Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗台型打桩式海上养殖网箱平台,包括网箱主体、功能模块以及配套的套筒、连接板和桩腿;所述功能模块安装在网箱主体的顶部,所述桩腿有多根穿入套筒后通过连接板安装在网箱主体的底部,并沿着网箱主体底部周边间隔分布,为海上养殖网箱平台提供支撑,同时网箱主体所受载荷能够经过套筒和桩腿传递到海床上,保障海上养殖网箱平台的稳定性。本发明满足平台的安全性能要求同时简化安装工序,能适应各种恶劣的海况环境,从而提升了海上网箱养殖产量,保障了整个海洋牧场的整体收益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及海上养殖的技术领域,尤其是指一种适用于海床表层淤泥较厚、海况环境恶略的抗台型打桩式海上养殖网箱平台。
背景技术
随着海上养殖的不断发展和技术的日趋成熟,近浅海的小网箱养殖水体体积已难以满足日益发展的海洋牧场要求,因此海洋牧场未来将向深远海不断发展。然而小网箱的养殖水体通常在几百至几千立方米之间,难以满足深远海的海洋牧场规划要求,因此为能达到更好的经济效益,深远海海洋牧场的网箱必将向大养殖水体发展,然而深远海的海床表层通常淤泥较厚,表层地基承载能力较差,同时深远海常常为伴随台风过境的恶劣海洋环境,各种因素相互影响将对网箱结构的安全性能提出更高的要求。
因此面对恶劣的海洋环境,将养殖网箱与海洋平台打桩技术相结合,适用于恶劣海洋环境的抗台型打桩式养殖网箱结构能够为海上养殖安全保驾护航。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种抗台型打桩式海上养殖网箱平台,将养殖网箱与海洋平台打桩技术相结合,将桩腿打入海床里,既能满足平台的安全性能要求同时简化安装工序,能适应各种恶劣的海况环境,尤其是海床表层淤泥较厚且伴随台风过境的海域,因此既提高了网箱平台的稳定性和抗风浪能力,同时降低了网箱平台的养殖水体因结构运动造成的损失率,从而提升了网箱养殖产量,保障了整个海洋牧场的整体收益。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种抗台型打桩式海上养殖网箱平台,包括网箱主体,还包括配套的套筒、连接板和桩腿;所述桩腿有多根穿入套筒后通过连接板安装在网箱主体的底部,并沿着网箱主体底部周边间隔分布,为海上养殖网箱平台提供支撑,同时网箱主体所受载荷能够经过套筒和桩腿传递到海床上,保障海上养殖网箱平台的稳定性。
进一步,还包括功能模块;所述功能模块安装在网箱主体的顶部,其上设置有用于网箱养殖的饵料储料罐和投喂系统、用于日常补给吊运的运维吊机、用于日常监控的监控系统和监控室以及生活区。
进一步,所述功能模块的外侧和顶部设置有太阳能光伏板、功能模块的顶部设置有风力发电机及网箱主体上设置有水轮机,用于为海上养殖网箱平台供电。
进一步,所述网箱主体包括框架和安装在框架上的网衣;其中,所述框架包括上环、下环、立柱和斜撑,所述上环和下环相互平行并通过多根立柱连接,所述上环和立柱之间、立柱和下环之间以及上环处设置有多根斜撑,起稳固结构作用。
进一步,所述框架为六边形框架,所述桩腿有六根分布于该六边形框架的角位处。
进一步,所述连接板为约克板。
进一步,所述桩腿为钢桩腿。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点与有益效果:
1、将养殖网箱与海洋平台打桩技术相结合,将桩腿打入海床中,使平台能适应各种地基条件、各种恶略海况环境,进而大大降低外部环境对养殖网箱选址的制约,从而为海洋牧场选址规划提供更多更优选择。
2、养殖网箱为钢结构形式网箱,能适应各种极端的海况环境,为海上养殖安全保驾护航。
3、将养殖网箱与海洋平台打桩技术相结合使整体结构运动幅值减小,因此使养殖水体因结构运动而造成的损失率低,确保养殖过程中不会因平台运动导致养殖水体损失过大、增大养殖密度而增加鱼类死亡率的风险,从而保障海上养殖网箱的整体经济效益。
4、海上养殖网箱平台集合用于网箱养殖的饵料储料罐和投喂系统、用于日常补给吊运的运维吊机、用于日常监控的监控系统和监控室以及生活区,结合多功能于一体。
5、太阳能光伏板、风力发电机和水轮机能够为海上养殖网箱平台供电,应用多种供电方式能够保证在极端海况下养殖网箱及其它设备的充足供电,保持正常运行。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,其中:
参见图1至图4所示,本实施例所提供的抗台型打桩式海上养殖网箱平台,包括网箱主体1、功能模块5以及配套的套筒2、连接板3和桩腿4;
所述网箱主体1包括框架和安装在框架上的网衣105,所述框架为六边形框架,其包括上环101、下环102、立柱103和斜撑104,所述上环101和下环102相互平行并通过多根立柱103连接,所述上环101和立柱103之间、立柱103和下环102之间以及上环101处设置有多根斜撑104,起稳固结构作用;所述桩腿4为钢桩腿,并有六根分布于六边形框架底部的角位处,所述桩腿4的一端穿入套筒2后通过连接板3(可优选约克板)安装在六边形框架底部,其另一端打入海床,为海上养殖网箱平台提供支撑,同时网箱主体1所受载荷可以经过套筒2和桩腿4传递到海床上,保障海上养殖网箱平台的稳定性,同时海上养殖网箱平台的整体运动幅值减小,使养殖水体因结构运动而造成的损失率低,确保养殖过程中不会因平台运动导致养殖水体损失过大、增大养殖密度而增加鱼类死亡率的风险,从而保障海上养殖网箱的整体经济效益。
所述功能模块5安装在六边形框架的顶部,其上设置有用于网箱养殖的饵料储料罐和投喂系统、用于日常补给吊运的运维吊机、用于日常监控的监控系统和监控室以及生活区,并且可以在功能模块5的外侧和顶部设置太阳能光伏板、功能模块5的顶部设置风力发电机及六边形框架上设置水轮机,进而通过光伏发电、风力发电、水力发电等为海上养殖网箱平台进行供电,保证在极端海况下养殖网箱及其它设备的充足供电,保持正常运行。

1.一种抗台型打桩式海上养殖网箱平台,包括网箱主体(1),其特征在于:还包括配套的套筒(2)、连接板(3)和桩腿(4);所述桩腿(4)有多根穿入套筒(2)后通过连接板(3)安装在网箱主体(1)的底部,并沿着网箱主体(1)底部周边间隔分布,为海上养殖网箱平台提供支撑,同时网箱主体(1)所受载荷能够经过套筒(2)和桩腿(4)传递到海床上,保障海上养殖网箱平台的稳定性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗台型打桩式海上养殖网箱平台,其特征在于:还包括功能模块(5);所述功能模块(5)安装在网箱主体(1)的顶部,其上设置有用于网箱养殖的饵料储料罐和投喂系统、用于日常补给吊运的运维吊机、用于日常监控的监控系统和监控室以及生活区。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗台型打桩式海上养殖网箱平台,其特征在于:所述功能模块(5)的外侧和顶部设置有太阳能光伏板、功能模块的顶部设置有风力发电机及网箱主体上设置有水轮机,用于为海上养殖网箱平台供电。
