Background
At present, spring water or snow melt water is adopted as drinking water for life in many places, and the water needs to be filtered again because the water quality cannot meet the requirement; typically, a filtered water station is installed to provide a relatively large amount of water filtration; however, the filter element of the current water station is easy to scale and block after being used for a long time, which affects the filtering efficiency and increases the filtering cost after being frequently replaced.

the water storage device includes: a water tank 1 and a primary filter 2; the water tank 1 is fixedly arranged on the base 7; the bottom of the water tank 1 is fixedly provided with a pedestal 1-3; the pedestal 1-3 is disposed inside the water tank 1 to have a certain height, preferably 20cm to 30 cm.
An ultrasonic assembly is provided on the water tank 1 to vibrate the scale on the primary filter 2 to be removed. The lower part of the water tank 1 is funnel-shaped, so that the sediments in the water tank 1 can be gathered; the bottom of the water tank 1 is provided with a trash outlet 1-2 for discharging deposits such as scales in the water tank 1. The upper end of the water tank 1 is provided with a water inlet 1-1 for inputting water to be filtered into the water tank 1.
The primary filter 2 is arranged on a pedestal 1-3 in the water tank 1; the primary filter 2 is arranged vertically.
The input end of the water pump 3 is connected with the output end of the primary filter 2; the output end of the water pump 3 is connected with the input end of the ceramic membrane filter 4; the output end of the ceramic membrane filter 4 is connected with the reverse osmosis membrane filter 5; the purified water output end of the reverse osmosis membrane filter 5 is communicated with the purified water tank 6; the clean water filtered by the ceramic membrane filter 4 and the reverse osmosis membrane filter 5 flows into the clean water tank 6 for standby; the concentrated water output end of the reverse osmosis membrane filter 5 is communicated with the water tank 1 so as to be filtered and utilized again, and water is saved.
The embodiment of the invention provides a circulating type self-purification integrated water station which can reduce the scaling and blockage of a filter element and reduce the filtering cost.
As a preference of the above embodiment, the primary filter 2 is a cylindrical filter element; the water tank 1 is internally and fixedly provided with flow deflectors 1-4; the flow deflectors 1-4 are of funnel structures; the guide vanes 1-4 are sleeved on the periphery of the primary filter 2 so as to enable the water flow to flow towards the primary filter 2 in an inclined way. More preferably, the number of the flow deflectors 1-4 is multiple; a plurality of guide vanes 1 to 4 are provided at intervals in the up-down direction so that the water flow can be distributed over the periphery of the primary filter 2. More preferably, the guide vanes 1-4 are provided with slotted holes 1-41; the slots 1-41 extend from the center to the edge of the guide vanes 1-4 to allow the water flow to pass through the layers separated by the guide vanes 1-4. Preferably, the slots 1-41 of the plurality of baffles 1-4 are positioned at different orientations of the primary filter 2 to allow the water flow to flow spirally under the action of the baffles 1-4, thereby facilitating the washing of the sediment on the outer wall of the primary filter 2. Further preferably, the slotted holes 1-41 on the plurality of flow deflectors 1-4 are spaced at a preset angle from top to bottom; is beneficial to the stability of water flow. Preferably, the preset angle is a ratio of 360 degrees to the number of the guide vanes 1 to 4, so that the slotted holes 1 to 41 are uniformly distributed, and the water flow is stable.
