本发明涉及复合板技术领域，具体是泡沫铝复合面板结构，包括复合面板，复合面板包括泡沫铝层、第一复合板层和第二复合板层，第一复合板层设置在泡沫铝层的顶部，第二复合板层设置在泡沫铝层的底部，第一复合板层包括第一黏贴层和第一面板层，第一面板层通过第一黏贴层粘合于泡沫铝层的上端面，第二复合板层包括第二黏贴层和第二面板层，第二面板层通过第二黏贴层粘合于泡沫铝层的下端面；通过第一复合板层与第二复合板层包覆在泡沫铝层的两侧能够增强泡沫铝层的强度，丰富泡沫铝颜色，通过第一黏贴层粘合第一面板，通过第二黏贴层粘合第二面板，能够降低加工成本，便于装修建材使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合板技术领域，具体是泡沫铝复合面板结构及其制备方法。
背景技术
泡沫板主要用于建筑墙体、屋面保温、复合板保温，但是泡沫板的硬度较低，容易损坏，泡沫铝新材料是工业材料里，吸能、防撞效果最理想的材料之一，并且具有宽而平的应力平台，在压缩的全过程可以持续吸能，但是现有的泡沫铝板通过黏接形成，有可能会出现面板与泡沫铝脱离的现象，影响安装强度和美观度。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述情况不足，提供了泡沫铝复合面板结构，其技术方案如下。
泡沫铝复合面板结构，包括复合面板，复合面板包括泡沫铝层、第一复合板层和第二复合板层，第一复合板层设置在泡沫铝层的顶部，第二复合板层设置在泡沫铝层的底部，第一复合板层包括第一黏贴层和第一面板层，第一面板层通过第一黏贴层粘合于泡沫铝层的上端面，第二复合板层包括第二黏贴层和第二面板层，第二面板层通过第二黏贴层粘合于泡沫铝层的下端面。
进一步的，第一复合板层的上端面粘附有第一PVC膜，第二复合板层的下端面粘附有第二PVC膜。
可选的，第一面板层和第二面板层均采用实木皮板材制成。
可选的，第一面板层和第二面板层均采用防火板板材制成。
可选的，第一面板层和第二面板层均采用岩板板材制成。
泡沫铝复合面板结构的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1、将第一面板层的下端面涂覆第一黏贴层形成第一复合板层，将第二面板层的上端面涂覆第二黏贴层形成第二复合板层；
S2、对S1中的第一复合板层，将第一复合板层通过第一黏贴层黏附在泡沫铝层的顶部；
S3、对S1中的第二复合板层，将第二复合板层通过第二黏贴层黏附在泡沫铝层的底部形成复合面板；
S4、对S3中的复合面板，在复合面板的上端面黏贴第一PVC膜，在复合面板的下端面黏贴第二PVC膜。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果在于：
通过第一复合板层与第二复合板层包覆在泡沫铝层的两侧能够增强泡沫铝层的强度，丰富泡沫铝颜色，通过第一黏贴层粘合第一面板，通过第二黏贴层粘合第二面板，能够降低加工成本，便于装修建材使用。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，泡沫铝复合面板结构，包括复合面板10，复合面板10包括泡沫铝层1、第一复合板层2和第二复合板层3，第一复合板层2设置在泡沫铝层1的顶部，第二复合板层3设置在泡沫铝层1的底部，第一复合板层2包括第一黏贴层4和第一面板层5，第一面板层5通过第一黏贴层4粘合于泡沫铝层1的上端面，第二复合板层3包括第二黏贴层6和第二面板层7，第二面板层7通过第二黏贴层6粘合于泡沫铝层1的下端面。
进一步说明，通过第一复合板层2与第二复合板层3包覆在泡沫铝层1的两侧能够增强泡沫铝层1的强度，丰富泡沫铝颜色，通过第一黏贴层4粘合第一面板层5，通过第二黏贴层6粘合第二面板层7，能够降低加工成本，便于装修建材使用。
进一步的，第一复合板层2的上端面粘附有第一PVC膜8，第二复合板层3的下端面粘附有第二PVC膜9；设置有第一PVC膜8和第二PVC膜9能够增强泡沫铝复合面板的抗静电能力。
可选的，第一面板层5和第二面板层7均采用实木皮板材制成；通过实木皮板制成能够增强泡沫铝复合面板的美观性，
可选的，第一面板层5和第二面板层7均采用防火板板材制成；通过防火板制成能够增强泡沫铝复合面板的耐高温性能。
可选的，第一面板层5和第二面板层7均采用岩板板材制成；通过岩板制成能够增强泡沫铝复合面板的耐磨性能。
泡沫铝复合面板结构的制备方法，应用于泡沫铝复合面板结构，包括以下步骤：
S1、将第一面板层5的下端面涂覆第一黏贴层4形成第一复合板层2，将第二面板层7的上端面涂覆第二黏贴层6形成第二复合板层3；
S2、对S1中的第一复合板层2，将第一复合板2层通过第一黏贴层4黏附在泡沫铝层1的顶部；
S3、对S1中的第二复合板层3，将第二复合板层3通过第二黏贴层6黏附在泡沫铝层1的底部形成复合面板10；
S4、对S3中的复合面板10，在复合面板10的上端面黏贴第一PVC膜8，在复合面板10的下端面黏贴第二PVC膜9。
通过第一黏贴层4和第二黏贴层6分别黏合第一面板层5和第二面板层7，降低加工难度和加工成本，通过黏贴有第一PVC膜8和第二PVC膜9能够增强复合面板的抗静电能力。
对于本领域的技术人员来说，可根据本发明所揭示的结构和原理获得其它各种相应的改变以及变形，而所有的这些改变以及变形都属于本发明的保护范畴。

1.泡沫铝复合面板结构，其特征在于：包括复合面板，复合面板包括泡沫铝层、第一复合板层和第二复合板层，第一复合板层设置在泡沫铝层的顶部，第二复合板层设置在泡沫铝层的底部，第一复合板层包括第一黏贴层和第一面板层，第一面板层通过第一黏贴层粘合于泡沫铝层的上端面，第二复合板层包括第二黏贴层和第二面板层，第二面板层通过第二黏贴层粘合于泡沫铝层的下端面。
2.如权利要求1所述的泡沫铝复合面板结构，其特征在于：第一复合板层的上端面粘附有第一PVC膜，第二复合板层的下端面粘附有第二PVC膜。
3.如权利要求1所述的泡沫铝复合面板结构，其特征在于：第一面板层和第二面板层均采用实木皮板材制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的泡沫铝复合面板结构，其特征在于：第一面板层和第二面板层均采用防火板板材制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的泡沫铝复合面板结构，其特征在于：第一面板层和第二面板层均采用岩板板材制成。
6.泡沫铝复合面板结构的制备方法，应用于权利要求1-5所述的泡沫铝复合面板结构，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1、将第一面板层的下端面涂覆第一黏贴层形成第一复合板层，将第二面板层的上端面涂覆第二黏贴层形成第二复合板层；
S2、对S1中的第一复合板层，将第一复合板层通过第一黏贴层黏附在泡沫铝层的顶部；
S3、对S1中的第二复合板层，将第二复合板层通过第二黏贴层黏附在泡沫铝层的底部形成复合面板；
S4、对S3中的复合面板，在复合面板的上端面黏贴第一PVC膜，在复合面板的下端面黏贴第二PVC膜。
