As shown in fig. 5 and 7, the one-way thread scraper 3 further includes a second sealing ring 3h, the second sealing ring 3h is coaxially disposed on the mounting ring 3c1, the second sealing ring 3h is located between the fixing ring 3c and the first bearing 3d, and the outer diameter of the second sealing ring 3h is greater than the inner diameter of the stirring barrel 1.
The second sealing washer 3h can make the meat filling be difficult for stopping first bearing 3d through retainer plate 3c and 1 inner wall clearance of agitator and rotate in agitator 1, prevents to cause the pollution to the meat filling, and the outer diameter of second sealing washer 3h is greater than 1 internal diameter of agitator to make retainer plate 3c when 1 inside rotation of agitator through first bearing 3d, the outer periphery of second sealing washer 3h closely laminates with 1 inside of agitator, thereby can prevent that the meat filling from influencing its rotation process.
As shown in fig. 5, the one-way thread scraper 3 further comprises a rubber pad 3i, and the rubber pad 3i is spirally arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the one-way thread piece 3a along the axis of the one-way thread piece 3 a.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, the unidirectional stirring roller 5 includes:
the two ends of the fixed shaft 5a are coaxially and rotatably arranged in the stirring barrel 1 through a third bearing 3f, and one end of the fixed shaft 5a is coaxially and reversely connected with the fixed barrel 4 through a reverse driver 7;
the stirring rods 5b are spirally and uniformly distributed on the circumferential surface of the fixed shaft 5a along the axis of the fixed shaft 5a, and the length of each stirring rod 5b is smaller than the inner radius of the one-way thread piece 3 a.
The servo motor 6 is started, so that the output shaft of the servo motor drives the fixed shaft 5a to rotate in the stirring barrel 1, when the fixed shaft 5a coaxially rotates in the stirring barrel 1 in the forward direction, the spirally arranged stirring rod 5b conveys the minced meat from the top end in the stirring barrel 1 in an inclined manner, when the spirally arranged stirring rod rotates in the reverse direction with the one-way thread piece 3a, the minced meat is conveyed from the inner bottom end of the stirring barrel 1 in an inclined manner and is uniformly stirred, and the length of the stirring rod 5b is smaller than the inner radius of the one-way thread piece 3a, so that the one-way thread piece 3a and the stirring rod 5b coaxially rotate without mutual influence; when fixed axle 5a counter rotation in agitator 1, spiral arrangement's puddler 5b sends the minced meat of agitator 1 inner bottom end to its top along the axial slope to make forward pivoted one-way thread piece 3a can send the minced meat to agitator 1 bottom from agitator 1 top, thereby be convenient for quick ejection of compact.
As shown in fig. 2, the reverse driver 7 includes:
the device comprises a first bevel gear 7a and a second bevel gear 7b, wherein the first bevel gear 7a is coaxially and fixedly connected with a fixed cylinder 4, and the second bevel gear 7b is coaxially and fixedly connected with one end of a one-way stirring roller 5;
and the third bevel gear 7c is in rotating fit with a rotating column 7d which is arranged perpendicular to the axes of the first bevel gear 7a and the second bevel gear 7b, and the third bevel gear 7c is meshed with the first bevel gear 7a and the second bevel gear 7 b.
When the unidirectional stirring roller 5 rotates coaxially and forwardly, the second bevel gear 7b is driven to rotate coaxially, the third bevel gear 7c is meshed with the first bevel gear 7a and the second bevel gear 7b, and the first bevel gear 7a and the unidirectional stirring roller 5 are coaxially and fixedly arranged on the fixed cylinder 4, so that the fixed cylinder 4 rotates reversely, and the unidirectional stirring roller 5 rotates forwardly. The gate plate 2a3 is pulled away from the sliding groove 2a2, so that the feed inlet 1a or the discharge outlet 1b at two ends of the fixing frame 2a1 is communicated with the hopper 2b, thereby being convenient for throwing in or discharging minced meat, and achieving the purpose of ensuring that the inside of the stirring barrel 1 achieves a sealed and clean environment in the process of stirring the minced meat.
As shown in fig. 10, the closing gate 2a further includes a handle 2a4, the handle 2a4 being provided outside the shutter plate 2a3 for sliding it off the fixed frame 2a 1.
The handle 2a4 is easy to hold by a worker, so that the shutter 2a3 can be easily pulled away from the fixed frame 2a1 to open the closing shutter 2 a.
As shown in fig. 10, the shutter 2a3 is made of magnetic material, the shutter 2a further includes a magnet 2a5, and the magnet 2a5 is disposed on the opposite side of the opening end of the sliding groove 2a 2.
The shutter 2a3 is made of magnetic material, so that when the shutter 2a3 slides on the sliding groove 2a2 to close the closing shutter 2a, the magnet 2a5 can fix the shutter 2a3 relatively in the sliding groove 2a2 by magnetic attraction, and prevent the shutter 2a3 from opening the closing shutter 2a due to accidental sliding.

the method comprises the following steps: a worker holds the handle 2a4 positioned on the feed inlet 1a by hand, so that the gate plate 2a3 is separated from the magnetic attraction effect of the magnet 2a5 and slides on the sliding groove 2a2, the hopper 2b is communicated relative to the feed inlet 1a, minced meat is put into the stirring barrel 1 through the hopper 2b, the minced meat falls to the bottom end inside the stirring barrel 1 under the action of gravity, then the gate plate 2a3 is slid to seal the inside of the stirring barrel 1 relative to the outside, and the minced meat is prevented from being thrown out of the stirring barrel 1 to cause waste in the stirring process;
step two: the servo motor 6 is started, so that an output shaft of the servo motor drives the fixed shaft 5a to coaxially and positively rotate in the stirring barrel 1, the first bevel gear 7a is coaxially and fixedly connected with the fixed cylinder 4, the second bevel gear 7b is coaxially and fixedly connected with one end of the one-way stirring roller 5, the third bevel gear 7c is meshed with the first bevel gear 7a and the second bevel gear 7b, so that the fixed cylinder 4 drives the fixed ring 3c to reversely and coaxially rotate in the stirring barrel 1 relative to the one-way stirring roller 5, the one-way thread scraper 3 which rotates in the reverse direction conveys meat stuffing at the bottom end in the stirring barrel 1 in an inclined upward direction along the axial direction, the one-way stirring roller 5 which rotates in the positive direction conveys the meat stuffing at the top end in the stirring barrel 1 in an inclined downward direction along the axial direction, and the meat stuffing;
step three: after the meat stuffing is uniformly mixed, the receiving box is placed at the bottom of the sealing hopper 2 at the discharge port 1b, the servo motor 6 is closed, and the gate plate 2a3 at the discharge port 1b slides on the sliding groove 2a2, so that the discharge port 1b is communicated with the hopper 2b, and the meat stuffing in the stirring barrel 1 is discharged outwards through the discharge port 1b under the action of gravity;
step four: the servo motor 6 is started, the output shaft of the servo motor drives the fixed shaft 5a to coaxially and reversely rotate in the stirring barrel 1, one end of the one-way stirring roller 5 is in reverse rotation fit with the fixed cylinder 4 through the reverse driver 7, so that the fixed cylinder 4 drives the one-way thread scraper 3 to forwardly rotate in the stirring barrel 1, the one-way stirring roller 5 conveys meat stuffing at the bottom end in the stirring barrel 1 in an inclined upward direction along the axial direction, the one-way thread scraper 3 conveys the meat stuffing at the top end in the stirring barrel 1 in an inclined downward direction along the axial direction, the outer circumferential surface of the one-way thread scraper 3 is in sliding fit with the inside of the stirring barrel 1, the one-way thread scraper 3 scrapes the meat stuffing on the inner wall of the stirring barrel 1 in an inclined downward direction along the axial line of the one-way thread scraper, and the meat stuffing in the stirring barrel 1 is automatically discharged outwards from.

the one-way stirring roller (5) is coaxially and rotatably arranged in the sealing hopper (2) and two ends of the one-way stirring roller (5) penetrate through two ends in the stirring barrel (1);
the output shaft of the servo motor (6) is coaxially and fixedly connected with one end of the one-way stirring roller (5);
the other end of the unidirectional stirring roller (5) is in coaxial and reverse transmission fit with the fixed cylinder (4) through the reverse driver (7).

the fixing rods (3b) penetrate through the unidirectional thread sheet (3a) along the axial direction and are uniformly distributed on the unidirectional thread sheet (3 a);
the fixing ring (3c) and the one-way thread pieces (3a) are coaxially arranged at two ends of the fixing rod (3b), the outer end of the fixing ring (3c) is provided with a mounting ring (3c1) which is rotatably connected with two ends in the stirring barrel (1) through a first bearing (3d), and the fixing barrel (4) is coaxially arranged at the outer end of the fixing ring (3 c);
the outer circumferential surface of the fixed cylinder (4) is coaxially and rotatably connected with the two ends of the stirring barrel (1) through the second bearing (3 e);
the inner circumferential surface of the fixed cylinder (4) is coaxially and rotatably connected with two ends of the one-way stirring roller (5) through the third bearing (3 f);
the first sealing ring (3g) is coaxially arranged at the inner end of the third bearing (3 f).
