Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of covered yarns and preparation methods thereof, and particularly relates to a high-cutting-resistance copolymerized spandex covered yarn and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Spandex covered yarns generally use spandex filaments as core yarns, and the outer layer is spirally wound with fiber filaments such as staple fibers and synthetic fibers around the core yarns in a stretched state under the action of an external force, which is sometimes referred to as "wrapped yarns". The composite yarn with the structure can be matched with different outsourcing fibers according to purposes, and can be used for obtaining composite yarns with different performances by controlling and adjusting the elasticity and the drafting multiple of the yarns in the spinning process so as to meet different requirements of people on the performances of the yarns.
Although spandex has good tensile properties, spandex is not inherently abrasion resistant and is prone to breakage, and the deficiencies in this respect can be remedied by selecting appropriate sheath fibers.
High-strength textile fabrics such as glove knitting fabrics and protective outer garments need high-strength spandex covered yarns, but the spandex covered yarns in the prior art are only simply considered from outer layer yarn materials, and are not subjected to copolymerization change, and the spandex covered yarns are poor in both manufacturing cost and comfort level, so that the development of copolymerized spandex covered yarns which are high in comfort level, low in manufacturing cost, wear-resistant, high-temperature-resistant and high-cutting-resistant and a preparation method thereof are urgently needed.

s103, covering the copolymerized spandex filament: leading out the aluminum filaments from the spandex filament yarn roll by a combined feeding roller, and then uniformly coating the outer surface of the copolymerized spandex filaments by the aluminum filaments, and taking out and preparing; the feeding speed of the combined feeding roller is 30-40 m/min, the coating twist of the aluminum filament is 800-;
s104, aluminum filament coating: re-feeding the copolymerized spandex filament coated with the aluminum filament into a roller to be led out from a spandex filament yarn roll, and then uniformly coating the outer-layer coated yarn on the surface layer of the aluminum filament; the feeding speed of the combined feeding roller is 50-60 m/min, the cladding twist of the outer layer cladding yarn is 500-600T/m, and the cladding drafting multiplying power is controlled to be 1.6-1.8 times; secondly, drafting the coated yarn for the second time, wherein the multiplying power of the drafting for the second time is reduced to 1.4-1.5 times, and the coated yarn is conveyed to an aluminum cylinder of a coating machine to be wound under the traction of a drafting roller, wherein the winding speed is 50-60 cm/min;
s105, heating treatment: heating the coated yarn in a heating box for four-section heating, firstly heating the coated yarn for 30-40 min by superheated steam in a high-temperature section at 120-130 ℃, then heating the coated yarn for 30-40 min by steam in a medium-temperature section at 100-110 ℃, and then heating the coated yarn for 1-1.2 h by a low-temperature section at 70-95 ℃; finally, heating the coated yarn for 1.3h-1.6 at the lowest temperature, wherein the temperature is 40-60 ℃;
and S106, putting the heated covered yarn in air for natural cooling to obtain the high-cutting-resistance copolymerized spandex covered yarn.
