Abstract
The invention discloses a distal radial artery compression hemostat, which comprises a thumb sleeve sleeved on a thumb, an index finger sleeve sleeved on an index finger and a hemostasis pressing device, wherein the thumb sleeve and the index finger sleeve are connected into a whole and are used for controlling the postures of the thumb and the index finger and fixing the thumb sleeve and the index finger sleeve at hand positions; the compression hemostasis device can accurately compress and position the actual position of the distal radial artery puncture of a patient, and can reasonably adjust the compression force according to the actual condition, thereby realizing better compression hemostasis effect and comfort, shortening the operation time and facilitating the observation of the puncture point condition after the operation.

According to the invention, the wrist is used as a fulcrum to provide inward tension for the thumb sleeve and the forefinger sleeve through the tensioning device, so that the stability of the index finger sleeve and the thumb sleeve is favorably ensured, the index finger sleeve, the thumb sleeve and the hemostasis pressing device are reliably positioned, and the reliable and stable pressure for the puncture wound is favorably improved.

As shown in the figures, the distal radial artery compression hemostat in the embodiment comprises a thumb sleeve 1 for being sleeved on a thumb, an index finger sleeve 2 for being sleeved on an index finger, and a hemostasis pressing device 3, wherein the thumb sleeve and the index finger sleeve are connected into a whole for controlling the postures of the thumb and the index finger and fixing the thumb sleeve and the index finger sleeve at a hand position, and the hemostasis pressing device is connected on the thumb sleeve and/or the index finger sleeve and is used for pressing to stop bleeding at a radial artery puncture site corresponding to a tiger mouth position of a hand.

In this embodiment, the wrist-gripping device further comprises a tensioning device 4 for hooping the wrist, wherein the tensioning device is connected with the index finger sleeve and the thumb sleeve and has a tension force towards the wrist to the index finger sleeve and the thumb sleeve.
