From the above examples it can be seen that: the high-gloss floor finish paint provided by the invention is matched with a water-based epoxy floor primer and a self-leveling intermediate paint for use, and the obtained water-based environment-friendly high-gloss epoxy composite floor paint has excellent wear resistance, hardness and glossiness as well as excellent impact resistance. The data of the examples show that: the water-based environment-friendly highlight epoxy multilayer terrace coating provided by the invention is odorless, environment-friendly and safe; the hardness of the pencil is 4H, and the hardness is high; the 60-degree glossiness is 103.2, and the glossiness is high; the wear resistance is 750g/500r0.031g, and the wear resistance is good; the positive and negative impact of 100CM is not damaged, and the impact resistance is good; the water-based environment-friendly highlight epoxy multilayer terrace coating provided by the invention is simple in construction, convenient to transport and wide in market prospect.

Claims (10)

1. The high-gloss terrace finish paint is characterized by comprising a first component and a second component which are independently packaged, wherein the first component comprises the following components in percentage by mass based on the total mass of the first component and the second component as 100 percent: 45-51% of first water-based epoxy resin, 0.1-0.3% of bentonite, 0.5-0.9% of first dispersing agent, 0.2-0.5% of first defoaming agent, 5-10% of first titanium dioxide, 5-10% of first barium sulfate, 0.3-1.0% of first thickening agent, 0.3-0.6% of flatting agent, 0.1-0.3% of anti-scratch auxiliary agent and 15-35% of water; the second component: 9-13% of a first waterborne epoxy curing agent.
2. The high gloss floor finish of claim 1, wherein said first waterborne epoxy resin is an HDE8117 waterborne epoxy resin.
3. The high gloss floor finish of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first waterborne epoxy curative is a HDH6350 waterborne epoxy curative.
4. The high gloss floor finish of claim 1, wherein the scratch resistant aid is an ND-251 scratch resistant aid.
5. The water-based environment-friendly highlight epoxy composite floor coating is characterized by comprising independently and separately packaged water-based epoxy floor primer, self-leveling primer and highlight floor finish;
the water-based epoxy floor primer comprises a third component and a fourth component which are independently packaged; the third component comprises the following components in percentage by mass based on the total mass of the third component and the fourth component as 100 percent: 30-50% of second water-based epoxy resin, 0.1-0.3% of second defoaming agent, 0.1-0.3% of first wetting agent, 0.5-1.0% of second thickening agent and 40-55% of water; the fourth component: 8-10% of a second water-based epoxy curing agent;
the self-leveling middle coating comprises a fifth component, a sixth component and a seventh component which are independently packaged; the fifth component comprises the following components in percentage by mass based on the total mass of the fifth component, the sixth component and the seventh component as 100 percent: 8-10% of a third aqueous epoxy curing agent, 0.3-0.5% of a third defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5% of a third thickening agent, 1-3.0% of second titanium dioxide, 20-30% of second barium sulfate and 4-15% of water; the sixth component: 10-18% of third water-based epoxy resin; the seventh component: 30-40% of quartz sand;
the high-gloss floor finish paint is the high-gloss floor finish paint as claimed in any one of claims 1-4.
6. The water-based environment-friendly highlight epoxy multi-layer floor coating as claimed in claim 5, wherein the second water-based epoxy resin is HDE8132 water-based epoxy resin, and the second water-based epoxy curing agent is HDH6350 water-based epoxy curing agent.
7. The water-based environment-friendly highlight epoxy multi-layer floor coating as claimed in claim 5, wherein the third water-based epoxy resin is HDE3273 water-based epoxy resin, and the third water-based epoxy curing agent is HDH water-based epoxy curing agent.
8. The water-based environment-friendly highlight epoxy multi-layer floor coating as claimed in claim 5, wherein the particle size of the quartz sand is 100-200 mesh.
9. The use method of the water-based environment-friendly high-gloss epoxy multi-layer floor coating of any one of claims 5 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing the first component and the second component to obtain the high-gloss floor finish;
mixing the third component and the fourth component to obtain the water-based epoxy floor primer;
mixing the fifth component, the sixth component and the seventh component to obtain the self-leveling middle coating;
sequentially smearing water-based epoxy floor primer, self-leveling middle paint and high-gloss floor finish.
10. The use method of claim 9, wherein the water-based epoxy floor primer is applied to a thickness of 20-30 μm, the self-leveling primer is applied to a thickness of 0.5-1.0 mm, and the high-gloss floor finish is applied to a thickness of 60-80 μm.
