Before use, the first air inlet 16 and the second air inlet 17 are connected with an air compressor, during use, the milling cutter power head 7 carries out cutting on workpieces on the multi-workbench 4, the waste scraps discharged by cutting flow into the waste scraps collecting box 8 along with the cutting liquid from the inclined waste scraps discharging pipe 9 at the lower end of the baffle cover 5, the waste scraps are concentrated at the upper end of the bottom plate 10, the cutting liquid flows into the waste scraps collecting box 8 at the lower end of the bottom plate 10 through the flow holes 11 on the bottom plate 10 and then flows back into the liquid storage box 3 through the return pipe 12, when one workpiece is stopped after processing is finished, the compressor pushes the piston 18 to quickly slide upwards by pushing the piston 18 from the second air inlet 17 into the piston cavity 15, the piston 18 drives the slide rod 19 to quickly slide upwards in the waste scraps collecting box 8, one end of the steel wire 22 connected with the slide rod 19 instantaneously rises, the other end of the steel wire 22 connected with the counterweight pressing block 13 descends instantaneously, the counterweight pressing block 13 slides downwards rapidly in the scrap collecting box 6 under the action of self gravity to heavily press the scraps on the bottom plate 10, after the weight pressing, the compressor sends compressed air into the piston cavity 15 from the first air inlet 16 to push the piston 18 to slide downwards, the piston 18 drives the sliding rod 19 to slide downwards in the scrap collecting box 8, the sliding rod 19 pulls the counterweight pressing block 13 to slide upwards in the scrap collecting box 6 to the upper end through the steel wire 22 to reset, at the moment, the next workpiece is installed, the scraps are continuously carried out, the accumulated height of the scraps in the scrap collecting box 8 can be observed according to the observation window 28, the height is reached, the rotating door 23 can be separated and rotated and opened through the clamping block 25 and the clamping buckle 26, and the compressed scraps are taken out.
