Abstract
The invention belongs to a high-speed electric arc spraying system device, and particularly relates to a sensor-based automatic adjustment high-speed electric arc spraying system device. The device includes: the device comprises a metal wire and wire feeding system, a compressed air feeding system, a power control system, a closed-loop control central processing system, a sensor system, a spraying process auxiliary tool mechanism, cables and pipelines for organically connecting the parts, and the like. The wire feeding system comprises metal wires, a wire feeding wheel and a motor, and the compressed air feeding system comprises an electric air compressor, an air filter, a conveying pipeline and a valve. The power control system includes an adjustable spray power supply, an electrode, and a cable. The central processing system is an electronic control system which can control the wire feeding speed of the wire feeding device, the magnitude of the power voltage and the switch of the spraying work. The sensor system includes a voltage sensor, a wire feed speed sensor, and a coating thickness sensor. The auxiliary tool mechanism in the spraying process mainly comprises a speed regulator, a control box, a travel change-over switch, a walking vehicle, a guide rail, a power supply vehicle and the like.

The sensor-based self-regulating high-speed arc spraying system device according to claim 1, wherein the compressed air feed system (2) comprises an electric air compressor, an air filter, a delivery line and valves, and is primarily designed to provide the arc spray gun with clean compressed air at a sufficient pressure and flow rate to spray the spray particles onto the workpiece surface to be sprayed.

The sensor-based automatically regulated high-speed arc spraying system set forth in claim 1 wherein the power supply to said power control system (12) is continuously adjustable, and said closed-loop control central processing system (9) is an electronic control system that controls the wire feeder wire feed speed, the magnitude of the power supply voltage, and the switch for the spraying operation.

The sensor-based automatically regulated high-speed arc spraying system set forth in claim 1 wherein the coating thickness sensor (8) is capable of magnetically measuring the coating thickness in real time, and when the sensor is used to approach a magnetic substrate material, the magnitude of the magnetic flux or the magnitude of the mutual current of the substrate is changed, and the thickness of the coating is estimated by the change in the magnetic flux or the mutual current.

The sensor-based automatically regulated high-speed arc spraying system set forth in claim 1 wherein the closed-loop control central processing system (9) automatically regulates the wire feed speed and the voltage across the spray electrode based on the coating thickness measured by the coating thickness sensor (8), and the voltage sensor (11) and the wire feed speed sensor (10) detect the voltage across the spray electrode and the wire feed speed, respectively, in real time.
