In air conditioner control, an isolation controller mode circuit of a driving plate controlling a double fan is complex, and isolation and transmission of control signals are achieved by using a plurality of optocouplers, for example, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of an existing double-fan control circuit, when a fan 1 is driven and controlled, a DCFAN _ SPD _ select fan selection port outputs a high level, an optocoupler PC7 is turned off, a feedback signal of a 6 th pin of the fan 1 passes through a resistor R65, a diode D11 and a driving triode Q3 are turned on, a driving optocoupler PC6 is turned on, a DCFAN _ SPD _ CAP chip port detects a feedback signal of the fan 1, an optocoupler PC8 is turned on when the DCFAN _ SPD _ select fan selection port outputs a high level, and a feedback signal of the fan 2 flows to a DGND through a resistor R66. Thus, the feedback signal of the fan 1 can be detected, and the driving control of the fan 1 is realized.
When drive control fan 2, DCFAN _ SPD _ SELECTE fan select gate output low level, opto-coupler PC8 cuts off, fan 2 the 6 th feedback signal of foot passes through resistance R66, diode D12, drive triode Q3 switches on, drive opto-coupler PC6 switches on, DCFAN _ SPD _ CAP chip mouth detects fan 2's feedback signal, opto-coupler PC7 switches on when DCFAN _ SPD _ SELECTE fan select gate output low level, fan 1's feedback signal passes through resistance R65 flow direction DGND. In this way, a feedback signal of the fan 2 can be detected. The drive control of the fan 2 is realized. The double-fan control circuit realizes that the feedback of the double fans is obtained by only one I/O port to drive and control the double fans, but the existing double-fan control circuit uses up to 5 optocouplers in the whole control system circuit, has higher cost and no advantage in cost, and the optocouplers are easy to damage and have low reliability.
In order to solve the above problem, the present embodiment provides a novel dual fan control circuit, please refer to fig. 2, the dual fan control circuit provided in the present embodiment includes a driving controller (not shown), a first diode D1, a second diode D2, a first optocoupler PC1 and a first switch Q1, and is configured to implement feedback control on the first fan and the second fan.
The first fan comprises a first fan feedback end and is used for outputting a feedback signal of the first fan; the second fan comprises a second fan feedback end used for outputting a feedback signal of the second fan.
The positive pole of first diode D1 is used for connecting first fan feedback end, and the positive pole of second diode D2 is used for connecting second fan feedback end, and drive controller includes fan select end and feedback receiving terminal, and the negative pole of first diode D1 and the negative pole of second diode D2 all are connected with the feedback receiving terminal electricity, and in this embodiment, the negative pole of first diode D1 all is connected with the feedback receiving terminal electricity through feedback isolation module with the negative pole of second diode D2.
It can understand ground, when first diode D1 switches on, second diode D2 switches off, the feedback signal transmission of first fan to drive controller's feedback receiving terminal to can carry out feedback control to first fan, when first diode D1 switches off, second diode D2 switches on, the feedback signal transmission of second fan to drive controller's feedback receiving terminal, thereby can carry out feedback control to first fan.

When the feedback signal of first fan transmitted to second switch tube control end P4, second switch tube control end P4 was the high level, and second switch tube Q2 switched on, and the transmitting terminal negative pole K ground connection of second opto-coupler PC2 was the low level this moment, and the transmitting terminal anodal A of second opto-coupler PC2 connects the second DC power supply and is the high level, therefore second opto-coupler PC2 switches on, and the feedback receiving terminal detects the feedback signal of first fan.
When the feedback signal transmission of second fan was to second switch tube control end P4, second switch tube control end P4 was the high level, and second switch tube Q2 switched on, and the transmitting terminal negative pole K ground connection of second opto-coupler PC2 was the low level this moment, and the transmitting terminal anodal A of second opto-coupler PC2 connects the second DC power supply and is the high level, therefore second opto-coupler PC2 switches on, and the feedback receiving terminal detects the feedback signal of first fan.
