The materials such as monosodium glutamate, rice and the like do not need to be vibrated, and can be enriched by the gravity of the materials, so that the material vibrating mechanism is a selecting and matching mechanism.
As shown in fig. 9, as preferable in the present embodiment, the air exhausting and heat sealing mechanism 7 includes: the heat sealing device comprises a heat sealing driving cylinder 71, wherein the output end of the heat sealing driving cylinder 71 is connected with a first rack 72, the first rack 72 is connected with a second rack 74 through a second gear 73, the tail ends of the first rack 72 and the second rack 74 are both provided with a heat sealing plate 75, an exhaust clamping plate 76 is arranged right below the heat sealing plate 75, and the exhaust clamping plate 76 is driven by an exhaust cylinder 77. Good air exhaust and heat sealing effects can be achieved. As shown in fig. 6, the operation of the heat sealing mechanism is controlled by the PLC system, the heat sealing driving cylinder 71 is used as a power source to drive the second gear 73 and the exhaust clamp 76 to move, the second gear 73 rotates to drive the symmetrical racks to move, so that the two heat sealing plates 75 move oppositely for heat sealing, and the exhaust clamp 76 is used for exhausting. The heat sealing plate 75 is made of polyethylene sealing pressing plate, and heating pipes are arranged on the pressing plate to provide heat source for the pressing plate, so that the temperature is controlled within a certain range, and the heat sealing effect is guaranteed. The exhaust adjustment is mainly used for removing redundant gas in the packaging bag, and the exhaust allowance can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the material and the exhaust plate according to actual needs. Meanwhile, an exhaust button can be clicked in a PLC manual operation interface, and whether exhaust position adjustment is normal or not can be observed manually. For packages that do not require venting, it can be shut down in the PLC.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the embodiments, and various equivalent changes can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these equivalent changes are within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A bag-feeding type packaging machine, characterized by comprising: the bag opening and opening mechanism is connected with the bag conveying mechanism, the bag taking mechanism, the bag opening and opening mechanism, the discharging and vibrating mechanism and the exhaust and heat sealing mechanism in sequence; the rack is also provided with a controller, and the controller is connected with the transmission mechanism; the controller controls the transmission mechanism to act, and the transmission mechanism drives the bag feeding mechanism, the bag taking mechanism, the bag opening and supporting mechanism, the discharging and vibrating mechanism and the exhaust and heat sealing mechanism to move respectively.

The bag-feeding packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said bag feeding mechanism comprises: the handle is connected with the crank, the crank is connected with the guide rod through the first connecting rod, a bag storage device is arranged at the tail end of the guide rod, a bag storage device front plate and a bag storage device side plate are arranged on the bag storage device, and a groove is formed between the bag storage device front plate and the bag storage device side plate.

The bag feeding packaging machine of claim 2, wherein the first link is provided with an elastic adjustment device, the elastic adjustment device comprising: the spring is arranged in the spring sleeve, the compression plate is arranged on one side of the spring sleeve, and the guide shaft is respectively arranged in the spring sleeve and the compression plate in a penetrating mode.

The bag-feeding packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said bag-extracting mechanism comprises: the gear transmission mechanism comprises a first cylinder, a push rod, a first linkage gear, a first tooth surface clamping plate and a second tooth surface clamping plate, wherein the first cylinder is connected with the push rod, the push rod is connected with the first linkage gear, the first linkage gear is provided with the first tooth surface clamping plate and the second tooth surface clamping plate respectively, and the first tooth surface clamping plate and the second tooth surface clamping plate are correspondingly arranged.
5. The bag-feeding type packaging machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein adjacent faces of said first tooth flank clamp plate and said second tooth flank clamp plate are provided with rubber plates.

The bag-feeding packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said bag opening and stretching mechanism comprises: the second cylinder, the second cylinder output is connected with the guide bar, the guide bar is connected with the layer board, be provided with the third cylinder in the frame, the output of third cylinder is provided with first movable block, first movable block passes through first gear and second movable block meshing, it is connected with the second connecting rod to state first movable block, the second movable block is connected with the third connecting rod, the second connecting rod with the end of third connecting rod is provided with first sucking disc, first sucking disc correspond set up in the layer board outside.

The bag-feeding packaging machine as claimed in claim 5, further comprising: the fourth cylinder is connected with the second linkage gear through a fourth connecting rod, a first movable rod and a second movable rod are arranged on the second linkage gear respectively, and a second sucker is arranged at the tail end of the first movable rod and the tail end of the second movable rod.

The bag-feeding packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said discharge and vibration mechanism comprises: the fixing seat is connected with a fifth connecting rod, the fifth connecting rod is respectively connected with a sixth connecting rod and a seventh connecting rod, the tail end of the sixth connecting rod is connected with a swing rod, the swing rod is connected with a cam, the seventh connecting rod is connected with an eighth connecting rod, the eighth connecting rod is connected with a ninth connecting rod, and the tail end of the ninth connecting rod is provided with a hopper.

The bag-feeding packaging machine as claimed in claim 8, further comprising: the support is provided with a fifth cylinder, the output end of the fourth cylinder is provided with a connecting plate, the connecting plate is connected with a vibrating material rod through a fastening screw, and the connecting plate is further provided with a guide rod parallel to the vibrating material rod.

The bag-feeding packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said venting and heat-sealing mechanism comprises: the heat-seal device comprises a heat-seal driving cylinder, wherein the output end of the heat-seal driving cylinder is connected with a first rack, the first rack is connected with a second rack through a second gear, heat-seal plates are arranged at the tail ends of the first rack and the second rack, an exhaust clamping plate is arranged under the heat-seal plates, and the exhaust clamping plate is driven by an exhaust cylinder.
