Background
Coal still occupies the leading position in the Chinese energy structure, but more than 90 percent of the coal is in an underground mining form, and the underground dust generation amount is also greatly increased along with the high mechanization of the mining mode. Coal mine underground water spraying is widely applied due to the advantages of economy, easiness in operation and the like, but due to high hydrophobicity of coal dust, the water spraying dust settling efficiency is generally low, and particularly for respiratory dust. In order to improve the wetting property of water, the dust catching capacity of the underground spraying solution can be effectively improved by adding the surfactant. However, the existing active agent is added in a manual mixing manner, so that the labor intensity of workers is improved, and meanwhile, the prepared active agent solution has low accuracy and cannot fully exert the dust settling capacity of the active agent solution. To address this problem, CN101251025A discloses that the dosing pump is used to achieve active agent addition, however, the dosing pump cannot achieve small active agent addition; CN102748063A discloses that underground compressed air is used as power to add an active agent solution, however, compressed air is easily affected by other wind using places, and the pressure is suddenly changed, so that a stable power source cannot be formed, and the active agent cannot be accurately and stably added. In order to realize automatic and accurate addition of the active agent, an active agent addition system which is reliable in operation and strong in automation capacity is urgently needed to be developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an integrated preparation system of an active agent solution for underground spray dust fall of a coal mine, which is simple to operate, efficient, automatic, accurate in control and convenient to maintain.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: an integrated preparation system of an active agent solution for spray dust fall in a coal mine comprises a clear water stable supply system, an active agent quantitative negative pressure suction and mixing system, an active agent solution automatic pressurization system and a PLC (programmable logic controller);
the clean water stable supply system comprises a water supply pipeline, an electric ball valve I, an electric ball valve II, a liquid level meter I, a clean water storage tank, a relay I and a variable frequency centrifugal pump, wherein the water supply pipeline, the electric ball valve I and the clear water liquid storage tank are combined together by adopting a pressure-resistant rubber pipe I through mining quick joint, the water supply pipeline, the electric ball valve II and the clear water liquid storage tank are combined together by adopting a pressure-resistant rubber pipe II through mining quick joint, the liquid level meter I is arranged in the clear water liquid storage tank, the electric ball valve I, the electric ball valve II, the liquid level meter I and the relay I are respectively connected with the PLC, the liquid level meter I is used for collecting liquid level signals at corresponding positions in the clear water liquid storage tank and sending the liquid level signals to the PLC, the PLC sends control instructions to the electric ball valve I and the electric ball valve II after receiving the liquid level signals transmitted by the liquid level meter I, the relay I controls the work of the variable-frequency centrifugal pump according to the control instruction of the PLC;

1. according to the integrated preparation system for the active agent solution for spray dust fall in the coal mine, disclosed by the invention, an automatic control system consisting of a PLC (programmable logic controller), an electric ball valve, a relay, an electric regulating valve, a numerical flow meter and a liquid level meter is utilized, so that the automatic accurate addition of the active agent can be realized, the efficient preparation and small-dose adjustment of the spray dust fall active agent solution are realized, and the problems that the traditional manual mixing is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and a constant delivery pump and air pressure addition are unstable are effectively solved.
2. The clean water stable supply system designed by the invention can realize continuous and stable supply of dust-falling water, and avoids the problem that stable power cannot be provided for a Venturi tube due to unstable water flow caused by water consumption in other places under a coal mine.
3. According to the active agent solution integrated preparation system for spraying and dust falling in the underground coal mine, different suction capacities are provided for the Venturi suction device by adjusting the rotating speed of the variable-frequency centrifugal pump, and meanwhile, the precise supply of active agents with different concentrations can be realized by controlling the electric control valve and combining with the numerical flow meter.

The flow range of the variable-frequency centrifugal pump 9 is 50-400L/min; the negative pressure suction range of the Venturi suction device 13 is less than or equal to 20L/h; the spray pressurizing pump 19 can adjust the pressure of the water for dust fall within the range of 0-20 MPa.
For safety production in a coal mine, the electric ball valve I2, the electric ball valve II 4, the magnetic floating ball type liquid level meter I6, the magnetic floating ball type liquid level meter II 17, the relay I8, the relay II 14, the variable frequency centrifugal pump 9, the electric regulating valve 11, the numerical flow meter 12 and the spray pressure pump 19 are all explosion-proof.
The working process is as follows:
when the underground coal mine excavation working face is mined, the relay II 14 controls the spray pressurizing pump 19 to work to pressurize the active agent solution for dust fall. When the solution quantity of the active agent solution storage tank 16 is lower than that of the magnetic floating ball type liquid level meter II 17, the magnetic floating ball type liquid level meter II 17 controls the opening of the relay I8 through the PLC 20, the relay I8 controls the variable frequency centrifugal pump 9 to work, the variable frequency centrifugal pump 9 extracts water solution from the clear water storage tank 7 to provide stable water supply quantity for the Venturi pumping device 13, the active agent in the stable negative pressure pumping pure active agent tank 10 is formed, small-dose adjustment is carried out through the electric regulating valve 11 and the numerical flow meter 12, uniform mixing of the active agent and clear water is achieved through the static mixer 15, then the prepared active agent solution enters the active agent solution storage tank 16, after the active agent solution does not pass through the magnetic floating ball type liquid level meter II 17, the electric signal of the active agent solution is transmitted to the PLC 20, and the relay I8 is closed. when the coal face of the underground coal mine normally cuts coal, the active agent dust-settling solution (with the concentration of 0.03 wt%) needs to be pressurized by 5MPa for spray dust-settling, and the water consumption is 200L/min. The method comprises the following specific steps: the frequency conversion centrifugal pump 9 is started to lead the flow rate to be 300L/min so as to ensure that the solution in the dust settling water tank can meet the requirement of spraying dust settling on the coal face, meanwhile, when water is supplied to the activator solution storage tank 16 at a rate of 300L/min in order to prepare an activator solution having a concentration of 0.03 wt%, the venturi suction device 13 is required to continuously achieve a stable supply of 5.4L/h from the pure active agent tank 10, by adjusting the electric control valve 11 and combining the reading of the numerical flow meter 12, the supply amount of the active agent in the Venturi suction device 13 is stabilized at 5.4L/h, the preparation of 0.03 wt% active agent solution is realized through a static mixer 15, the prepared active agent solution is supplied to an active agent solution storage tank 16 from the bottom (water flow impact foaming prevention), and finally the active agent solution is pressurized to 5MPa through a spray pressurizing pump 19 and conveyed to a working surface for spray dust settling.
Embodiment two:
when the coal face of the underground coal mine normally cuts coal, the active agent dust-settling solution (with the concentration of 0.05 wt%) needs to be pressurized at 6MPa for spray dust-settling, and the water consumption is 300L/min. The method comprises the following specific steps: the frequency conversion centrifugal pump 9 is started to lead the flow rate to be 400L/min so as to ensure that the solution in the dust settling water tank can meet the requirement of spraying dust settling on the coal face, meanwhile, when water is supplied to the activator solution storage tank 16 at a rate of 400L/min in order to prepare an activator solution with a concentration of 0.05 wt%, the venturi suction device 13 is required to continuously achieve a stable supply of 12L/h from the pure active agent tank 10, by adjusting the electric control valve 11 and combining the reading of the numerical flow meter 12, the supply amount of the active agent in the Venturi suction device 13 is stabilized at 12L/h, the preparation of 0.05 wt% active agent solution is realized through a static mixer 15, the prepared active agent solution is supplied to an active agent solution storage tank 16 from the bottom (water flow impact foaming prevention), and finally the active agent solution is pressurized to 6MPa through a spray pressurizing pump 19 and conveyed to a working surface for spray dust settling.
