The working method of example 7 is: livestock manure in a farm is screened by a sieve plate 11 to remove large sundries and then enters an manure collecting bin 1, a moisture tester 12 monitors the moisture content of the livestock manure, a control box 6 controls a feeding tank 13 to add dry materials into the manure collecting bin 1 to adjust the moisture content of the livestock manure, a stirring device 14 continuously stirs the livestock manure in the adding process, the livestock manure is lifted into a storage hopper 211 of an aerobic fermentation bin 2 by a feeding machine after the adjustment is finished, a stacking tank 214 is moved to a proper position on a rail 213 by a bearing arm 2141, a hydraulic telescopic rod 2142 places the stacking tank 214 on the bottom surface of the aerobic fermentation bin 2, a quantitative conveyor 212 is opened to convey the livestock manure in the storage hopper 211 into the stacking tank 214, a stirring device 2143 continuously stirs the livestock manure in the conveying process to enable the livestock manure to grow into a strip-shaped manure pile on the bottom surface of the aerobic fermentation bin 2 to perform aerobic fermentation, a ventilation device 22 continuously ventilates the fermentation process, after aerobic fermentation is finished, the livestock manure is lifted into the anaerobic reaction bin 3 through a feeding machine, a differential motor 312 of a solid-liquid separation device 31 periodically rotates forwards and backwards at regular time to drive a conveyor belt 311 to reciprocate, the livestock manure is turned over on the conveyor belt 311 under the action of gravity, biogas slurry contained in the livestock manure flows into a biogas slurry collecting tank 32 through a sieve mesh, the livestock manure can generate a large amount of heat in the aerobic fermentation process, the heat is collected through a heat absorption end of a heat exchange device 23 arranged on the inner wall of the aerobic fermentation bin 3, then the biogas slurry in the biogas slurry collecting tank 32 is heated through a heat release end of the heat exchange device 23, the heated biogas slurry is lifted to a spraying device 34 through a lifting pump 33 and is sprayed onto the livestock manure in the anaerobic reaction bin 3, the number and the propagation speed of methane flora in the fermented livestock manure are improved, and after the anaerobic reaction is finished, the biogas residues enter a fertilizer preparation device 5 to be dried and granulated to prepare organic fertilizer, and the generated biogas enters a biogas collection device 4 after being dehydrated, dedusted and desulfurized by a biogas treatment device 41 and is used for power generation and gas supply.
Experimental example 6: feces were treated by using the apparatuses provided in examples 1 and 7, respectively, and the treatment effects thereof were comprehensively analyzed.
As a result: example 1 provides the case where foreign matter stuck to the apparatus, the shape of the pile was irregular, and the air was polluted by the exhaust gas when the apparatus was treating excrements, while example 7 provides the case where the above-mentioned case did not occur during the treatment of excrements by the apparatus;

A livestock and poultry manure energy chemical co-production organic fertilizer production device is characterized by mainly comprising a manure collecting bin (1) connected with a livestock and poultry breeding plant and used for collecting livestock and poultry manure, an aerobic fermentation bin (2) connected with the manure collecting bin (1) through a feeding machine and used for decomposing and sterilizing the livestock and poultry manure, an anaerobic reaction bin (3) connected with the aerobic fermentation bin (2) through the feeding machine and used for decomposing the livestock and poultry manure to prepare methane and an organic fertilizer, a methane collecting device (4) arranged above the anaerobic reaction bin (3) and used for collecting the methane generated by the anaerobic reaction bin (3), a fertilizer making device (5) and a control box (6) connected with a discharge port of the anaerobic reaction bin (3) and used for making methane slag generated by the anaerobic reaction bin (3) into the organic fertilizer,
the excrement collecting bin (1) comprises a sieve plate (11) arranged at a feeding port and used for sieving out large sundries in the livestock and poultry excrement, a moisture tester (12) arranged inside the excrement collecting bin (1) and used for monitoring the moisture content of the livestock and poultry excrement in the excrement collecting bin (1), a feeding tank (13) arranged above the excrement collecting bin (1) and used for adding dry materials into the excrement collecting bin (1) to adjust the moisture content of the livestock and poultry excrement and a stirring device (14) arranged inside the excrement collecting bin (1),
the aerobic fermentation bin (2) comprises a stacking device (21) for stacking the livestock and poultry manure into strips and chops and a ventilation device (22) for ventilating the aerobic fermentation bin (2),
the anaerobic reaction chamber (3) is internally provided with a solid-liquid separation device (31) which enables livestock and poultry feces to turn back and forth and separate biogas slurry, the solid-liquid separation device (31) comprises a conveyor belt (311) which is arranged in an inverted V shape and a differential motor (312) which is used for driving the conveyor belt (311) to move, the conveyor belt (311) is provided with a sieve hole for separating biogas slurry, a biogas slurry collecting tank (32) is arranged below the solid-liquid separation device (31), the biogas collecting tank (32) is communicated with a spraying device (34) arranged at the top of the anaerobic reaction chamber (3) through a lifting pump (33) and is used for spraying the separated biogas slurry onto the livestock and poultry feces,
a biogas treatment device (41) for dehydrating, dedusting and desulfurizing biogas is arranged at the gas inlet of the biogas collection device (4),
the control box (6) is respectively connected with the moisture tester (12), the feeding tank (13), the stirring device (14), the stacking device (21), the ventilation device (22), the differential motor (312), the lifting pump (33) and the methane collecting device (4) through relays.

The livestock and poultry manure energy and chemical co-production organic fertilizer production equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stacking device (21) comprises a storage hopper (211) arranged above the aerobic fermentation bin (2), a quantitative conveyor (212) connected to the lower end of the storage hopper (211) through a pipeline, a rail (213) arranged at the inner top of the aerobic fermentation bin (2), and a stacking groove (214) slidably arranged on the rail (213) through a bearing arm (2141), wherein the stacking groove (214) is communicated with the quantitative conveyor (212) and is used for stacking livestock and poultry manure in the storage hopper (211) into a long manure pile in the aerobic fermentation bin (2).

The livestock and poultry manure energy and chemical co-production organic fertilizer production equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bearing arm (2141) is connected with the stacking tank (214) through a hydraulic telescopic rod (2142) and is used for controlling the lifting of the stacking tank (214).

The livestock and poultry manure energy chemical co-production organic fertilizer production equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein a heat exchange device (23) is arranged inside the aerobic fermentation bin (2), and a heat release end of the heat exchange device (23) is communicated with the inside of the biogas slurry collection tank (32) and is used for transferring heat generated in the aerobic fermentation bin (2) into the biogas slurry collection tank (32) and spraying the biogas slurry into the anaerobic reaction bin (3) after heating the biogas slurry, so as to improve the number and propagation speed of methane flora in the fermentation product.

8. The livestock and poultry manure energy chemical co-production organic fertilizer production equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein a heat exchange device (23) is arranged inside the aerobic fermentation bin (2).
