Background
In our daily life, tubular sections, such as water pipes, stainless steel pipes and other pipes, are often needed, for example, a stainless steel pipe is a hollow long-strip round steel, and is mainly widely used for industrial conveying pipelines, mechanical structural components and the like in petroleum, chemical engineering, medical treatment, food, light industry, mechanical instruments and the like, is widely used for manufacturing mechanical parts and engineering structures, and is also commonly used as household kitchenware and the like for use in household buildings. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate transportation and avoid damaging the surface of the pipe, the wear in the transportation process is reduced, and the pipe is often required to be packaged, so that the protective performance is improved.
However, the existing packaging film is usually produced by pre-forming according to different pipe sizes, and then the packaging film is transversely sleeved on the pipe in a manual mode, so that the pipe packaging treatment is completed; when the length of the pipe is large, the packaging film is easy to damage in the installation process, the required installation time is long, and certain inconvenience exists.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a tube packaging device with a longitudinal hot-melt packaging function for solving the technical problem of inconvenience in the installation process of the existing tube packaging film.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the tube packaging device with the longitudinal hot-melt packaging function comprises a base, a packaging film transmission assembly and a hot-cutting assembly, wherein the packaging film assembly comprises a discharging mechanism and a receiving mechanism, the discharging mechanism and the receiving mechanism are respectively located on two opposite sides of the hot-cutting assembly to form a feeding channel, the packaging length of the packaging film assembly ranges from 5.5 meters to 6.5 meters, the packaging film is installed on the packaging film transmission assembly, the feeding channel is used for enabling a tube to slide in so as to push the packaging film to the position below the hot-cutting assembly, and the movement direction of the hot-cutting assembly is longitudinally arranged to cut off the packaging film through hot melting.
The tube packaging device with the longitudinal hot-melting packaging function is suitable for packaging tubes with the length ranging from 5.5 meters to 6.5 meters, the packaging film adopts a longitudinal packaging mode, and the tube packaging processing is realized by combining a hot-melting packaging mode of a hot-melting knife, so that the operation convenience is improved.
In one embodiment, the base is provided with a material discharging plate, the hot cutting assembly comprises a longitudinal conveying mechanism and a hot cutter, and the hot cutter is positioned above the material discharging plate.
In one embodiment, the longitudinal transmission mechanism includes a fixing plate and a transmission cylinder, the transmission cylinder is connected to the fixing plate, the hot cutter is mounted on the fixing plate, the fixing plate is provided with a sliding groove, the base is provided with a sliding rail and a guide shaft, the sliding rail is matched with the sliding groove, and the guide shaft penetrates through the fixing plate.
In one embodiment, the discharging mechanism comprises a feeding motor, a first rotating drum and a second rotating drum, wherein the first rotating drum is connected with the feeding motor, and the second rotating drum is connected with the first rotating drum.
In one embodiment, the base is provided with a packaging film length fixing mechanism, and the packaging film length fixing mechanism comprises a first servo motor and a transmission roller connected with the first servo motor.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a tube packaging apparatus 100 with a longitudinal hot-melt packaging function according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a base 10, a packaging film conveying assembly and a hot-cutting assembly 20, wherein the packaging film assembly includes a discharging mechanism 30 and a receiving mechanism 40, the discharging mechanism 30 and the receiving mechanism 40 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the hot-cutting assembly 20 to form a feeding channel, the packaging length of the packaging film assembly ranges from 5.5 m to 6.5 m, and the packaging film conveying assembly is mounted with a packaging film 50; the feeding channel is used for enabling the tube 60 to slide in to push the packaging film 50 to the position below the hot cutting assembly 20, so that the hot cutting assembly 20 can conveniently carry out heat sealing and packaging treatment on the packaging film beside the tube, and the tube packaging process is finally realized; the direction of movement of the heat cutting assembly 20 is longitudinally oriented to heat melt cut the packaging film. Wherein, the packaging film transmission assembly is used through the combination of discharge mechanism 30 and receiving agencies 40 to realize the transmission of packaging film 50 and handle, and the packing length scope of packaging film subassembly is 5.5 meters to 6.5 meters in order to be applicable to the great packing scene of tubular product length, secondly through the mode of vertical packing in order to realize the heat-seal of packaging film 50 and handle, has effectively improved the operation convenience and has saved the time cost.
Further, the base 10 is provided with a material placing plate 11 for placing the tube material 60 to be packaged, so that the hot cutting assembly can be conveniently pressed down longitudinally to realize the heat sealing function. The hot cutting assembly 20 comprises a longitudinal transmission mechanism 21 and a hot cutter 22, and the hot cutter 22 is positioned above the discharge plate 11, so that the longitudinally arranged packaging direction is realized; specifically, the discharging plate 11 is a silicon rubber pad, has outstanding high and low temperature resistance, keeps good use elasticity in a certain temperature range, has the advantages of ozone resistance, weather aging resistance and the like, is suitable for a sealing gasket in a thermal machine, can avoid the influence caused by long-time work of the hot cutting assembly 20, and is not easy to deform or damage. The outer layer of the hot cutter 22 is coated with a teflon coating to play a role of anti-sticking material, and the service life of the hot cutter is prolonged.
Further, the longitudinal transmission mechanism 21 includes a fixing plate 211 and a transmission cylinder 212, the transmission cylinder 212 is connected to the fixing plate 211, the hot cutting knife 22 is installed on the fixing plate 211, the fixing plate 211 is provided with a sliding slot, the base 10 is provided with a sliding rail 12 and a guide shaft 13, the sliding rail 12 is matched with the sliding slot, and the guide shaft 13 penetrates through the fixing plate. The fixing plate 211 is driven by the transmission cylinder 212 to move back and forth linearly, so that the heat cutter 22 on the fixing plate is linearly transferred back and forth; and through the combined action of spout, slide rail 12 and guiding axle 13, realized the direction function in order to improve the motion stability of fixed plate 211, avoid fixed plate 211 to take place the dislocation phenomenon in the course of the work, improved hot knife's heat-seal accuracy.
Further, the discharging mechanism 30 includes a feeding motor, a first rotating drum 31 and a second rotating drum 32, the first rotating drum 31 is connected to the feeding motor, and the second rotating drum 32 is connected to the first rotating drum 31. The packaging film 50 is located at the upper end of the discharging mechanism 30, and the feeding motor drives the first rotating drum 31 and the second rotating drum 32 to rotate, so that the packaging film is discharged.
Further, the base 10 is provided with a packaging film length control mechanism 14 for controlling the transmission length of the packaging film, and the transmission length can be correspondingly adjusted according to the thickness of different pipes, so that the accurate transmission function of the packaging film is realized; the packaging film length control mechanism 14 comprises a first servo motor and a transmission roller connected with the first servo motor.
Further, the base 10 is provided with a first film feeding steel pipe 15 and a second film feeding steel pipe 16, which are used for realizing the smooth transmission of the packaging film, avoiding the damage phenomenon of the packaging film 50 in the transmission process and improving the packaging stability; the packaging film 50 sequentially penetrates through the discharging mechanism 30, the first film feeding steel pipe 15, the packaging film length fixing mechanism 14, the second film feeding steel pipe 16 and the material receiving mechanism 40, so that the discharging and material receiving processing of the packaging film is realized.
The working principle of the pipe packing device with the longitudinal hot melting packing function is as follows: the packaging film 50 is arranged at the upper end of the discharging mechanism 30, and the packaging film 50 sequentially penetrates through the discharging mechanism 30, the first film feeding steel pipe 15, the packaging film length fixing mechanism 14, the second film feeding steel pipe 16 and the material receiving mechanism 40 to form a feeding channel; secondly, the packaging film length fixing mechanism 14 carries out corresponding length fixing feeding action according to the size of the pipe, then the pipe 60 with the length range of 5.5-6.5 m slides into the feeding channel under the action of external force and inertia to push the packaging film 50 to the discharging plate 11, and then the hot cutter 22 carries out longitudinal pressing action under the action of the longitudinal transmission mechanism 21, so that the packaging film 50 beside the pipe is subjected to hot cutting packaging treatment, and finally the longitudinal packaging treatment of the pipe is realized.
The tube packaging device with the longitudinal hot-melting packaging function is suitable for packaging tubes with the length ranging from 5.5 meters to 6.5 meters, the tube packaging is realized by adopting a longitudinal packaging mode and combining a hot-melting packaging mode of a hot-melting knife, and the operation convenience is improved.
