试
检测方法和依据:美国药典USP40(51)
测试项目:防腐功效测试
测试微生物:
1)细菌:铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌;
2)霉菌和酵母菌:白假丝酵母、黑曲霉。
评价标准:
符合以下条件视为通过防腐测试:
1)细菌:7天细菌计数比初始细菌计数减少对数值不小于1.0,14天细菌计数比初始细菌计数减少对数值不小于3.0,并且28天对比14天细菌数不增加;
2)霉菌、酵母:7、14、28天的酵母和霉菌计数比初始菌数不增加。
将实施例3和对比例1-4按USP40(51)的检测方法进行测试,测试结果见表3:

由表3测试结果可知,抑菌效果从强到弱为实施例3>对比例1>对比例 4>对比例3>对比例2,实施例3、对比例1和对比例4均通过了28天的抑菌测试,其中实施例3 的抑菌效果尤其显著。
对比例4通过抑菌测试,说明葡萄柚籽提取物具有较优的抑菌效果,但是第28天,霉菌与酵母菌的总数仍然有2.2×103cfu/g。
对比例1通过抑菌测试,说明葡萄柚籽提取物与金合欢醇、桃柁酚复配后具有较优的抑菌效果,且从7天、14天的菌落降低数量可知其抑菌效率优于等量的单一组分(对比例2-4),说明葡萄柚籽提取物与金合欢醇、桃柁酚复配后能够协同增效。
实施例3的抑菌测试在第7天细菌的菌落总数已经小于10cfu/g;霉菌与酵母菌的菌落总数由3.0×105cfu/g降低到1.1×102cfu/g,且到第14天<10 cfu/g,明显低于对比例1-4。说明葡萄柚籽提取物与金合欢醇、桃柁酚和抑菌赋香剂复配后抑菌效果显著,明显优于等量的单一组分(对比例2-4),且优于葡萄柚籽提取物与金合欢醇、桃柁酚复配的组合(对比例1)。即可通过四个组分协同抑菌,无需增加单一组分的用量提升效果,在喷雾中低含量占比即可实现抑菌除臭的效果。
上述优选实施方式应视为本申请方案实施方式的举例说明,凡与本申请方案雷同、近似或以此为基础作出的技术推演、替换、改进等,均应视为本专利的保护范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种含有天然抑菌剂的化妆品,其特征在于,按质量百分比,由以下成分组成:0.01-0.5%的金合欢醇、0.05-0.5%的葡萄柚籽提取物、0.05-0.5%的桃柁酚、0.05-0.5%的抑菌赋香剂、增溶剂和溶剂,上述成分的质量百分比总和为100%,所述抑菌赋香剂包含具有抑菌功效的植物精油:25.0%甜橙果皮油、9.0%香橼果油、16.5%香柠檬果油、2.0%依兰花油、11.0%苦橙花油、12.5%樟树叶提取物、2.0%肉桂油、2.5%檀香油、2.0%辣薄荷油、3.5%迷迭香叶油、3.5%北非雪松树皮油、3.0%薰衣草油、7.5%苯乙醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有天然抑菌剂的化妆品,其特征在于,所述化妆品为喷雾水剂、乳液或者膏霜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含有天然抑菌剂的化妆品,其特征在于,所述化妆品为喷雾水剂,按所述化妆品的质量百分比计算,所述增溶剂包括0.5-2.5%PEG-60氢化蓖麻油,所述溶剂包括7.5-13.5%双丙甘醇以及余量去离子水。
