Background
In order to obtain better performance and stronger maneuverability, the weight of the airplane needs to be greatly reduced, so that sheet metal parts account for a great proportion in the manufacturing of the airplane and are distributed in various parts of the airplane. According to statistics, the sheet metal parts of the second generation machine and the third generation machine account for about 50% of the number of airplane parts. The sheet metal part is provided with more holes or grooves, so that the assembly of finished products, cables and pipes of the airplane can be guaranteed while the weight is reduced.
When processing holes and grooves on sheet metal parts, drilling is usually performed after the parts are formed, and auxiliary completion needs to be performed by using equipment, templates, drilling dies and the like. Because the part is punched and grooved after the forming is finished, the part also generates certain deformation in the punching and grooving process, and the quality of the part is reduced. The use of equipment, templates or drill jigs and the like increases the production cost, increases the processing procedures and further reduces the production efficiency. In particular, it is difficult to form holes or grooves in a profile or in a plane.

The process method not only saves the cost for manufacturing the special punching and grooving die, but also saves the complicated procedures of punching and grooving after the part is formed, effectively reduces the production cost, improves the working efficiency and improves the product quality.
